Best place to stay. Comfortable… Elegant and right position. True class!

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. It seems to have recently been renovated … but the renovation was done to savings and in a sloppy way. The bathroom window did not open and even the door of the room was struggled. Staff not at all sympathetic and oblivious to the concept of kindness. We won't be going back. The only positive note is the good location: central and a short walk from the metro.

This is a terrible hotel, with cockroaches, and unfriendly/unresponsive staff. Dont stay here, there are many nice hotels nearby.

Please do not visit this Hotel. When we arrived a familly of 6 to a prebooked and prepaid an executive room for 400 euro per day, it was under renovation. Big in the ceilling, things not functioning at the room. After three days of asking for management they did not react. Big warning — this Hotel should be avoided in any way possible.

Very bad staff. No regard to the client's point of view it's all about taking your money in any way they see fit. Also I am asking for an invoice for over a month ago over email as my payment was done online and they are ignoring me. Don't ruin your vacation in Paris, find a proper establishment.

Theft in the rooms. During a 4 day long stay, we experienced a theft in the hotel room we stayed. The cleaning ladies stole money from our suitcases — we contacted the hotel but the staff did not care at all about the problem, saying that since we were already away from France they will not do anything. Stay away from this hotel if you don't want to experience a theft.

Economic rate for Paris. Close to boats, tram, bus to be able to visit the city easily. Lots of restaurants around. Room OK and super home!

Very well located next to the Hospital of pity. Cleam broke down and staff not very friendly to my liking.

Such a terrible hotel. That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. If you try it you will see the poor condition of the rooms and experience the rude behaviors of the personnel.

Never Again. That was the worst part of our stay in Paris. The workers are Rude. The rooms are very clean. Never again. This is the worst hotel in Paris. Dirty and cold rooms, rude staff.

A very comforting hotel and very close to Metro station.

Convenient location, spacious rooms (we had a connected room with our kid's) but the hygiene was bad and breakfast was poor although the lady who was preparing everything was realy nice and polite.

The location of the hotel is good. There's a train station nearby. The room was very small and not very clean. We stayed there with our dog and they asked 25 euros per night for the dog. We were told that it was a good price. I found it quite expensive given that they didn't offer an extra service for him. We travel quite often with the dog and we were never asked for such an amount.

Well-connected, with a subway entrance at 100 meters. In its day, with reforms. But the room was OK, we were negative on the outside and it was perfectly in the room. Attention to the receptionist, to one of them, as we lied with the relative to make us a navigo to go by Metro etc, more when he had one, and, please, he lives in Paris. Besides we were already informed, so we knew he was lying to us. Very better. All.

Good hotel near Gare Lyon station. The Wi-Fi didn't have a good signal in the room. Clean and nice.

My room was dirty and the quality of everything was not the best. The service was not good, very arrogant, with 3 stars I expect something different, the only good thing was the location, everything else was nothing! For me you don‘t even deserve one star!

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired and there is a lot noise to have the hospital so close.

It is very good place, very clean and neat like all Paris. To improve, you could have a mini fridge to store drinks if you want. The size of the room and bathroom is quite small.

Excellent reception with upgrade on arrival, renovated rooms but still noisy. Beautiful bathroom but with hairs around the toilet and hair on the floor… bed in 160 with sheet and duvet of 140 without sheet cover! Bathrobe and towels for one person while we were in a couple. For the price displayed (150-190 €) it is unacceptable…

It has no heating in the bathroom, armatio wardrobe scarce of edpacip and uncomfortable.

Hotel near the Gare d'Austerlitz and the Salpetriere pity. Room a little small but nice.

Nice address. Good location in the capital. Modern and neat renovated room. Nice open view for my room in height. Staff were friendly and helpful. A little more fresh fruit at breakfast would be top. Very recommendable hotel.

In terms of location, the hotel is situated between two metro stations so it was very convenient to visit other districts. I was pretty disappointed in the size of the room. The Agoda pictures made the room looked A LOT bigger than it actually was (but they took it with a wide angle camera so I blame myself for not looking at it more carefully). We had two medium size suitcases and I was only able to open one of them since we had no space. The hotel itself looked pretty dated; the rooms probably were renovated not too long ago but it still possessed an "old" smell. The room I got initially was really noisy since it faced the train station so I asked for a room change, but the second room I got had broken lights. So I pretty much just stayed in the dark. Overall, I didn't like this hotel too much.

Hotel staff were very nice. Room size was ok, pretty typical for my experience in Paris. We didn't try the breakfast buffet, at 13 Euros per person, but instead walked around the corner to a boulangerie and bought a selection of pastries for four Euros fifty. The hotel is in the Latin Quarter, but it's still a metro ride from the high-traffic entertainment areas. The only downside is the location, which is pretty sketchy. We encountered aggressive panhandlers and people urinating in the street within about twenty feet of the front door, at 7am on a Sunday morning.

Great little boutique hotel. Super easy to access the Notre-Dame. Friendly area with lots of bars and cafes around.

Disappointing breakfast — very little option and very crammed. There was almost nothing to choose from when we got there and the lady (who only spoke French and Spanish) had to make us eggs when we arrived. There is a lot of noise from the hallways, the other rooms and sometimes the road as well. The bed is, however, very comfortable and the shower is great. Cleaning could be better. The hotel is okay situated as it is close to a metro station but otherwise far away from central Paris.

Friendly and helpful The rooms are very small and the cleanliness leaves to be desired. Great tea that you find every day in the room. A small balcony on the street attaches a few more points to the well furnished room, with many pillows and helath lighting. The breakfast (Cara) is done in the basement in a small room sometimes crowded. There is not much choice, only one type of brioche and often you had to ask for water too because it was not there. On the other hand on the table were small jars of excellent jam.

This hotel is very well situated in Paris. Near the Gare d'austerlitz, close to the stage and the Jardin des Plantes. It is very convenient to get anywhere in Paris. The hotel is close to transport links with a metro station just next to it. It is an old building, very parisian. The ensemble has been carefully renovated, my room was modern and functional. The mine height had a beautiful view and was very quiet and well insulated. The hotel staff is very friendly. The reception has been good. Everything has been done for a pleasant stay with staff very attentive. The breakfast was also well provided with plenty of things to eat. The report quality price can hardly be beat considering the quality of the hotel and its surroundings. I think it is difficult to do better in Paris see in the suburbs. The proximity of everything is important. I will come back here with my family. I spent very good moments in this hotel. Bravo.

Welcoming. One of the best power showers I've used in a hotel ever. Fairly noisy at the front of the hotel but good sound proofing. Heating and AC. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Convenient for Paris Austerlitz 5 min walk. Would stay again.

A pleasant and cozy place in the center of the city. The windows of our room overlooked the courtyard so it was quite quiet the rooms are small but in Paris everywhere so. The room was cleaned every day, replenished with toiletries, also the room had a kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar and a TV with local channels. The nearest metro station is a two minute walk. In a nearby bistro house, where we could have breakfast, and can take breakfasts at the hotel. Nice staff.

It's very convinient and safe to live in but… I found a spider on the bed. And the wash basin was a little bunged up.

The hotel is located in the Centre of s. Marcell and with metro close 2 minutes walk. Behind there is a wonderful Museum!

Undergoing renovations, but a perfectly lovely hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for a short visit to Paris, and I think that for that prize they should offer something more. The room was very small (my knees ended with several injuries because of the corner of the bed! ), the furniture was incredibly bad (the structure of the bed was broken when we sat on it), the bathtube didn't have a curtain (and the floor was flooded after the shower). Furthermore, the lift is incredibly little (and the stair incredibly dark and high). Will not repeat for sure.
