Horrible experience, very small rooms, no elevator, dirty as hell… just avoid that hotel. I regret for Booking here without reading advices and reviews.

2013 I was in june at the hotel de nantes, first I was in the 3 stock with a well-known, one night after I booked in the parterre there I got a better room with wc and shower for 100 euro a night 8 pm to 8 pm.

Hotel not great even for its price among the lowest in Paris. Minimum reception, complicated night access, you almost have to make an appointment to go home at night. Steep stairs and as often floors to no longer end. The area is very lively with many shops and cheap restaurants. This is also the main interest since the Porte de Clichy is quite eccentric, it is not the suburbs but it is approaching. Count in the forty euros for a room.

Surprised when arriving in the room by an omnipresent bleach odor. The floor is not properly cleaned and the place is really noisy. Suitable for spending a night not too expensive.

No heater during winter and no good service. Not even a bottle or a jug of water inside the room.

Staff super friendly hotel placed near fast restaurants (King Burger, kebab) and Metro.

Very nice hotel, very central location. People are friendly and it helps you to get in Paris. I definitely recommend it.

Just don't! Very noisy, the linen had holes, generally very old. Wouldn't say good value for money, more that money reflects value.

For the very low cost that has, about a 20 euros per night, has nice beautiful rooms, we took the room with the double bed, shared bathroom, however in the room there was the sink and sink, we used that for the days that we were there, the front desk is available, ultimately we liked the hotel.

Very clean staff looked after us close by walking distance to Eiffel Tower train station and arc de triomphe & champs — Élysées and the Notre Dame good restaurants close by heap to choose walking distance to a good cemetery lot to see one of my favourite spots also some hotels charge you per day because of the currency exchange rate this charged me for 4days same rate.

For future people, please aAVOID this hotel! — > We made a full payment booking on hotel dot com, and once we arrived at the location the angry stubborn receptionist said that there is no payment and we need to pay cash… we get upset and didn't know what was happening, it was starting to escalate the situation and also the hotel is old and dirty, rooms are smelly, and it was just better to leave. We asked them not to charge us at lest the reservation, because was too much, from the total budget of 412 euro, they took us so much out, for nothing… Please all be aware that they accept just cash, dont make booking payment online, they don't accept this, booking dot com shouldn't even accept this hotel, We want our lost money back! Be ashamed for what you did Nantes.

A sweet, authentic Parisian hotel, older and simple in amenities and with limited sanitary facilities. For the small purse, however, an inexpensive stay with pleasant rooms and good transport connections.

Close from metro station. Price ok but without parking.

Perfect hotel to stay in Paris. I was there twice. Beautiful authensic building, very french, close to 2 metro stations; quite district; clean bed and bathroom wich is important for me. The receptionists are exceptionel, totally friendly, nice and helpful. I would sertainly recommend it to everyone.

Cheap, quiet, clean, safe hotel! The bed was very good and comfortable! Stephan was very nice and friendly. The quartier was very nice and calm. Metro was very near. The nearest boulangerie was great, the best cafe au lait in Paris and lovely croissant! Nice, cheap restaurants very near. Thank you for a lovely holiday in Paris!

One of the cheapest quiet/clean/safe/friendly places of Paris, with much to discover in the neighborhood. You shouldn't expect much more from it though.

It is located near Muslim neighbourhood so you can have halal food easily. The room is below standard. No elevator, hence climbing to your room can be a challenge. Internet is not reliable, hence annoying. No free breakfast, and no drinks.

If you are just looking for a place to take a shower and sleep, is a good choice. Principally by the price. The most important: Is clean and trusted There's a train station near by, a street with coffe shops and restaurants and super market. The gentleman who has served me was very gentle and gave me some tips about the place.

We are two Czech students and we spent a few nights at the Nantes hotel during our stay, and in fact we liked it well. It's a calm location, rooms are very nice. The staff is friendly and he helped us with everything we needed. A metro and buses are nearby. There is also a crossroads just next door.
