Great location! Wonderful, helpful staff. It's a very quaint, perfect Paris hotel. Hallways can be noisy especially at night. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice place. If you're lucky enough to get a room with a balcony, it's a really nice treat. The staff is wonderful, and the person who checked me in was extra helpful, and funny. A wonderful spot for my last night in Paris!

Before you book this hotel, think multiple times! I’ve booked this hotel months ago and minutes before we arrived at the hotel, they have canceled our booking! Yes on the same day of our arrival they have cancelled our booking. So please, if you don’t want to go through the pain of what we’re going through now, book another hotel. The reason why they cancelled it? They’re overbooked. Yes they have cancelled my booking which I made months ago before my trip on the same day of our arrival. My partner is sick and the reception people didn’t even bother to help us. They just push us back to our travel agent.

Everything was wonderful, room and bathroom both clean, comfy bed, air conditioning. Breakfast is fairly cheap compared to everything that you can get. Every member of staff we met was kind and polite. Would definitely come back.

This is the second time I've been to a hostel at Minerva. The people at the reception are very pleasant and Nice. The room is clean and the breakfast is very good.

Nice little hotel perfectly situated to the metro and hop on hop off boat. 3 city blocks from Notre Dame. Its May and we are back again in less than a year love this hotel and love its proximity to everything.

It's a little expensive but it's central. Clean and cozy.

Warm welcome in this "neighborhood" hotel very well located in the 5th (Latin quarter). We had a courtyard side room, very quiet. Good service and impeccable cleanliness. Avoid breakfast on site: cheap but where you will be offered industrial pastries without taste; prefer one of the many bars in the neighborhood.

Very nice Hotel I recommend it for the location, the Metro is around the corner and the area is quite central and quiet.

Great location very close to main paris attraction and you can reach out everywhere with z metro, there is a great bakery across z street and many cafes around, its a quite area though, our room was a bit small so we upgraded to a better one wz a view, this was done nicely and smoothly by the friendly staff members.

Nice hotel in St. Germain. Decent rooms in a charming old building, with Paris-typically a relatively large metro and street noise to be heard. The rooms are of the size still OK, the bathroom should not be smaller and unfortunately in the open shower you always take care of a flood, no matter how much effort you give yourself. Train and bus, restaurant and Notre Dame are close by, staff is very nice.

(Mind you this was around 7am) Overall for the images I saw prior to checking in, my room didn't match. I was shocked how old fashion it looked and how small the rooms actually were.

We stayed here March 8th 2018 to March 12th 2018 so far our stay is been really present the rooms are clean well cared for and stf is really nice.

The place is perfect for us. Walking distance to Notre Dame and other area. The staffs were so helpful. Upgrade our room to a little bit bigger because of our luggage :) It was a cute-nicely arranged room. We love the place.

We were very satisfied with our stay! The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to the Seine, Notre Dame, easy walking distance to St Germain neighborhood, and in a relatively quiet area. The staff at the front desk were very nice. We stayed for three nights and the elevator was very small. We could barely fit the two of us in it, without luggage. We asked at the front desk about this and got switched from a fifth floor room to a second floor room for no extra charge so that we could use the stairs instead. The room was very nicely decorated, simple but clean and tasteful with a nice french balcony. Smaller than American hotel rooms, but big enough! The bathroom was very nice with a roomy bathtub. Breakfast was not included so we enjoyed the different nearby bakeries and cafés in the mornings. Overall we had a very positive experience and would stay here again!

Parking closed. But be careful booking on the internet does not necessarily block the location. Otherwise bed quality well, we forgot to get up for breakfast.

This hotel was perfect for us. The room was very clean with two cute balcony’s offering great views of Paris. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. We received some great recommendations and tourist info from them. The hotel is only a short walk away from the Notre Dame cathedral and Louvre museum. With easy access to both the metro and train line to The airport. Great value for money. Will back for a second visit.

