Thank you to the entire team of the hotel Mr. Cadet for my 25th anniversary more than perfect! The team is adorable, pro, available and eager to help. Everything went wonderfully thanks to the staff who was very caring. I could not have hoped for better! All my friends have loved it! The cocktails were delicious and very pretty. I've only had positive feedback on these. I highly recommend this establishment! The team is competent : very good communication from them, I promptly found the answers to my questions. You can trust them! A big thank you again! ☺️

Myself, kids, niece and friend had a pleasure staying at the Cadet Residence for nine days. It was the most comfortable and cleanest place we stayed in while in Paris, France. Please, if you are looking for a great place to stay while on vacation, the Cosy Cadet Residence is the best place. Don't go for Airbnb. It was the worst mistake i've ever had. The house which I rented was not of good standing. The pictures were misleading until I saw the place for myself. The peoples and bed were disgusting. The sofa was smelling if old sweat. My kids and I had to look for another accommodation. I ended up at Cosy Cadet Residence which was the best thing we ever did. The staff was very helpful. It felt like home away from home. I gave it a five star because it was up to max. Close to a lot of restaurant and the metro station is in walking distance. We were very happy with our stay at the Cosy Cadet Residence. So if your next trip is to Paris, please take it from me, book with Cosy Cadet Residence.

Aparthotel in a very quiet area, well connected with various stations and subway lines, all just minutes away. Nice residential neighborhood. Two steps from the Magazini Lafayette. Very clean mini-apartments, comfortable beds. There is no closet to store clothes, bad note especially if you are staying for several days.

Nice boutique hotel in the centre of paris. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful, courteous and attentive.

Friendly nice. Good situation. Large and clean room. Nice decoration. You can book the hammam at least 1 hour prior use, but I did not test it. You book a shuttle to Roissy CDG airport (26€).

The staff at this establishment is at the top. Home, listening, availability etc… clean room, good bedding. Finally, great breakfast (especially with this service).

A demonstration of every thing an hotel should not do! Very very bad experience. Worst hotel I have ever leaved in. Dirty apartment, lobby empty from 22h to 7h with no emergency number and key which stop working regularly, very bad internet connection, no laundry service, room service merely done once every 3 days, check-in at 5pm even though check out is 11am, only discusting hand-soap in the bathroom, staff who speaks to you with a familiar language and try to get more money from you : "Faut bien faire tourner le business"! Really!? -> Be informed, even if you pay 170 euros per night, they will ask you to clean the room and take out the trash when you leave… A shame, change your job!

The greatest service, amazing team and perfect conditions) I am impressed by the work the guys are doing there, you can ask any service any time and they will sincerely help you! Tamara, Anca and Elena are the best!

Very clean, big room. Friendly staff. The room was a bit noisy from the upstairs neighbours. Parking can't be used between 22.00 and 07.00.

Nice hotel in a good location: Many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, also the metro is very close.
Very friendly and competent ladies at the reception.
The rooms are large, especially the bathroom.
Rooms to the street are a bit noisy, but no problem with Oropax.

What is the hotel is pretty good but to speak in Spanish with the receptionist, impossible has to be in English. It's just been reformed.

For a French hotel, I’ll rate it a 3-star. The staff are wonderful but the hotel room is small and poorly appointed which is normal for a French hotel. Served my purpose though.

Good apartment kind of rooms. Nice location. Near to pubs and bakery. Notre Dame is near by too.

Very very nice location. ASK for a room on the inside nor on the streets or else u wont sleep during the weekend especially. Hammam is really nice. (Just be sure to ask that someone clean the hammam shower before its ur time to go enjoy your private hammam session…) Breakfast is good not amazing like I could have expected but still ok.

The hotel is very nicely located, with lots of bars, restaurants, bakeries… And at night the atmosphere of the area is very cool! Unfortunately it can get very noisy because of street markets, and also the floors are not insulating, we could here every step from the floor above. The hamam, though included, was not well taken care of, and we even had to cancel one session because it was smelling horribly and there were dirty towels. To sum up, ok place to stay, but disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Spectacular location, spacious and modern rooms, toilet service every 4 days, feel the steps of the upper floors, but in short it is good.

