Very nice hotel and the place is very accesible, will surely comeback when im in Paris.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They gave recommendations, directions, and favorite sights and things to see and do while in Paris. Also provided info on passes (on-off stops)! I LOVED my stay!

Clean even the rooms are very small.

Had a triple room here for 11 days. Nice room but the pictures on their booking site are a lot bigger than the room you will most likely get. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Close to quatre-septembre, opéra, pyramids, St. Lazar and other metro stations. Breakfast at Ascot Opéra is quite pricey so for a cheaper breakfast you can go to a cafe down the road (when you come out of the hotel you go left, left, right and then straight and down the road) or go to a Pret á Manger that is close by. There is also my favorite restaurant we went to in Paris just down the road. It is called L'entente which has some amazing dishes and has a very friendly and welcoming staff (I highly recommend you go there).

Very warm and professional welcome! The room is much smaller than the photo (from the same room), no soundproofing, hole in the bedding but the positive is that the street is not very busy by car and the Italian restaurant opposite is really delicious!

Very central, decent hotel with average sized room, but we'll maintained. The breakfast is not bad and there are good restaurants right around the corner.

Hotel perfectly located in the 2nd arrondissement. Neat rooms and qualified staff, pleasant, competent and available at any time. Many thanks to Maria and to Mr. Jean. The hotel also has a few parking spaces. Remember to book before arriving on site. The rate is €25 per day. Pets are welcome and no extra charge please! An address to remember and share.

Stayed two nights here on top floor in small room with window opening to the street. Good rate (€95/night) for three star Paris Hotel including Wi-Fi. Neighborhood is close to most of the most desirable spots with many dining options nearby. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water in a shower / bath combo. Close to several Metro stations and the express bus to / from CDG Airport.

Room was noisy because of pipe noise from the toilet (which is 1 meter from the bed), and because of bad noise isolation from other rooms.

Excellent value for money for this well-kept establishment, in a very vibrant area of PARIS the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms well equipped.
Good breakfast in a restaurant room certainly a bit austere.

Hotel close to the Olympia, very clean, well soundproof and offering parking. Very professional home. Very good breakfast Anyway, I keep this address in my notebook for my next Parisian shows. On the other hand, it is better to negotiate the rate directly with the hotel by phone than to go through a central reservation, it is much more interesting.

Nice hotel, nice room The snag the condition of the sheets and pillows tasks of blood and moisture! Very disappointing considering the rates of this hotel! Fortunately the staff is nice which lessens the annoyance of this bad experience.

Hotel very well placed a few steps from the opera Garnier. The rooms are not very large but enough for one night during a trip, luckily I was upgraded. The staff are welcoming and available.

I loved this hotel the friendly attention, super comfortable rooms, it is definitely a very cozy place to be with your family.

Stayed 1 night. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were good, but a bit on the small side. I don't think breakfast is included in the price. Room did have a nice balcony to smoke on.

I was upgraded from this hotel to their other one around the corner, I got a bigger room but I also got woken up at 8am by the building work going on on the floor below my room (you know, that pleasant sound of drilling that sounds like the dentist), and the walls were paper thin so I could hear everything in the room next door including the chap going to the toilet as all that separated me from his room was a locked door. Also the room was boiling and the aircon didn't work other than to make loud gargle noises randomly. The staff were friendly and helpful at both hotels but my upgrade was pretty poor considering how much I paid.

Really small rooms, BAD service wouldn´t recommend to anyone.

Con questo Hotel ho avuto a ' pessima esperienza. Avevo una stanza quasi Lounge a mese prima per essere tranquillo. Love alla reception m asked hanno subito it pagamento delle 3 notti e book da loro confermate tramite una email e per quali mi c'avevano bloccatoi a titolo di guarantee her carta di credito per dieci giorni. Dopo avere dato I soldi mi hanno portato has another hotel nearby, without any explanation. The camera del nuovo hotel era all'ultimo piano piccolissima, smelly con e a bagno piccolo e sporco. Unica cosa che if salvava di questo nuovo hotel era he receptionista di Oriental origin.
Sconsiglio di to book the hotel Ascot Feb. Ho discovered nelle altre strutture piu vicianze valid e oneste.

With this hotel, I had a bad. I had booked a room for a month before being quiet. Arrived at the front desk asked immediately m payment of 3 nights reserved and confirmed by an email from them, and for which I had bloccatoi as a guarantee of the credit card for ten days. After giving the money, they took me to another hotel nearby, without any explanation. On the top floor of the hotel, the room was brand new, very small, with a small bathroom and smelly and dirty. The only redeeming quality of this new hotel was the receptionist of Eastern origin.
Strongly advised not to book the hotel Ascot. I found in the House near other structures most valid and honest.

Street noise was possibly the biggest issue we experienced. Yes the rooms seem small by North American standards but in the end were all we needed as we really only slept there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a terrible booking. First they couldn't find my reservation, let me wait for 30 minutes, the receptionist was super unfriendly and not service minded. Then they sent me over to another hotel that they apparently have a coop with. Unbelievably horrific service.

Aside from the fact that the cleanings start at 7:45 and the doors are paper thin and you can hear everything, even the shouting, my room was very small, I couldn't even open the suitcase, the morning breakfast reduced to lowest terms, a croissant and two small breads, plus coffee and milk, orange juice, jam and butter at will, cheese in sealed envelopes. Staff at reception not fully welcoming, in my room there was no kettle or other things, which I glimpsed in neighbouring rooms. Only positive aspects were the cleanliness, comfort of the bed (I didn't regret for the first time on my bed at home) and good quality linen and towels. The room should be changed, it is old and worn. I will not be back nor recommend it.

We had a very nice stay in Ascot Opera, hope that we can come back next year. It is located in the heart of Paris. Great stay.
