We were here for a night without kids that our long-awaited. We reserve this 4 * hoping a moment of exception… what a disappointment! The first home was OK, the room is sober with bedside tables where nothing can put into it so the drawers are slim. Closets are enzymes bad. The room is silent but the window curtains are stained. The bathroom is OK but with a tiny curtain shower makes water everywhere then on the photos there are Italian showers. No plugs to plug Shaver or hair dryer in the bathroom.
We went to the bar, wait 10 minutes because in fact the person of hospitality (absent) is also bartender (? ), then finally happened. Asked for a margarita (not good), a cocktail House (very good) and a Japanese whsiky (delicious). Don't wait for olives or other… We're out to dinner then back (23:45) we said that a nightcap at the bar would be tempting… but then. Nobody at the front desk or at the bar… There it staff in this hotel? We went up disappointed.
But it's not over! at 3:45 the alarm starts ringing! people come out amazed but there still no staff, no one to tell us an emergency exit or if it's a false alarm, nothing! We meet so out in the rain in the middle of night in a bathrobe… waiting for an indication… a shame! never seen it! After 10 minutes, we see someone inside tell us a smile on the lips, ok that's good (it's good what? ) you can go! Most of the clients were English-speaking, not a word for them, they had to figure out, what a picture!
This morning, breakfast at 18euros per person has nothing extraordinary to this price here! the pastries are frankly not good memes. Orange juice is excellent, the coffee too. For the rest I don't see what justifies such a price.
We are finally gone and oh miracle someone at reception! We were obviously not asked if we had a good night or stay. The first invoice was false and the CB machine didn't work.
Frankly disappointed!
The only thing positive finally is the small but cosy SPa where could be a bit to relax.