First night in Paris, everyone was very helpful and accommodated our poor French with their excellent English. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for my wife and I.

Nice staff, but to the big regret room duvet, very unpleasant sewer odor in the room, floor room.
In the night very disturbing nuisance in the hallway by the occupants of a neighboring room.

A nice hotel in a great location (it's a 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord and Les Galleries Lafayette). I would say it's on the upper end of a 4-star hotel, offering excellent value for money and high quality. One negative was that one of the ceiling panels in our room came loose but luckily did not fall down or harm me, my wife or my baby. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful decor, nice room, bathroom and amenities, complete with robes and slippers. Great location though could be noisy in the morning since, you know, people are getting ready for work outside :) My fave feature of hotel was the spa/sauna. Talk about class!

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant, all members of staff were delightful and made my stay one to remember.

Two grandparents and two kids, 11 and 14, shared a 3 bed suite. Small kitchenette but adequate for simple meals.

A decent place however rooms are small. You do get slippers and a bath robe. Shower is of good size even if you a bit big like me :) staff are very friendly and welcoming. I expected the place to be nicer but if you only going to sleep in the room while most of the time out and about, then this place is for you. Location is good as well.

The staff are wonderful and friendly and the rooms are a perfect size and very clean.

Stayed in the Bauhaus suite and enjoyed the rare copious amount of living space. Relatively conveniently located to the trains and short walks to the sights.

Beautiful charming Parisian hotel. Staff very friendly, they all speak English, breakfast is delicious if you opt for it. Room was upgraded to bigger room bc the gf comes to the Paris office for work quite often, so was very pleased with the bigger room. Downsides are the TV channels are crap, there are literally 10-15 channels… no movies just mainly news and mostly in French. Whatever, you don't come to Paris so you can watch tv. The Wi-Fi is slower than a mouse on a wheel inside his cage. Everything else EXCELLENT.

Location is great; Close to public transport and many other amenities. Our apartment was clean and open spaced. Service was as expected.

The woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly even though we speak almost no French. The room is beautiful and the neighborhood is near the fun stuff but far enough away that it feels quaint and almost rustic. I love it.

We recently stayed for my husbands 30th and our 5th wedding anniversary, really recommend this beautiful hotel, the staff are wonderful and friendly and the location was spot on, highly recommend.

In November when I stayed here for three nights. This is a great boutique hotel, is located in a beautiful and quiet on the road, the nearest metro station (Cadet) in just 2 minutes on foot. When we checked in, and every time we pass at the front desk, friendly and helpful staff will welcome us, they are always ready to help answer any of our questions. Room was great, had a comfortable bed and a good shower/bathroom. Wi-Fi is also no problem. In a great location. It's like I said, just …

The room was very clean, spacious great location and very friendly people.

Hotel is very dainty but rooms are excellent size. Modernly furnished and very spacious. Bathroom was a wet room. My only issue was a) they have no toaster for breakfast. I mean this is ridiculous. I'm sure buying one wouldn't cost more than €40 and b) the chairs in the room are very hard. Again after a hard day tromping round paris you want to have a chair you can fall into. The bed is very comfortable. For the price I would stay here again.

The cosy hotel is located in the 12th arrondissement just above the cosy café (which I highly recommend). The reception is extremely warm, the rooms are clean and the sheets are changed every day! Great Hotel for a romantic weekend.

Great place. Quiet, with very friendly staff. Lovely accommodation. Just right. The location is spot on — close to Cadet or Grand Boulevards Metro stations. There is a great buzz in the area with nice places to eat just outside the courtyard. The "7 Sens" restaurant next door is a delight. All in all it was the best place in Paris we've stayed and would highly recommend it.

Located in the heart of paris in an interior courtyard, the car's stay at the private parking all the weeck end. Staff very friendly and helpful.