The room was small but, for the rest, this hotel was perfect. Location, cleanliness and kindness at the top.

Very central yet quietly relatively quiet. Room 208 is incredibly small, with an estimated 10 square metres. However, this is enough to sleep. How big the other rooms are, I don't know. The service and breakfast are very good.

This hotel was clean with newly refurbished room. I stayed in a twin room. The room is small, beds ok but neither guest slept well for either of the two nights in this hotel — very noisy pub near by and the drunk patrons spill out onto the street and shout until all hours of the night. Bathroom looks nice but not practical with no shelf space, no shower curtain, toilet very small. No place to hang clothes in the bathroom. Ok for couples but feeling of no privacy in the bathroom due to frosted glass. No coffee making facilities for guests. They charged me 6 euros to make a local call for a taxi.

Awesome location with lots around to see and do. 20 min walk to the Louvre. Cool looking bathrooms. Incredible room service and delicious breakfast.

The male receptionist whom I spoke to on the phone about my reservation (4 Jan) was very rude and had terrible communication skills. He didn't listen at all but interrupted, talked very impatiently with his loud voice. When I asked if I could speak to a manager instead, he shouted and hung up on me. I cancelled the hotel without staying a night despite 4 nights paid in full. Very disgusted!

Having spent a reservation in this hotel, with notice informing of the possibility to cancel "until 3 days before", I want to cancel my booking for booking 06 09.
Ah, but no, it's up to 3 days prior to 00:00. It was possible to cancel 4 days before until 23:59. OK, this one is it for me, although it was not very clear.
But the Hotel has nothing to shake, no sense service, especially as as they have so well stated by telephone, "we're complete! ", which frankly would not pose a problem to fill my cancellation by the date of execution.
An operator without any customer consideration who repeats untiringly and like a machine that she "apply policy", refusing to put in touch with a Manager, because decides nothing.
In short, maybe good, but the reception service is pathetic.
It's good to put in place a cancellation policy, and yes I'm apparently in the wrong, for a language that is not necessarily very clear, but the sense of service is also something worthwhile in a facility, especially when they know that they can fill the bedroom, 3 days of the scheduled date.

Nice people, very nice and courteous, very good service. The hotel very cosy little fart. In the Latin quarter but, with so many options of transportation.

Our stay of 4 nights was very satisfactory. Our room was small but comfortable with a sofa, a nice big TV, air conditioning and a small but useful fridge. Good general cleaning, a little below our standard in Italy (which is found everywhere in Paris), but without anything that would preclude the stay. Very cute the multicolor led illuminating showering. Friendly staff, free Wi-Fi in rooms, of course (surcharge, € 1 every 30 min for the pc in the lobby) but breakfast, an addition of € 9 per person, not satisfactory in terms of quality and quantity, perhaps the only flaw we experienced. Just go out and in the beautiful Latin quarter you will find dozens of places to go for a nice breakfast. For the rest only positives, close to the metro, a great neighborhood (quiet at night too) and reasonably priced.

The rooms are a bit small, as in every hotel in the area, but very comfortable and elegant. The hotel was very friendly and accommodating and the stay was very pleasant.

Small things are matter! When you have a room which is too dark, don't have a refrigerator, one wall outlet it makes you disappointed. Besides, you will not have a chance to iron your cloths because the hotel doesn't have this facility. Yeah, and breakfast is too simple.

Decent price in a central area. There are restaurants nearby.

I stayed here over 5 years ago for three nights. We had 5 people in 3 rooms-the rooms facing the street were a bit noisy with the windows open but our room faced the back courtyard/alley which was very quiet. We were only there to sleep as we only had 3 days to see the city. This hotel is very affordable compared to others and you couldn't beat the location — we managed to see every sight we wanted to see within those 3 days-in easy walking distance of metro and tons within walking distance. Anything else — proximity to Notre Dame etc written by other reviewers. April in Paris-it was a perfect time.
