Hotel on the outskirts of Paris, but very well served, with a supermarket nearby and restaurants. Rooms fairly cozy, there was a lack of plugs in the nightstands of the bed. Staff very attentive and friendly. Price a bit excessive. 10 minutes from the centre of Paris by metro.

Convenient except access from a small elevator (or flight of stairs) a little hid and frequented in the evening by drunks.

Small room and tiny bathroom. The elevator to reach the hotel (for pedestrians) was defect the time we were there. Friendly staff and reasonably priced.

Good shuttle bus, metro, variety of meals to your surroundings. It does not seem safe the sector but we never passed anything and went in late, supermarkets nearby, comfy beds but very small, is clean the room although the entrance down the street is ugly elevator full of cobwebs and rubbish, the breakfast buffet is not very varied but this Rich.

It is a hotel hay, very well located, Recepccion is spectacular, the parking is immense and the only bad thing is the Habitaccio is that they have a very small space and a pesimo bathroom.

Nice hotel. The location is great. There is a large underground parking. The breakfast is decent enough. But without hot food. In the dining room constantly came across poorly washed cutlery and plates. It is very unpleasant to take a knife or a fork on which the food is not washed.

The type of hotel you just sleep in and want to spend as little time as possible in. Room smells of cigarette since it was banned some 10 years ago. Drain on toilet is clogged. No coathangers. Broken and smashed heater in room, just left there for prosperity. Door to balcony locked; just as well, looks like a cement gulag with pigeon waste and left over fags. Door keycards keep stop working. Breakfast is just passable. NO attention to detail or logistics. Generally just sub par.

Nice hotel, the pedestrian access is very bad… Small rooms, normal for Paris… The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms have a little window siphon and so is normal.

Nice hotel. The breakfasts are excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. 5 minutes from the Metro.

Positive facts: Nice lobby, staff that tries hard and level of cleaning really good. Negative facts: No security at all. Anybody can come inside. Actually a phone was stolen from a teenager in the lobby and the thief come two days later looking for more victims. As he was recognised he just left and probably will come back for more as there is no security. The rooms are more than narrow. There are only two plugs, and the one is occupied by the TV. If you want to charge two phones similtuanestly you should take the TV out. Finally at the small bathroom that provide only three towels.

Hotel formal but noteworthy for its proximity to public services also has a very convenient stop flixbus! Good breakfast.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. The rooms are small, scarce of furniture and with a single plug, with it was an odyssey to load the mobiles. It is very large and has no facilities suitable for so many people, especially elevators and room in the dining area. Breakfast is acceptable when the coffeemakers work and you find a place to sit. The staff is unfriendly, despotic and ineffective, when I complain of a broken chair were limited to changing the site. It's a crushing heat and I'm 1, 87 I had to sit on my side because I couldn't fit my legs.

The room décor is functional. The rooms themselves are very small. There was only one towel per person. On demand, we received a second one. There is only one outlet in the room and not even near the bed. There is an open wardrobe/no safe. Breakfast is really bad. Very little choice and not very appetizing-prepared. In addition, it is only refilled very sparsely and the juice machines are empty after a short time and are also not refilled. The dining room itself exudes the charm of a baker in the city centre where you can have breakfast, but attention is paid to cleanliness and order. The tables will not be cleared, let alone wiped. Of course, only one of three elevators drives and it is permanently occupied. We had our room on the eighth floor so that was definitely annoying. For three nights "accommodation, it was still acceptable. However, I would not book this hotel again.

Rooms spartan furnished, small room, small bathroom, 1 outlet and unfortunately not even next to the bed.
Open closet, little room for two people No safe in the room.
Unfortunately, air conditioning did not work.
Beds are fine and a second pillow is available for both people.
One towel per person (you should probably wipe your body and face with a towel) on demand, we got a second one.
The shower is fine, shower and hair dryer are available.
Unfortunately, no power outlets in the bathroom.

