Room nice, cleaning 10/10
⚠️ " room service ", c hot! Error on the wine, forgetting the salt and pepper with the dish, forgetting the dessert, and then forgetting the spoon for the dessert, etc… damage, if you're came here to be quiet, messed up, the room service forgot, 3/4 of the order, then they will disturb all of 10 minutes! Do not call to room service and outside of an apology, not even a gesture to make it back to the client. The hotel is not at the height of 4 stars. Little note for the room service, the sheet that covers the padding should be lined at the head of the bed, otherwise we think that it is a flat sheet. Efforts to do so, this atypical hotel deserves a better service to the customers.

If the hotel respects its customers as it respects its neighborhood, we are in trouble! The evenings on the roof, music blasting until 2 in the morning : this would be the Queen or Metallica, why not, but here it is the Jul or Booba. I still prefer to hear the cries of the lady, who regularly climbs with white-collar workers, on the strokes of 20 hours usually, after the job for these gentlemen, it is more convenient. Blunder, therefore, to the daring who want to further immerse their body in the Jacuzzi : this should be the equivalent of a sub-wood in terms of mushrooms!

Customer serve is amazing! Room service was very impressive too. Room is smaller than we thought but with price and location it was great and a great price. We paid about 607 euros for 3 nights with breakfast. Breakfast is not the traditional European breakfast but it was very good just basic items and drinks. Down side is pool is so small we didn't use it bc other people was in it. Felt like we was with them lol. I'm pregnant and didn't want that. Sauna and stem room was nice but since I'm pregnant we just looked my Hubby didn't want to go in without me. We was happy it wasn't nude like many places in Europe. Buses are within walking distance for sights. Overall was peaceful and secure we felt safe here.

Very well welcomed in this hotel, nothing to complain about. The rooms are standard but modern. The pool is very warm and it is pleasant and large enough, there is also a sauna, a hammam, a small fitness room and a massage room. The metro is not very far to walk.

I stayed there an unforgettable weekend to visit Paris. The service of Consiergerie is very effective. The staff who work there has proved to be kind and professional; They express themselves in French, English and Spanish and, consequently, those who speak only Italian have difficulty interacting. The breakfast offers a wide variety of gourmet products, well served and of excellent quality. Without any doubt, I will consider this hotel if you want to spend another short holiday in this wonderful city. Really recommended.

Hotel extraordinary. The room was very clean and very beautiful. The pool is very nice and warm (32 degrees). The atmosphere is very romantic. The service and the price / quality ratio are excellent.

In the modern, chic hotel with small spa but priceless for a bit of relaxation after a day of sightseeing in Paris.

Really nice hotel with excellent staff and would recommend anyone thinking about it to definitely come here. Also Paula was very helpful with her customer service.

The hotel is outside of tourist zone: no major sights within walking distance. I was here for meetings at the OECD, and that was a 25-minute walk away. Each floor has a color theme, and I was on the Ruby floor, and had a very red room (which I find cheapish looking). The room was small, but the shower was a comfortable size. There are reading lights by the bed, and back lighting behind the bed and in the bathroom that served as nice night lights. My sink was not draining well, but as soon as I told the front desk, it was promptly fixed. There is a refrigerator in the room, and 2-3 supermarkets within 5-minute walk. If you bring back a bottle of wine from outside, the friendly bartender would happily open it for you. Not many good restaurants within easy walking distance though. The closest metro is about 10-minute walk away.

Hotel with elegant finishes, very kind and friendly if you want to stay in the center of Paris at affordable prices with all the comfort to move around with public transport is the right place to walk to get to the tourre Eiffel necissita of about 15 minutes to reach the famous elevated railway artery of the transport tube to turn in the length and breadth of Paris there are 15/20 minutes walk to the. Located in the city centre but surrounded by a calm suburban neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay at, close to the Eiffel Tower. Wi-Fi's pretty bad and there are only a few restaurants and bars around — but these are just minor complaints.

Pool paid, but not working. With a small toddler we were given a room on the 5th floor and sometimes the elevator didn't work.

Super stay in this hotel! The staff is very friendly and nice (especially Navy, which has been the little care for us. )

No parking at the hotel but a short walk away.

The room was partially dirty. For example, caffespritzer on doors, light switches, bathroom. Carpet rancid and old. The bed was clean. Hole in bathtub fliesse. Lots of fittings loose. Föhn has wobble contact because the case falls apart. Too low light in the bathroom for makeup work. Certainly not worth four stars. Staff are nice. Breakfast mediocre.

It was ok decent room size nice swimming pool and facilities… however room gets clean but never change the towels for two days.

So great home The spa is rather nice place very clean quiet but for a 4 star hotel and the price is not worth. Type Elegant room Rather small not even a bottle of water let's talk about a coffee etc the details to see for * * * * stars… So breakfast is a treat.

