A small but fine hotel in the Quarter Latin. Price for Paris absolutely fine. The room is small, functional and clean. Air conditioning available in the room and very effective. Breakfast costs 12€ extra. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are many good restaurants and pubs. I will book the hotel again on my next visit, it is absolutely recommended!

Hotel in exceptional location, in a very quiet neighborhood and at the same time teeming with life. Well connected with whatever place you want to visit. The hotel is exactly as you see in the photos, very quiet, comfortable, very nice! Rooms a little small but well maintained and clean. Exceptional staff, always kind, smiling and always ready to meet every need! Open dining area 24 hours, very good breakfast, plentiful and varied.

We loved our stay at the Qualys! The hotel staff are excellent. We arrived after midnight and the front desk worker still took us on a tour, showed us where breakfast was, and was incredibly accommodating to our incredibly minimal French. Breakfast is delicious and they offer an adorable coffee and tea bar between midday and midnight daily. Yes, the rooms are small, but they're incredibly modern and the beds are the most comfortable we stayed in while on holiday. We had no issues with noise and were staying the days following the World Cup win… so I feel comfortable saying noise really isn't an issue. The only downfall we had was that the housekeeping staff really wanted to clean our room. My spouse and I do not prefer to have our room tidyed while we're staying at a hotel and the staff cleaned both days despite a do not disturb sign on the door. It should tell you something about the quality of the hotel if that's the best downfall I can come up with though!

The hotel is in a very nice location and in walking distance to many restaurants, cathedrals and museums. The hotel was safe, updated and clean. However the room smelled like there had been a cat staying there. Also, the bathroom and shower were very small and difficult to use without touching the walls.

The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms although very small are clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is very good with great choice.

Nice hotel in a very nice and lively street. Rooms are tiny, but I guess that is the standard in Paris (unless you really break the piggy bank). There was a problem with my bill and there was not way they could change the VAT number, which is rather strange. Besides that, all perfect.

We will NEVER recommend this place. Tiniest room ever, at least it was quiet. Rude, abusive, irritated and aggitated front desk person. He was aggresive to the point where he shouted and spat in my husbands face, calling him a racist from South Africa. All because we enquired about a special request that was emailed to the hotel two weeks before our arrival. No response received from the manager. And no, one nights free accommodation still cannot make up for this horrible, horrible experience. It left us upset, saddened and even fearful. Worst experience after a life time of travelling across the globe. A fast intervention by the manager with some personal contact would have been appreciated.

We had a prebooked itinerary and Paris was our second stop of our vacation. Day 1 we got placed as a family of three (2 adults and a baby) into the smallest room possible. Which after complaining wasn’t even the correct room! The room was small, the bathroom even smaller. The air conditioning units didn’t work yet — (end of April) so it was super hot In the rooms and you had to have your windows open which would have been nice but the streets were never quiet and someone was always smoking and the smoke was filling the rooms. The hotel is so small you Can’t go anywhere. The dining area and breakfast was so small there was barely any seating. I would never recommend staying here. We couldn’t wait to leave. The one plus — it was close to everything.

Very good hotel: clean comfortable. Very good reception and very good breakfast. The hotel is ideally located in a very lively area (restaurants) and very friendly. I'll be back.

Listening staff. The most of the hotel: its location. But very noisy: multiple passages of laundry trolleys at 6am, poor sound insulation, poor quality of the facilities in the room (the bathroom door that does not close, the handle that falls, mold in the shower which is very small, little Storage, really small room, uncomfortable mattress, and only size 140 for superior room) in short, I do not recommend at all…

Great and friendly staff and a super nice location. We had a beautiful room with a view over Paris (the view from our window can be seen on the attached photo) and it was of the size perfectly sufficient. The cleanliness was excellent and our stay was made by the great total only more beautiful! I can only recommend it to anyone! ❤

Very nice place in Paris.

Bad experience with this hotel. Flight canceled by the airline, initially they give us the opportunity to change dates for the journey When we have just to confirm dates they say they can not find a double room for three days between now and December 2018. Impossible naturally! I understand that it is including in booking policy but it is ridiculos that a well-known establishment hotel gets about 400 euro without providing any service. They pocketed all the money for all three days without giving us the chance to find replacement dates. some hotels charge only the first night especially since the fault was not mine Others at least give the possibility to move dates. they pocket only the money Congratulations for the service! Very bad bad bad.

The best thing about it is the location. The room is small but with the right. They could improve the attention of the receptionist, except a very attentive blonde woman who prestiged the place.

Decent overall. Staff was ok. The breakfast was good. The rooms are generally small and our shower door did not have a good seal and the shower head would not stay in its holder.

Nice breakfast spread. Good location for seeing major sites. Very nice staff. Smaller rooms, but all amenities we're met.

Room small and not very well soundproof but frankly we forget everything in the arms of morphed so the bedding is good. I've never slept so well in a hotel! I recommend!

Nice location, many places to eat and have drinks, fun area. Walking to lots of shopping abd site seeing. Hotel was clean, bed was comfy, all staff was very nice and helpful except for one. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices. We would stay again.

Clean hotel right in the city center. The hotel is situated in a student area, which makes it a cosy neighbourhood to chill. The breakfast was simple, but good and staff was very friendly!

Amazing location! Could not be placed better. 100m to metro. 1km to the RER direct to the airport. Staff were friendly, we didn't get breakfast but a short walk to an artisan bakery each morning had us well sorted. Countless options for food in the area! We did fall out of sync with tradition meal times and had a little trouble with finding a late lunch but that was our fault. 3pm-7pm is a good time for a nap in the very comfy beds. Room is small, bathroom really small, elevator is ridiculously small but it is only 4 floors up and we fit our suitcases and was totally workable. Again. Amazing location.

Welcome and information Impeccable, very well received. The air-conditioned room after a sunny day is very nice. The bedding is very soft.

Small room, broken shower, AC right above the head, and TV unusable as it was mounted upwards, facing the ceiling. However, it's located very nicely.

Fantastic 3 night stay here. Staff is english-friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast is more than sufficient and the coffee was fantastic. Beware the small elevator and try the stairs when possible. The area has many places to shop/eat right outside the front door. However if you have a room facing the street, you may be serenaded early into the morning hours by the late crowd. Room was clean, bath was certainly tiny, but manageable and clean.

Beautiful, quaint little quarters 7 mins from virtually everything in Paris. Very friendly staff and great creperies close by. The Latin quarter is really nice. Edit: All rooms in Europe are small that aren't apartments or suites. Don't expect large Western sized rooms in Europe! If you are fortunate enough to visit anywhere (let alone Paris) in Europe, your room should be for sleep, shower, and recreation only. Enjoy the culture and be thankful!
