Nice hotel in good neighborhood — small breakfast area where some waiting time must be foreseen. Worst issue is the fact that someone was smoking in the hotel even though it is a 100% nonsmoking hotel… Management should insure that a “nonsmoking hotel” ARE nonsmoking e. G by installing smoke detectors.

Great location in the Quartier Latin. Comfortable, quiet room. Very clean. Very little traffic noise. Optional fun lighting in room (in addition to regular lighting).

Stayed with my sister for one night. We both agreed it was the most comfortable bed we've slept on in a long while! Great location and wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend it for short or longer stays. Merci beaucoup!

Absolutely not at the service of the customer very pleasant service slow and deficient. The breakfast Not counting the tiny room for a 3 star and a small model bathroom.

Friendly staff and good location on a quiet side street. The room and shower room were compact, but with fun lighting and decor. The floor is carpeted, which is hard for someone with allergies to dust.

We had a lovely stay here while in paris. Beautifully decorated, wonderful staff and a lovely room. They were kind enough to look after out bags before checking in even though we got there at about 8am! The rooms are clean, comfortable with a nice en suite. Bathtub was large and spotless. The hotel is situated just off a main road and it's about a 20min walk to the louvre and Notre dame. You could always catch the bus or metro from a close station just a few steps onto the main road. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are ever in paris.

Ok hotel, probably worth the value. Nice neighborhood but not as close to the metro as I would have preferred. Ok once you figure out the bus, but it seems to take longer to get places. Rooms are small but clean. We had a couple of maintenance issues in our room that they seemed to know about but did not repair. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walk around the side streets of the main roads North and East of the hotel for a nice taste of normal Parisian life.

Lousy. Tiny room, stained carpet, a 30cm sink in a 1 SDB. 20 square. Dry hair in the closet. Old furniture. Nothing to do with the ad.

Very good service, Hablab Spanish at reception, superior privilege room, clean, with many details such as lights that look like stars in the bathroom and on the ceiling of the room. All the bathroom accessories are perfect. A very good experience. Repetiriamos. Perfect room to go with your partner.

We stayed at the Five Hotel during our trip to Paris and the experience was lovely. The staff was very polite and the rooms, although somewhat small, were decorated with very good taste. We will most likely repeat it in case of returning to visit the city on another occasion.

One of the most romantic hotels in Paris. I would recommend the privilege room with its suspended bed!

Staid 2 nights. The staff is welcoming. The room was ok. For the breakfast I will recommend to have it somewhere else.

Wi-Fi is non existent and the rooms are smaller than a cruise ship room. Reception is nice but that's about it.

The hotel is in a quiet area, small cozy rooms, we had a room with windows to the yard-well, but it is very cozy, opposite the apartment house. Breakfast was very good.

Wi-Fi does not work in the room.

Good price, convenient location, clean rooms. Perfect place if you are not spending much time in your hotel and need a good spot to sleep.

The rooms are not as they are in the photos! The room was dirty and lighting awful, so expect to either not do your makeup or bring a flashlight! The hair dryer did not work (although they do have ONE community one to share) and they only have one broken iron to share with everyone, and they don't reinforce bringing it back so you will probably never see it if someone else is using it! The location sucks too, as everything is at least 25 min away by UBER or taxi! Definitely got tricked by the photos and reviews! Would never stay here again-only reason I gave it a 2 star was because the staff was fairly nice… overall, think dorm room space, divided in half! It's not a 3 star hotel at all-I'd say 1 star. Sort of ruined our stay, but we tried not to stay in the room unless we were sleeping or changing…

Normally the upgrade makes people happy… but we were disappointed as we had no hanging bed (something that had motivated our choice for this hotel! )
The nice and clean suite… we took advantage of the jaccuzi (but we already knew! )
We'll be back with pleasure.

Nice room, very welcoming staff, some small tinkers to review in the room (ex: Carrrelage broken, crack etc. ) But very good stay in this beautiful hotel full of charm!

Nice hotel, very nice staff, small rooms but Paris obliges. The atmosphere is sexy, the neighborhood very quiet!

Who lived in the flat, it is fascinating. Behind the glass door of the suite is printed with clouds wallpaper, this is a good sign that you have checked. In each corner of the room with mood lights, very easy to play with them. Already have the Ipod playlist is a plus. But the best hooks on the wall bed, bed and very pretty lights on the ceiling. Finally, the location of the hotel is also very good, was very close to many restaurants and shopping centers are.

We stayed regardless of day in the suite jacuzzi a real concon of love!

The Five is simply a mixture of romance, glamour and sensuality! My wife was delighted! A big thank you to all the team!

So romantic and unique! The staff was wonderful and friendly. The rooms are tiny, as any in Europe will be, but all of the little details really made our anniversary special. The location is great for walking to cafes as well.

Good location, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff! Something small the room and overall not cheap. But to recommend.

The only good thing about this rip off was that I only booked one night! The rooms are tiny and have little to do with the pictures one the net. The whole hotel has a terrible ambience and the breakfast was pretty bad too. The staff was really nice but thats about it! Do not book this! It`s a trap.

The place might look nice in pictures but it is a bit disappointing in person. The staff was amazing but I really didn't like the room. It felt cheap, also the location is really bad.

Even if we can be a little cramped at times (Paris forces), the rest remains a great with its terrace and jacuzzi (sheltered place to keep a bit of privacy, if you know what I mean).
