A lovely, clean hotel. Very nice staff. Great location.

It is a boutique hotel located in an amazing location! It’s near Pyramides metro station, the Louvre, the Opera Garnier, the Jardin du Palais Royal, and the main stop of Big Bus tours if you want to hop on and off. Not to mention, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean restaurants are nearby and we didn’t have to worry about what we will eat. The receptionist (maybe her name is Clair) is also very helpful when we borrowed a water kettle. Our room overlooked picturesque Paris streets, particularly Rue Saint-Anne, and since it’s on the 2nd floor, it has the highest ceiling. Although it is a two-star hotel, it feels like we’re staying in an at least four-star one.

Access by elevator but not for the pmr obligation to take a few steps (1/2 floor) before accessing the elevator
Prices are available for 135 to 145 euros per night in a double room.

Great location but environments to review. The administration reports that the hotel has been under maintenance (for about 1 year! ) but during the stay I do not think there were any work in progress. The guide on the stairs (to be done obligatory up to the first floor since the elevator starts from there) is worn, in the bathroom a tile has detached, the doors of the rooms still open with the classic keys. Staff should be more smiling. Apart from this good cleanliness and excellent location.

Staff very nice, a nice room also lacking can be a renovation of the bathroom on the walls but in any case very very good night.

Very good reception but in terms of the room it is a bit limited for such a rate and such a localization. On arrival, no water bouteil in the room, the AC did not work and let appear on the ceiling of the stains of moisture and to finish the bathtub was not cleaned… traces of hair… I hope the hotel will take into consideration our comments made to the reception for the next guests as we do not expect to come back so soon… too bad the neighborhood was nice.

Dirty, too expensive for what it really holds!

Very good value for money, well finished rooms, great location but a busy street with lots of late night activity and one of our rooms had a slightly damp feel. When I tried to turn on AC to fix this it was turned off centrally.

I stayed only one night so far so need to think about it more.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Osean is incredibly helpful! The breakfast is wonderful. My only issue is that the air conditioning doesn't work that well.

This place was the worst! I asked to use the restroom before our check-in and the maid led me to someone's else's room with their belongings and shopping bags in the room. Totally unacceptable, I told her I can't use someone's else's room and canceled our reservation. This is the worse hotel we have stayed in Paris, totally not acceptable! The hotel refused to give us a credit since they didn't think there was anything wrong.

Very good value for money in the heart of Paris. Warm welcome.

A small, but very clean hotel a short walk from the station Pyramide and off the Avenue Opera. Close to the subway, a stroll to the Louvre and very near many fine restaurants. The most impressive thing? The young woman who was at the registration desk was one of the most pleasant, helpful and charming people I have met anywhere! I will stay here again simply because of her!

Modest hotel but clean and quiet, very useful location and area "reserved" because it's in the Japanese quarter. The atmosphere is "parisienne" in all respects. The
Breakfast didn't try it but given the cost (10 euros) I think I can get better around.

Very уютно. Завтрак with good coffee and freshly булочками. Вкусно and satisfying. Room was двор. Тишина. Staff attentive. Very Close to the Louvre and the Opera, in the morning, went into the garden. Listened to the birds. Everyone looked in a relaxed atmosphere. Near metro Pyramid and Opera, Opera went to the airport Charles de Gaulle airport to the special bus Goes without stops 30 minutes.

Positive: Central location, and excellent transport links. Reception is open around the clock.
Negative: bed linen and towels stained and with hair, i. E. Washed but old. Rooms very ClairAudient. Road noise is very loud. Check-in from 15 h, unfortunately nowhere noted. It was not possible to pay with visa. Paying Internet access.
All in all compensated the situation for some, but best you take your own bed linen and towels to feel a bit more comfortable.