Breakfast was not particularly good in terms of quality.
Ttanks were not covered.
It was not replenished and followed in time.
You could cook your eggs, unfortunately the eggs clock was broken, so you didn't know how long it was cooking.
For a two nights the hotel is perfectly fine, but to feel good it is unfortunately not.

Located in the beautiful city of Paris. My experience on this wet and cold day, very early in the new year with so much to explore before I get back to London is still pleasant. I sure need another trip here to explore much more of it.

The hotel is nice, well located and near metro station that takes you right to the Eiffel Tower, however they arrive excursions which makes it difficult to make food at breakfast time. The breakfast of this and other hotels is based on a lot of bread, fruit, cheeses, hams.

Convenient to the metro and all services, a few miles from the Moulin Rouge and the Champs Elysee. Very large and well maintained Hotel.

We had to wait late in the evening for the third bed to be prepared, and under explicit reminder.

Nice Hotel very small rooms but comfortable and clean, organized structure great breakfast have a flaw pero in reception there is not a person who speaks Italian. The lobby is very nice and very large and has a maxi screen. There is also a relaxation room and a fitness room. A few meters away there is also the Metro service so great for travel.

Quite comfortable, very elegant. Rooms a bit small just to sleep we go. In France if you come from tourism you have to be out all day haha.

It's okay if you are only going to spend the night. Rooms are clean and well kept. The bad things that are very small and only has a plug. Two if you remove the tv. Comfortable beds. Hotel very quiet.

Small rooms, however, this is the style of the hotel. Location very good, in my opinion. The attention of the staff is excellent, in addition to the amenities of the hotel (pool, a small library, etc. ) The included breakfast is also varied and not spoil it after a few days. Excellent speed and range of the Wi-Fi. The hotel is a few steps from a tram station. Without a doubt, I would host in it.

They affect us rooms that are already occupied… The problem was quickly solved but good… Thank you for the people we have unnecessarily bothered.
Beyond this annoyance the service is OK and dinner at will too.

Great hotel, has 300 rooms, very clean, soundproof, very spacious, elegant and clean customer areas. Breakfast Helpful and friendly waiters. Huge underground parking.

I loved that they had the option of a room that had a double bed and 2 singles with a door between. It was perfect for our family of 4. The restaurant was a lifesaver too — hey, I love eating in a good Paris restaurant but it was great to have a laid-back buffet just downstairs so my kids could eat and go to bed after a long day of sightseeing. AND there's a foosball table. I'm planning on coming back.

The room I booked was not the room I was given, the was very cold with no heating of any kind. I expect tea & coffee making facilities in the rooms of even the most basic of hotels, but not here, I have booked and stayed in at least a dozen hotels in 4 countries in the last year and this is by far the worst. Never again.

Not bad, but it does (my opinion) too hot in the room and no way to open a window! Bathroom is properly laid out and functional.

Bad Hotel. The rooms are smaller than the inside cabins of the cruise ships. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is not comfortable at all but out of the way. Do two stars just because the Metro is a few hundred yards from the hotel. But I don't think we will return them for a further holiday.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service and bedding are at the height of what is expected. Very nice modernization projects are being further underway for the hotel, so that it is even better integrated in its neighbourhood and evolves with it!

I had a stay great at this hotel! The rooms are comfortable, very clean and with products for showering. There is a swimming pool available, something that is very enjoyable in Paris. Very well located, close to the metro. The staff is very friendly and always at your service for any question or request. I recommend it!

Too bad I was assigned a room near the elevator impossible to sleep if you have light sleep like me.
The setting is not bad the host staff is pro.
The breakfast is plentiful and there is a choice of salty sweet. I would have put 1 star + if I had had a room away from the elevator without passing I do not understand that one sticks a room near the elevator you have to put a laundry or know what else for the service but not a room!

The room was clean and skimpy.

