Great location, nice, though compact, rooms with very comfortable beds. Very friendly front desk staff. Helped to arrange an early check in for us after we had travelled overnight. Best of all, we were fortunate to have a majestic view from our room of the Eiffel Tower as the fireworks went off on Bastille Day. Only drawback for us was the noise from late night revellers on the street outside banging drums until 6am. I guess it should not be so bad on a 'normal' weekend :)

We are travelling in a party of six, got two rooms. One room is amazing, spacious and climate controlled. The other room is small (which was anticipated) and stifling hot. When we asked that our air conditioning be turned on because the street below the window is so loud, we were told that it was not summer until the end of the week and that we could not have air conditioning (even though we were aware of the air conditioning being available in the other room in our reservation). Lovely hotel, poor customer service. ***Update***miraculously we returned to our room today and the air conditioning that was not able to be fixed until Friday had come on (it's Wednesday) and our room was pleasantly cool! Grateful!

The dining/breakfast area is far too small. Very close/tight fitting tables. Thankfully being quite small it wasn't so much of a problem but if you a larger person it seems a struggle for space. Such a squash between tables. The buffet breakfast is lovely food but again, set in such a small space. (like a cupboard). The kitchen staff are very attentive topping up milk, croissants, coffee etc. But this just makes another person in the very small area.

Paid extra for the view and it was worth it we were on the Eiffel Tower side. Helene was very helpful In helping us get around. The rooms are Paris small and the worlds smallest shower and towels. But lots of places to eat in walking distance. Would stay again.

Located on a shady plot, price correct staff nice clean rooms, and quiet breakfast simple but sufficient Metro to 500 meters I recommend.

Big thank you to the staff who were very nice and friendly. The view from the room was very nice. The room was clean and as advertised. A small minor comment: a few things in the room (bathroom mirror, table, chair) can be changed to give it a more updated, modern feel.

We stayed two nights in March 2018 there. Very clean and friendly. Just next door is the centre of Montmartre and the Church of Sacre Coeur is barely 7 minutes away. We felt very comfortable. From the room, the view over Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Only the rooms are small. But this is Paris.

Had a great stay at Timhotel Montmartre. SUPER friendly and helpful staff, clean room and bathroom, nice breakfast. 5 min walk to sacre coeur, to moulin rouge, to metro station Abbesses and to many very good restaurants. We will book again!

Second stay in a TIMHOTEL. (it was Gare de Lyon, the previous time). We are satisfied.

The rooms are very small and there was no plug in the sink. Although overlooking the distance from the Eifel tower.
The hotel is located on a steep street that you have to climb up to 10 steps. Not recommended for people with mobility problems.

A few steps from the central streets of pretty Montmartre and two steps from 2 metro lines (2 and 6).
And with the Metro you can easily take you to the most important and tourist places in Paris.
The hotel is located on a lovely tree-lined square on the Montmartre Hill, so there is a bit of uphill but Affrontabilissima.

We asked for iron, ironing board, and a room with nice view and we were accommodated.

The size of the room did suffice, although the bathroom and toilet were small. Bathroom was a bit dated, but clean, which is the most important for me. Location of the hotel is perfect, Montmartre is a very cosy neighborhood. Staff was kind.

Clean hotel. The people are nice and helpful. The prices are good. It's near the subway, you don't have to take the car. I recommend.

Enjoy your stay. A little noise in the hallways in the morning with doors slamming from 8:30, too bad.

Fantastic Hotel. We asked for a room with views of the city and they delivered! The staff was friendly and had a great dinner recommendation for us, travel-weary as we were. The rooms were clean and fresh if a little small. I would highly recommend this place for a short stay over in Paris. One note though for people wanting to stay here, it is actually a good deal easier to use the Pigalle Metro stop than the seemingly closer Abbesses stop. This is because of the number of steps one has to climb up out of the Abbesses stop and the relative convenience of the lines serviced at each stop. The walk up the street (still a climb) from Pigalle was much less difficult than the stairs up from Abbesses (which, being underground had pretty foul air too). But we loved our stay in the neighborhood.

The timhotel was overall really great. Front desk service was really friendly, even when we checked in at 11pm speaking only English. The location was very conveniently near sightseeing and the metro stop. We had the breakfast at the hotel also, which was delicious! The only reason I knocked off a star was that we got the "supreme" room and it ended up being quite small, even by European standards. We could barely fit two people's luggage in the room and have room to walk. The shower and sink were separate from the toilet and the water was very warm and had good pressure too. The balcony was nice with a decent view, although it was a little noisy on the street in front. Also, the elevator was REALLY tiny. It could not fit more than three people, or two people and a suitcase, so be warned if you're an overpacker!