Superb weekend in this luxury hotel! Staff very attentive, pleasant, kind! A can expensive but we are in Paris. The rest area is very nice, small pool can be cold but warm! The meal in the room at the top! We recommend!

Hotel crazy, nice surprise for our 5 years with you my darling I was epoustoufflee. The life of luxury and dream for just one night I recommend the following silver with a jacuzzi on the roof is exceptional. Thank you to the team and to you my darling!

So what to say … Except she disappoints. For me that says 4 star hotel … Normally says … High-end. Well… The less: Hotel not very well-kept, housekeeping of the rooms very approximate, hairs in the bathroom, moldy on the gasket of the bathtub, the shower support not fixed properly
For breakfast, even a budget Ibis offered more!
A bread cut with the fingers, a kind of jam, hot water heated with a bouillord, the eggs scramble were cold, what to say … Except … That for months this is not a 4 star hotel!

Friendly and helpful staff. The pool and sauna are amazing… intimate place.

The hotel is nice, they have a small spa with a pool, sauna and steam room. They have a hottub but its only for top floor customers which is bizzarre. The room had minor problems like the shower head was broken however they fixed it right away. The TV doesnt allow english subtitles another wierd thing. The breakfast is better than expected and they decorated my room upon arrival with rose petals since my husband and I are celebrating our anniversary.

Clean, spotless Hotel. A Service of excellence and very well located. The rooms are comfortable and lovely, in short a pleasant stay in an idyllic setting. The breakfast room has a lavish skylight, the breakfast is plentiful and good without more. I didn't have time to test the spa unfortunately. The only downside: a little too expensive for what it is, the price would have to be revisited.

This hotel is modern, stylish and excellent value for money. It's situated on a quiet residential street close to the Seine and the Eiffel Tower. I would recommend it much more than one of the larger chain hotels nearby.

Great little hotel for a couple getaway. The White Suite was perfect for a romantic evening. Jacuzzi on a private terrace in Paris… pretty hard to come by. Overall a great place for the price.

It is located a bit far from the center but you have good mobility with buses.

This hotel is a setting and the jewel is the happiness felt when taken care of by the team. Each stay is beautiful, a real moment of rest, conviviality and beauty.

Truly accommodating and friendly staff, smaller but very well equipped rooms with great amenities, super comfortable bed! clean, and the most delicious beautiful breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel. Good location — one block to grocer and bus stop, 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Can't wait to return.

We were here for a night without kids that our long-awaited. We reserve this 4 * hoping a moment of exception… what a disappointment! The first home was OK, the room is sober with bedside tables where nothing can put into it so the drawers are slim. Closets are enzymes bad. The room is silent but the window curtains are stained. The bathroom is OK but with a tiny curtain shower makes water everywhere then on the photos there are Italian showers. No plugs to plug Shaver or hair dryer in the bathroom.
We went to the bar, wait 10 minutes because in fact the person of hospitality (absent) is also bartender (? ), then finally happened. Asked for a margarita (not good), a cocktail House (very good) and a Japanese whsiky (delicious). Don't wait for olives or other… We're out to dinner then back (23:45) we said that a nightcap at the bar would be tempting… but then. Nobody at the front desk or at the bar… There it staff in this hotel? We went up disappointed.
But it's not over! at 3:45 the alarm starts ringing! people come out amazed but there still no staff, no one to tell us an emergency exit or if it's a false alarm, nothing! We meet so out in the rain in the middle of night in a bathrobe… waiting for an indication… a shame! never seen it! After 10 minutes, we see someone inside tell us a smile on the lips, ok that's good (it's good what? ) you can go! Most of the clients were English-speaking, not a word for them, they had to figure out, what a picture!

There is a touch of class in every design at this hotel. It is the ultimate home away from home and the hotel staff were very helpful. I also learnt that metro connections from this this hotel were in 3 to 5 min walk at Mirabeau and Eglise d'auteuil respectively. Caution though is to get the direction that you are moving to right as both stations are on line 10.

The Félicien hotel offers a magical experience in the heart of Paris. The hotel is not far from the Eiffel Tower and Beaugrenelle Center for shopping. The staff is very attentive, the rooms are spacious and breakfast is varied and quality. The hotel has a bar with good cocktails and a spa with pool, hammam, sauna and fitness room. A test!

Nice hotel very chic not as close to Effiel as I thought it's about a 20 min walk. However Metro station is only 5 min walk. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast every morning was tasty!

Beautiful hotel, very chic. Showers do not have retaining walls or curtains so expect a messy bathroom. Request for a lot of towels. Reception is very friendly and very informative.

Noisy. Lots of sound from above rooms. Lovely looking hotel, great service and greater location. They just need to spend some time on the little things, like rubber pads to stop bathroom doors from slamming.