I have been coming here for the last 6 years every time I visit Paris. They always changed something… this year the crew is a lot more friendly then it used to be. Rooms are fine, not great. It can be a bit noisy outside because of traffic. But… what else do you aspect in a big city? Metro on walking distance. Actually everything in this hotel is fine, but it could be slightly better (it's all in the details). That's why 4 stars and not 5

The hotel is very close to the Metro, but the location is very good and the room is very quiet. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Bathroom clean and correct. Good reception. Hotel standards, we were not allowed to eat a few snacks in the vending area that tienrn with tables, despite arriving at 1 in the morning and saying queces a family hotel. The kids ate the sandwich in the room.

Great Wi-Fi and very clean. My room was very small and was a tight fit for two people. For the price, it's understand and still well worth it. It just takes some getting used to.

A very good experience. Although the rooms were small, they are cozy. Me and my family took the family room and the fact of having inside the same room, two separate spaces, made a good choice for the kids. Breakfast was very good.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. The shower was good, too. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and kept us filled until our evening meal. The only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It would have been nice to make a cup of tea on returning to the room. Only one little niggle… We left our towels on the rail to indicate that we were happy to use them another day, however these were changed every day. Just seems to defeat the point of asking us to do this to help the environment if they're going to ignore the request.

Comfortable. He's got the basics. Breakfast buffet. There is no security box in the room. Good roads and transport. Nearby restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

Very nice hotel, as far as the front desk staff some did not strive at all to understand what we said in Castilian. We don't know why the pool and the gym were closed on independence Day. To improve input signaling that is not very visible.

It is clean. Buenisimas beds. Without luxuries. Well connected by metro. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. The area where this is animated, and has services that you may need such as shops and restaurants.

Horrible Hotel. The rooms are much too small. And also not really clean. Of the 3 elevators only one works! The car Park is a nightmare. Never again!

The worst IBIS. The rooms are very small, very cheap, the curtains on the Windows are by löschert, for the toilet you have to stand in the shower and goes to the door and the toilet is accessible. To find peace is not yet possible, since a permanent rotary hammer sounds are heard, will demand a different room!

A disaster of a hotel. The room had 2 plugs, one in the bathroom. The shower threw water boiling intempestivamente. The glass of the shower was very small and was wet all over the bathroom. Not replenished the toilet paper. No drawer or shelf where you want to save something, just a bar with 4 hangers. Without a kettle. The most notable is a TOTEM-TV installed in the middle of the piece, that girl happens to be infima and that to watch TV there is to be a magician as that is to a height of one meter to the right of the bed. We ask for an extension cord to plug in things and we did leave 20 Euros warranty for a device that costs 2 euros.

I expected a better hotel of this chain, it is large, has a number of services, but the rooms very small and alho ugly.

Good, Wi-Fi was slow. Let me use the bathroom. Had a really rad shoe cleaner.

It was nice wonderful helpful staff, very clean rooms, delicious food, great location near 2 stations.

Ok. The rooms may be a little shabby, the standard somewhere between a Travelodge and a Premier Inn, and the twin single room my boys (12 and 13) shared was really quite small, the hotel would benefit from a refit and my room for the 1st night was next to a lift shaft and quite noisy, BUT comfortable beds and … the staff were all lovely. Really pleasant, helpful, they moved me to a much quieter room immediately with no fuss at all. They seem to all be multilingual, and have been very kind and nice to the children. The hotel has 3 different restaurants — the first night we had Pizza, which got the thumbs up from the boys, the second resaurant we tried there was a massive eat as much as you can buffet with mains (3 different meat dishes and fish included, with rice, potatoes 3 different ways), salads of all sorts and a good variety of desserts. The boys liked this so much they insisted on going back a second time the next day, and found they had changed all the dishes but they were all just as good. They did manage to try a lot of different things but still consumed loads of chips! There is also a gym, and best of all as far as the children were concerned, a fair sized swimming pool, not too busy, with loads of floats and toys, a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. I lost them in there for 3 hours one afternoon and got some peace and quiet — age 12 and up can go unattended! We enjoyed our stay here and would come again, but hope the rooms have been spruced up a bit by then.