Love it. Situated in an amazing location close to one of the biggest cathedrals in Paris. Cheep and friendly staff. Don't know about the breakfast, let's say it was a chearfull meal. Overall experience was really good. Am going to say Paric is really dodgy. Stick to main RD s if your on foot and by pass any dark ally ways.

A hotel is very good 3 blocks from the Basilica of the sacred heart, and two blocks from the station of the metro abbesses rooms small but very comfortable with everything necessary heating offers air-conditioning breakfast is little but good.

We booked very last minute and got an amazing view in a pretty good room. Great price for value, super clean, friendly, helpful and everything you could ask for!

The front desk staff was excellent and everyone was very helpful and pleasant. We had a wonderful stay even though Orbitz made an error on our reservation. The front desk reps were all great including Clement, Sarra, Helen, and the others whose names I cannot recall but they were all great. We would stay here again! Walking distance to many good cafes, site seeing and metro stations.

Yet again a lovely stay, the concierge was as always friendly and helpful, a really nice welcome and the room on lower floor was as we requested. 5th stay and will be back.

The hotel is located in the centre of the Montmartre with its beautiful streets and lovely restaurants and cafes. However the hotel is located in a quiet place. The staff is very nice and patient to explain all.

We booked two rooms. Our room was nice with beautiful views, but the room our children stayed in was a bit small with a shower that was tiny with a shower curtain that kept on clinging to you when you took a shower.

Tricky finding a good budget hotel in Paris because in 30 years of looking I've never found one. Paris is the most expensive city hotel-wise in the world. But there is the Timhotel Montmartre. Trouble is it's not particularly good either. But it is incredibly romantic and has a Art Deco charm all of its own. But don't pay less than 100 euros for a room otherwise you'll be sorry. That'll get you a 'premier double'. And book through the hotel itself, forget the websites and deals. A little gem.

Quiet and well placed place. The rooms are affordable and comfortable. The breakfast is varied and good and the total price is not excessive.

The view from the window of the room (fifth floor) was an exceptional thing, even better than some classic scenic places. Not five stars for the rather cramped size of the room. Dovendoci only sleep I would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, Montmartre Quiet district both day and evening and very very nice. The staff is very friendly, the cleanliness is good but the breakfast is a little ' skinny and the room that we have been given is tiny…

I was lucky enough to have a corner room on the fourth floor with a spectacular view of the rooftops of Paris on one side and on the Sacred Heart on the other. Good breakfast Excellent value for money.

Cozy, quaint, with beautiful views and especially very warm (for those who stay in winter is not a little detail). Simple but rich breakfast at the same time. To go back!

It was in a good position in Montmartre. We preferred to stay out of the city but it was still close enough and easier enough to access via Metro, bus or cab. The manager (Siad) of the motel was very friendly and helpful. It was only a couple of minutes walk to Montmartre Square which is a beautiful little place full of character, cafes, artists and lots to see. Amazing views from our room.

Expensive, view was a Zipf of the Sacre Coeur and room furnishings from the stone age.

Good Breakfast… those arriving by car should plan a little time with the search… nice Service… 60 meters there is a supermarket with everything you need… at any time.

Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff; great position for exploring Butte de Montmartre, easy access to central Paris. Several very good bistros close by. We hope to return one day!

It is very old, toilets need lots of renovation and the corridors are horror movie style, narrow carpet stained. View and rooms are OK, although the price is doesn't travel at the same speed as the provided services. They didn't have an extra pillow in the whole hotel and couldn't provide a towel. Do some research and if you cannot anything else in the area then go ahead and book here. Position is reason for two stars, very charming.

A fright without air conditioning without heating a neighborhood with awful… I had to come here with the hotel in works laborers from all sides… bad service… and I had q wait 3 hours for q to give me my room. Room which your "bed two-seater" were two beds of a square re coupled…

We upgraded to the top floor and the room was stunning, if a little small, but it had everything we needed. We had a full view of the Eiffel Tower and a panorama of Paris. The hotel is well placed for the city and the surrounding area is full of good food and drink, the Moulin Rouge is amazing.

This hotel stays at the best point in Paris, I guess. Near of restaurantes, nice squares, bars and the subway. The only problem is some staff just talk in french, what makes conversation a little hard.
