Lovely modern hotel, with exceptionally helpful staff who are proficient in a number of languages. Our superior room on the fourth floor was spacious enough, well presented, impeccably clean, and included a view across rooftops of the Sacre Coeur. Breakfasts were good, and included pastries, bread, fruit, continental meats and cheeses as well as scrambled egg, bacon and miniature sausages. The wide array of adult shops and adult entertainment venues in the local area shouldn't put visitors off. Whilst we were a little hesitant at first, the area isn't remotely as seedy as this would seem to suggest!

Room was ok but small even if we bought a superior. Service was not up to standard. We came back early 1 afternoon at 15:00 and the room was not done yet. We reported it to the people on the floor that just answered not to worry. Then we went down and before leaving for a walk to give time to fix it we informed the concierge… Came back at 17:00… But room was not done yet! The lady was just going inside then. Next day we came back (after 17:00) to a clean room, but the door had been left ajar.

Welcoming staff. They are very helpful and patient. Rooms are tiny. I could not open my luggage — that tiny. Needless to say no work desk and chair, no iron board. Toiletries were also below what I find at other mercure properties in Paris — no shampoo, no lotion. Breakfast is so so. Scrambled eggs and sausages are the only hit food. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why they can't have boiled eggs ready. They have those dipping thingies where you place your egg and leave it dipped in boiling water. I never got those eggs — invariably someone else would take them. Safe, well lit location. Easy to notice from traffic. Small lift. Higher floors have good view — can see the basilica in the distance. Noise from street did not disturb my sleep. Mattresses are on the firm side.

Room was clean and the space was appropriate. I got the privilege room with a view on Montmartre and the Sacré Coeur and it was truly beautiful to stand on the balcony. It was clean and had everything needed. Personnel was super nice and helpful! Both check-in and check-out were super fast.

A well located small hotel with recently refurbished rooms (small), just a short walk to Montmartre and Sacré-Cœur. Helpful staff.

Small and clean rooms. Bus and metro are just right outside your door step. Lot of places to eat nearby. Sacre Coeur is few minutes walk from the hotel and bus 67 to Louvre Mueseum. I would recommend it for young couples and not families because of the surroundings.

Location The room is clean. New, expensive repair items. Very nice, varied breakfast. Friendly staff. It's fine. The only thing I can not get used to in Europe is the lack of heating. On the street 2 degrees of heat, and in the room of heating only air conditioning. It shuts down every 5 minutes, you get up at night and as if you go firewood in a fireplace to throw, turn it on and in the face begins to blow dry air. Well my favorite after a trip to Rome took slippers. But it is probably necessary to consider traveling in Europe in the winter.

Really friendly and nicely renovated hotel south of Montmartre. It's a clean place with a welcoming staff. The room is a bit small but it fits for us as a young couple.

Clean and cute environment with a spectacular view of the Sacred Heart and the Butte.

Hotel ideally located 100m from the mouth of the Metro Pigalle, if you disregard the two sex shop that surrounds it, the decor of the rooms and the hotel is cosy and modern, the staff helpful, the breakfast is OK, nothing extraordinary. The Superior room I have is not extraordinary in size, but rather well laid out, no noticeable noise with the neighbor's room.

Hotel located between the Folies and the Sexodrome… ideal to stimulate its creativity.

Great for couples, rooms are tiny but it's really good value for Paris and across the road from the metro. It's a great Base for a short stay. Beware it is surrounded by adult shops so if offended by that sort of thing it's probably not for you.

The hotel is located close to the metro and other transport links. We arrived early, but had to wait beyond the check in time of 12pm as our room was still not ready. The room was suitable and clean, if not a little small. We were only offered one key card for our twin room, which proved inconvenient. On one day the cleaner came at around 6pm to complete her duties which was an inconvenient time as we'd arrived back after a long day out to refresh ourselves. After the 3rd night of a 4 night stay our tissues were not refilled and the toilet paper not replaced, we had to buy our own from the shop next door. Also on the last night, we were only restocked with one large towel instead of the 2 necessary for my companion and I. For a very small hotel, the service we received was reasonable, but disappointing in parts. Wouldn't stay again.

Had everything that we needed for a visit to Paris and is well located. Value for money.

Nicely decorated and newly refurbished, quite smaller that I would have expected. The area is not the best fit if you are on a romantic trip, but it is quite safe and with plenty of public transport around to get you anywhere. The service was great and always available to help.

The room was nicely decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only two things that let it down a bit were the tiny gap between the bed and window (that you needed to use to get to the bathroom) and the closet masquerading as a bathroom containing the doorless and quite wet shower. Needless to say you should be on quite close terms with the person you're staying with when here.

Small room. Neighborhood of Tono uploaded, near Moulin Rouge and streets full of sex shops and music stores, there is a mcdonals in the corner.

Very nice hotel completely renovated! Good quality bedding and breakfasts. Warm and professional welcome.
Plus: Ideally located to visit Paris on metro lines 2 and 12 you can also visit on foot montmartre, its pretty romantic and artistic streets as well as its Basilica Sacred Heart but also the trendy/stylish/hipster Sopi (nickname given by the locals for South Pigalle) perfect for finding a good bar or restaurant.

Spent one night at this brand new hotel (opened in December 2015). Small hotel but deep (breakfast room gives out at the back side street). Room was small but very comfortable and clean. Everything you need for a short stay in Paris (hot water cooker in the room, free 0.5l Evian bottle, free drink (probably as Accor member) ). Very friendly staff and small but very complete breakfast buffet. The hotel is 50m from the Pigalle Metro station. The area is not very attractive and the rooms at the street side was rather noisy (because of the traffic but not because of the fact the room was insufficiently insulated). Excellent.