The worst Hotel in Paris! More impossible to agree with IBIS to change my hotel. Rotten stay in a hotel rotten ultra.

Hotel hidden in a set of building under construction / renovation, little easy access but underground secure parking at the rate of €19 24 hours.
Qq hotel minutes from the metro, Super reception, room quiet very clean, good bedding and shower room modern and clean, integrated toilet.
regrets: hours of access to the pool (€5) very limited until 18: 00 on Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 14 h. Disappointed yet crematoria breakfast 10, €50 by pers: little choice, at least 10 minutes without salad fruit and orange juice without anyone noticing, I had to claim… unpleasant! and the evening meal: 'buffet' with a few cold dishes and without diversity (4 main dishes, difficult to characterize as "buffet" in comparison to number of competitors! )
the right choice may be to take advantage of the restaurants nearby.

The facilities are very nice, and new, very good mantenimienti, here the only one but you. I put it here. Is that it is very far away, but if you know your way on the metro all is well.

We are from New Zealand and took a bus tour from Holland which had us booked into this Ibis hotel for four nights. The room was very small but clean and adequate inasmuch as we only needed to sleep there. However, this is about the only positive thing I can say about it. I understand Ibis market themselves as budget hotels but even so, guests should be able to expect a good standard of service, budget or not. I would hesitate to stay there again and would not recommend it too highly to others. I think there must be better budget hotels in Paris. I have stayed Ibis hotels throughout NZ on my work travels and have been well satisfied. I expected it to be at least the same or better in a place like Paris. Firstly, I found the desk service rather unhelpful and lacking in some areas. We were there in summer and on a couple of nights when it was particularly hot we asked to have the air conditioning turned on. There was one in the room but it was off. The desk attendant simply informed us that the air conditioners were "seasonal" and refused to reason any further. It was summer so we were curious to know when air conditioning season would be. Other guests took to propping their doors open to let some air circulate through their rooms from the hallway. Also, there were no coat hangers in our room so I went to the desk to ask for some and they replied that they "don't supply coat hangars.

Hotel very quiet. The staff is courteous. The room (3 people) is very spacious, as well as the bathroom. View of the Eiffel Tower and the Park of Clichy. A clean and quality bedding. Wi — Fi has an acceptable flow. And the modern interior styling is appreciable. I am very satisfied with my stay.

Good hotel, well connected, offers a good choice of breakfasts law firm from early on (as good as can be found in the economy class, and in France the comfort that it offers is enough to rest and feel protected. The chain Ibis, guaranteed to be a good place at a fair price, but this branch in particular, it is a condition of improving the wi fi.

I was there Feb 11 — 15, 2015, a most friendly staff on the desk, in the cafe, breakfast buffet, all over! I was instructed how to catch the local bus to move around town and they were helpful with every question we had. The room was neat and clean. I would recommend to anyone traveling to the area. An excellent hotel with great rates posted, although my stay was part of a package! Love the facility. Beautiful.

Parking expensive, confused to get in or get out, tour information is not good! the coffee is expensive! room service was fast! and the cleaning wasn't good! there were construction nearby!

August-2014, I stopped at this hotel for 5 nights, generally busy well equipped for both business and leisure comunnities. Likes: safe car park facility, breakfast, Wi-Fi and within easy reach of all major attractions; Dislikes: room decor seemed out of date, on one occassion not enough towels were provided for 4 members of my family and tried contacting reception for approximately 30 mins without much luck, despite this I would score this hotel on high side of my likes as overall I enjoyed my stay here.

An incredible very good hotel the rooms are quite bueenas with a lot of comfort excellent services make you feel at home very good cleanliness and comfort of the truth a hotel imprecionante.

Stay: new year's eve 2010, at the time, the Hotel was expanded, only rarely were the construction equipment to hear (this was the Parking for free), otherwise very quiet because located directly on a Park, from our room you could the Eiffel tower in the distance and see. Otherwise, the usual Ibis-Standard.
