Really enjoyed my stay at the Dream Hotel Opera. Service is kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious (this is Paris… if you want any bigger, you can also pay triple the price). Coffee and tea in the room, a small mini bar, Rituals bath products. Large, comfortable bed with an abundance of pillows. Breakfast with fresh pastries, eggs, fruit, coffee/tea is served until 12:00 which allows for a lazy morning. Very clean, lovely boutique style entrance. I personally thought the elevator was great, have seen some reviews moaning about the size! I think it's a great way to save on space and gets you to your floor! 5* for me. Great for location as well! Highly recommended!

Hotel that it is allowed to collect 200€ to our account accusing my husband of having smoking in the room without any evidence or finding.

Renovation, new and very beautiful rooms. Warm welcome. Be careful, however, not to take too big a piece of luggage: small ascenceur.

The 1 star rating is unfair to how the room was because the room was clean and comfortable however as little small but that is to be expected in Paris. No the 1 star rating is because the hotel was under major renovations and no one ever told us. The elevator is so small it can barely fit 2 people. If you are a large person you would not fit. We were on the 7th floor. The elevator also got stuff while my wife was in it on day 1. And the elevator was offline on day 2. And on day 3 I spoke to a guy who got stuff in it twice. We were both carrying are very heavy pieces of luggage down the sketchy stairs. Oh ya my wife fell down the stairs as well seeing as they are uneven and slick polished wood. The handrail doesn't even extend to the top of each flight. Was super sketchy and am very disappointed because it was not super cheap to stay there either. I really feel like we got ripped off. Had I spend less than 100$ a night I wouldn't be so upset. Not worth your money go somewhere else with a real elevator.

Get away from this cursed hotel. In the works of large works for 18 months, using false photos.

Hotel is not the right word to describe this place. It is so small it should have pettit in the name. The "hotel" is under renovation this is something that nobody mentions whben you are booking a room. There is not breakfast available no bar or coffe. The lift inside is the smallest lift you have ever seen …

Simple but clean and very well equipped staff very available and at the service of customer satisfaction.

Very pleasant surprise as I did not expect such beautiful benefits for a 2 star establishment. The rooms are very modern and charming: renovated with a lot of taste and artfully arranged. The atmosphere is nice (music on TV and Pregnant in SDB) and the place is very quiet. This hotel is worth a 3 or 4 star. Value for money unbeatable.
Only downside: The elevator is ridiculous. It is 0, 50m2 (yes Yes promised! ) : It can only accommodate one person (normal build) with small baggage of hold!

Room was very clean and newly refurbished! At the moment there are construction works but there is nothing to do with it! I found everything OK, actually 4 stars because of the construction site, but I still give 5 because the location is just awesome!

Renovated hotel, with large, well-appointed rooms. Very large bed, kettle. I recommend this hotel in particular thanks to the soundproofing and location between Opera and the main boulevards.

They are renovating. Was satisfied 4 days stay. The rooms are nice, room service good. Have always found all my socks. Breakfast never tried.

The room very well, perhaps a little small but was very neat and clean. The only thing was that the hotel were rehabilitándolo whole, but it was very quiet.

Nice new room, overlooking courtyard, quiet. No breakfast or restaurant but not necessary seen all the restaurants around.

The room is new and charming. Own. Welcome in works for now, the management seems to renovate the whole of this hotel very well placed. Very satisfied with my booking by booking.

In the process of renovation, this hotel has introduced us to a newly renovated room, comfortable bedding, a luxurious shower room. We just regretted the antiquated windows that made us cold and heard the noises from the street. A small lift that yet has the merit to exist, a good welcome, a few steps from Galeries Lafayette, I keep this address for a future stay.

Dogs admitted but very expensive. €40 \JOUR. Beware as some lannoncent reservation sites for free. So deceit on the offer. Otherwise correct room.

The worst hotel in Paris! Do not be fooled by the photos of this hotel which is unsanitary, the electric cable that hangs in all the stairs and hallways, the room is dirty and poorly maintained, traces of shoe on the floor of the room, strong smell of paint. This hotel offers rooms while the whole hotel is under construction. Let's not even talk about the elevator which is way too small. No breakfast. To finish the staff is excefrable and allows you to enter the room without hitting before. Flee.

No comfort! Dream location…

To flee imperatively! Dirty room tapestry stained by moisture dubious task on carpet and sheets and bed top. Room so wet that the bathroom door swells! and impossible to close… not to mention the smell! Horrible.

Hotel dilapidated: In full work, so unlivable for guests. Smell in the room, shower in cold water and for breakfast, since it is in works, you have to go to the café from next door! To avoid. The positive point is the friendliness of the staff who do nothing in this situation. A price prohibitive for the establishment that it is.

I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel. Upon arrival it turned out that the hotel is renovated and they do not serve breakfast, even though we had already bought them. There was no info about it. The hotel has a very low standard but it is pretty cheap for Paris.

The rooms are as small as poorly soundproofed and unsanitary. To avoid absolutely.

Good dispostion near Grand Opera.

Location is superb for visiting/touring the city. Easy access from CDG via Roissybus. The traditional breakfast was a nice surprise. Excellent service from the front desk at any time of day — even helped me book a taxi to return to airport.

Very good hotel for those who do not want to spend a lot of money. It is pretty inexpensive and is very well located, around are restaurants, pubs and shops. The hotel has a good service, those who serve are very friendly, with breakfast service, cleaning and the door open 24 hrs. It is true that the lift is very small, it is only for one person, works very well and if you're not claustrofobico have any problem. I highly recommend it.

I'm from U. S. A. : Great small hotel, good ambience, clean, stylish, Opera area. Notre Dame de Paris, Louvre, Montmartre, etc. Great location (not in Eiffel area). True city center. Recommended, reasonable (not cheap), appealing hotel.

From May 28 to May 29, 2014, the location is good, very good welcome, cleanliness throughout the hotel, as I am Belgian I would have liked to breakfast ham or slices of young gouda cheese, I don't like croissants or other, I would therefore prefer 2 pieces of baguette instead, I there slept very well small room, which serves wardrobe we don't hang a coat and no hooks by the door for hanging, definitely, in the hope that my comment has been useful and I will receive a response from the head of the greetings to the team hotel.

Hotel very well located, close to the corner of Boulevard Haussman, a short walk to department stores and the Opera Garnier. There is a bus stop outside the hotel and a subway station less than a minute walk. Ideal to discover Paris.
