We had a great time. The rooms were clean and nice, discreet and courteous staff, open 24 hours, very comfortable location at the subway (20 meters) and station (50 meters), huge TV in the room, air conditioning, possibility to make you the tea. Although it is positioned street front (busy), at night it is quiet and you sleep.
With a smile, my daughter pointed out to me that the bidet was missing : but it makes up for it!
I will definitely come back.

The hotel is not bad, but it hurts all small.

The service is not that good, and the rooms are quite small the bedroom is so close to bathroom and the window! the bathroom is so tiny to take a shower, and they did not change the towels regularly plus there is no blanket over the bed (there is only one cover for the bed! )

This is a small hotel very friendly and super convenient for a short stay in Paris. Directly located opposite the Gare d'Austerlitz the place is very clean and the rooms of quality. The staff are very helpful. The beds are firm and comfortable and the rooms totally independent are soundproofed. Breakfast was good and the price was good.
The hotel is ideally located when you come and leave by train. You can walk to the Accor arena hotel (Bercy) in 20 minutes and to Chatelet in 45 minutes passing by the docks.

Hotel IR is not bad, but it hurts all small.

The hotel is super well placed, the rooms are clean, very nice, even the ones on the street, one is not bothered by the passage. The breakfast buffet is very good for the price, and the staff is very friendly.

Very good location, opposite the train station Austerliz… very convenient for a departure the next morning!

The value for money for a hotel in downtown Paris is quite decent.

Affordable, very clean facility, great location and helpful staff. The rooms are small, however, we didn’t travel to Paris to spend time in a hotel room. There are cafes, bakeries and transportation just outside the front door. We have stayed here three times and loved each experience.

Hotel a bit pricey for what it offers. Very small rooms (especially the bathroom) but modern and clean. The reception was under construction. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. It is next to Austerlitz station.

Tiny rooms with paper thin walls. Stupidest shower I've ever seen… Impossible to shower without flooding the entire room.

This is a very decent hotel in downtown Paris. The rooms are quite small, but it is quite reasonable given the location in the city center. Also the value for money is very good. Definitely recommended for an unextended stay in Paris.

Excellent location. Bars, restaurants and market at your fingertips. The neighborhood is nice, without forgetting the professionalism of the employees.

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the location is near a big train station and metro. But the room seemed to me a little smaller than it appears in the photos and the hotel was under refurbishment when I went.

The location was fabulous! Right next to the metro and a manageable walking distance from Notre Dame. The front desk staff was so friendly and kind and helpful! And my 6'8" husband was thrilled that the shower was tall enough for him.

Only 2 stars because noisy street side: in front of the station Austerlitz, Metro, Bus… Damage a soundproofing at the height would greatly improve the performance.

When I got into my room, there was a takeout box of someone else's food sitting underneath the bed. Every time I took a shower, the door could not hold water in and the bathroom floor flooded. The hotel had most of the essentials, including all purpose shampoo + body wash, but no individual conditioner or body soap or lotion. They also didn't replace the coffee cream one day which was a minor annoyance. All in all, it was still a hotel, functional and clean in all the ways you'd expect. So I wouldn't mind staying there again. But given all of the above, I couldn't give it 5 stars.

I have visited a number of hotels in Paris and the value for money is excellent. The welcome is perfect. So is the situation. I recommend.

Convenient at the station and on the subway. With a few more steps, you get to several monuments… very clean and tidy. I recommend it…

The hotel is a bit dingy. The room is nice, but the lobby, staircase, and elevator are not. Also, this hotel is definitely not accessible.

We have come to this hotel in Paris for the second time in 6months. Our first stay was amazing! Lovely spacious room ready on time and heaps of friendly staff to help point out the best places to go and how to get there… not this time… After both phoning and emailing the venue to let them know that we would be arriving a day late we were told we were still going to pay for the room that night we weren't there… ok fine that's our fault… little did we know that when we arrived a few hours before check in time on the new date that the room wasn't ready as they had used it that night but wouldn't give refund let alone an apology… so now we're in an even smaller room than before (even though we paid the same price for the same size room 6months ago — we checked) … with no sign of any acknowledgment… just doesn't seem fair.

Very comfortable bed, clean bathroom too bad the sliding door does not shut well, very comfortable for everyone.

It is a good place to be near to the city centre. There is a Metro and Train station really close to the hotel, that makes your life easier. I consider the breakfast a little bit expensive, there are good places and options around.

Centrally located, very clean, right next to the metro. That Yes, the rooms are tiny, but who goes to Paris to stay in the room.

It's a quiet grate hotel, with kind stuff, 20 minutes on foot from Notre Dame.
