This is the worst place my family and I have ever stayed at. When we arrived, it was in the middle of construction. So from both the outside and the inside it looked like a construction site. The receptionist though assured us that the rooms were fine which of course as we later found out they are not. First off, there is no Wi-Fi, air conditioning or proper lighting in the rooms. The phone isn't working, the sink doesn't drain, the toilet bowl cover doesn't stay open so you have to let it lean on your back as you're sitting down. The lift is scary, I got stuck on it twice during my stay. The cleaning staff ignores the sign "do not disturb" hanging on the door knob outside and daily folds dirty used towels and puts them back on the shelf. Receptionists don't coordinate and provide different information. One promised to move us to a different room, the other one said all rooms were the same and we were not moving anywhere. One said, our reservation was completely paid for including all taxes, the other one charged me tax upon checking out. At the end, I asked the receptionist to call a cab, which he ordered earlier than I requested, and left me getting yelled at by the driver.
Terrible. Dont help. Reserve with ac it was not workable. Very small. Very old.

Oh my! What a waste! Walking distance to the arc of triumph and metro, but facilities are horrible, elevator can only take 2 people at a time, filthy, no AC, service was horrible, we tried contacting management and they said because they were out of town they were not going to send someone to fix air conditioning, English is limited so learn some french.
