The rooms at the hotel are quite small, but it's fine.
Cleanliness is also given.
What bothered me was for bathroom door. Just a sliding door that affords little privacy. If I had known this beforehand, I would not have booked the hotel for my partner and myself.
The location is close to the metro, which is very convenient.

Room is clean and cozy, though it is not that spacious (rather it feels small). The location is great. 1~2 min walking distance from the Paris Opera (and the subway station), 3 min walking distance from the bus stop for RoissyBus (to CDG). The staff was kind and helpful, even when I checked in after the midnight. Except for the room size, I was very satisfied with this hotel. Because of the room size, it would not be proper for family, but enough for business trip.

I just want to say that the hotel is great in the center if Paris everything in walking distance close to the Metro or even train station. But more importantly the people that work there ready to go beyond your expectations. I am very greaful.

Top location beyond doubt. Corners in the Room not cleaned (crumbs lay There. ), early tomorrow disgusting Smell invaded the room. Room on the Ground floor, very noisy.

Localisation super, petit dej agréable, front desk sympa, la chambre et WC un peu petits Wi-Fi ok, mais très bien pour un hôtel 3* et centre ville Paris.

Very good place. Super bedding. Warm welcome. Quality reasonable price for Paris. Moreover a 2 steps from the Olympia, the place Vendôme, the Galeries Lafayette, the Church of the Madeleine and the opera Garnier.

Great location. The rooms are a little small, very clean and well appointed. Excellent cleanliness also of the bathroom. Good. Breakfast.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast and a very friendly staff. On the other hand big problem in the bathroom. No wall to avoid innonder the bathroom.

Renovated hotel with great taste, ideally located, 5 min walk from Galeries lafayettes, 2 min from the Olympia, and about 20 min from the Champs Elysees.
Very clean and friendly staff. Small deyellowing buffet with a wide choice (sweet and savoury).

Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We got a room with a balcony which I highly recommend. The hotel is very close to the metro stations which made it easier to get around Paris!

Good hotel for price. Not fancy. But what I would expect of a 3-star hotel. My shower did not have curtains which was bad, since the bathroom was getting wet with each shower. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We really like it here. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, and the location is good-we walk from here to Orsay Museum and the Louvre, from the Louvre, go to Paris, mother to a hospital. Every way to go almost 20 minutes, but this is a tour of Paris the right way! If we go back to Paris, we'll be back here.

The hotel is very conveniently located in Paris, a major modern centre region, both quiet and security, just from the subway station and bus station on foot 3 minutes. The attic is very cozy, very quiet, very clean. Staff friendly and keen. Breakfast is delicious and the portions adequate.

Small hotel in Paris is usual, but very clean, well renovated. Air conditioning works very well and water is also strong enough in the bathroom.
