I put a star for the kindness of the staff I met and for the bedding simply. For the rest go your way.
No air conditioning, the only window of the room condemned and therefore impossible to ventilate, the broken blind therefore forced to close my curtains from start to finish. The maid came by after 4 p. M. For re-reading. It's extremely late so the cleaning has not been done. The phone wasn't working, you had to hold the socket with one hand to make a call with the other. A fan that brews hot air. I lived in a cave for two days. Horrible.

Everything is great, there is a hairdryer in the room. Wonderful breakfasts, cleaning in the room daily. There is a supermarket near the metro de clichy station, a 10-minute walk away.

Fair priced room in Paris. Pluses: Bed was absolutely perfect! Comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is quiet, and located in a convenient area. Minuses: The room was not maintained at all. Flooring was highly damaged, wall paint is peeling, shower is dark and moldy. "Breakfast" (juice, pastries, cookies, and muffins) is far from 12euro value. Heater is cheap rolling heater, cooling is a standing fan. Only window to open faces courtyard and allows others to see into room. Overall 3 stars, but probably won't return to this venue.

Had an excellent long weekend stay here. Rooms are clean and modern, great service too.

The room was very small, no fridge, microwave, iron and no condition. We didn't have hot water for 2 days. The breakfast is expensive. Too expensive for all this.

Clean Small hotel, good central with Öffi connection, according to our research the at this time still great price-for money. Book without breakfast. You can be in the bistros around the hotel for half the price.

I chose the classic room for my stay in Paris given the good reviews and the high score do not hesitate to book 3 nights at this hotel. When I arrived in Paris I found the worst hotel in my life, humidity in the looks, cold, lack of privacy given that the door of my room was transparent glass and as it was in the lower part of a patio in front of this smoked employees, filthy old baths. My room didn't appear in any pictures. Finally, I had to cancel my reservation and I lost my money. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy!

Very good reception, the rooms on the courtyard are quiet (rare in Paris), the garden, small but very nice with lawn and ornamental shrubs and pretty lighting.

Good: Good staff, 24h cleaning, good area, excellent bed (1, 70m).
Bad: Noisy, in the advertisement it says there is a bathtub and in the room there was only shower. No elevator and no breakfast included. Otherwise good.
Recommended.

Vintage Deco We find ourselves carried away in the Paris of the beautiful years. It's all neat. The Little Plus: miniatures of durance toilets that smell wonderfully good. Small flats for the reception not always smiling, the magnetic cards that do not always work and the breakfast which offers a rather limited choice.

It is well known that in Paris the hotels are not the best and that for each star you have to take one and a half compared to the general standards, but this hotel, although modest, was very comfortable and adequate for a short stay. Two nights in a triple and then a single were quite comfortable (the hotel is under renovation until September 15th so some small inconvenience like smell of painting in the hallways and some ripped plaster). Mind you it is not the best and it is just a two star (the cleanliness is just enough but we are still in Paris…), the area is however central, well served by metro and public transportation. Breakfast is decent (only sweet stuff) : little choice but good quality. Very comfortable and cute the garden/interior patio to sit and read and/or smoke in tranquility. Staff very helpful and very friendly. Free Wi-Fi and running (before bed I watched a few episodes of my series with Netflix on the phone and the quality and speed were good). I highly recommend rooms on the first floor because the hotel is ran of lift.
