Great staff; great location; good service; didn't give 5 stars because of electricity problems, No AC and a cumbersome entrance.

Good service and location, where easy to get anyway you want in Paris, easy breakfast, housekeeping service is awesome, and kindly to answer any question in reception.

We stayed at Rays for 5 nights and found the accommodation to be excellent. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean. The location is amazing with great attractions and shopping within walking distance. Some of the reviews I have read previously mentioned that there was considerable noise at night, we did not find this to be the case. The staff are very friendly and helpful. All in all very satisfied with our stay. I would recommend it to friends.

Nice 2 room suite with good bathroom. Very well located too. Let down by lack of air conditioning (despite whatever eco air cooling they say they have) — the rooms were unpleasantly warm even on a moderate day — I would hazard a guess the place must be unbearable during summer.

The person at the reception was friendly and helpful. The room was large, comfortable with a lot of light during the day.

Rooms, halls were painted in modern art; very chic. Rooms were very comfortable, especially the beds. Coffee was a class above. Front desk was completely knowledgeable for tourists who didn't have clue. Great little bakeries and places to eat around. The hotel is right in the city center so it easy to get or even walk everywhere. Staff was completely professional and friendly. We'll be back.

It is skimming 4 stars of punctuation but for my taste does not arrive, hotel located in the middle of the center of Paris, ideal to walk anywhere, the negative, reception without bathroom, no telephone in the room to communicate with reception and also no thermostat, what I would define it as a last minute hotel but not as a hotel to spend a few days on vacation in Paris, I liked as I said before for the location, spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed even being the small room but that is already something usual in many not to say all CI European udades, summarizing that it is a hotel that can be but not to throw rockets, I was not bad either.

Surprising! Big and clean rooms, excelent location and very nice people working.

Very poor service… Over 200 €/night, the Internet of my room (the 14) was not even working… Too expensive for what it is. Honestly it's not the hotels that Miss in this neighborhood so at this price as much go to a hotel with real service.

Definitely the place to stay. Perfect service perfect location and very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff. They cannot be more helpful. I will definitely return to Rayz Suites.

Several major things. We had the "apartment" suite: one bedroom is small but decent, the second one is so small you can a barely walk by the foot of the queen bed they have there, there is no room for the luggage and it barely has a micro closet to place things. Its a glorified closet that they call a bedroom. The A/C is awful, so the rooms get really warm at night, so the best solution is to try and open the windows. The main problem that ther is a discotheque right beneth the hotel, that opens around midnight and goes on until sunrise its called Vendome Club. Like any other club has drunk patrons that get very loud at night and get into arguments and fights right outside the rooms windows. This goes on pretty much every night. Its impossible to sleep both from the hot rooms and the loud discotheque patrons (even if you close the room's windows). Apparently ther is some sort of dividing door that is broken and wont keep the noise or drunk patrons out of the pretty courtyard the hotel has on its website. I would never go back to this place ever again, as hard as this may sound, it manages to ruin your Paris experience!

We spent two nights here in early May, 2017 — 2 adults, 3 children. The location is fantastic, just minutes from Palais Garnier (the Paris Opera House). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, directing us towards some fine dining and interesting, off-the-beaten-path attractions. The rooms were very modern and spacious, with convenient USB charging connections in the master bedroom and elsewhere. There were a couple of points of less than perfection, but these were incredibly minor (a broken door stopper, for example). The rooms were warmish, and turning the temperature down only partly addressed the problem, but the windows opened, so problem solved. We would happily stay here again anytime.

Room was nicely decorated, spacious and the suites in a good location. Staff very helpful. Unfortunately, during our 3 nights stay, the linen remained unchanged and that was quite frustrating. Bear in mind that after midnight there is no representative present in the hotel. So if something happens, or in case you need something urgently: Good Luck. P. S. : Sonos was a good small luxury. Unfortunately it wasn't working.

This Hotel is truly a hidden Gem in the middle of Paris! The location is perfect, close to many attractions and shopping and only a 5min walk to the Metro. Our room was spacious and very beautiful, a tranquil retreat in the middle of a bustling city. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. They printed us directions to several attractions, gave excellent recommendations, and even printed our tickets for the Louvre that we purchased online before realizing we needed paper copies. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique hotel experience in Paris.

Beautiful, serene, private place, helpful staff, and a good location. Our room was large and stylish without being over the top, had nice modern bath and kitchenette areas, a large and comfortable bed, and built-in USB charging ports that actually worked! The nondescript blue door and walkway/tunnel to reach the small lobby makes it feel secret, and the Buddha-decorated garden into which you emerge is a breath of fresh air. In case you couldn't tell, we really liked this place, and will almost certainly be back.

This place significantly exceeded my expectations. The suite was spacious and very modern, even included Sonos systems throughout. I am typically very picky in terms of hotel quality, and have been disappointed with all my previous hotel selections in Paris until this one. The receptionist lady was hugely helpful is giving us guidance on things to do in the evening. I know Google and TripAdvisor are usually good enough for this, but I think her advice was better than I could normally get online. Will stay again.
