Pretty good location, close to metro station. Service quality is good — as expected. The food (hotel's restaurant) is above average. Paris accommodation is expensive and in this context, although not that affordable, Courtyard is a good choice.

Nice quiet location with amazing helpful staff. Perfect location to all major attractions. Just hop on bus 72 to Eiffel Tower, Louvre etc for €2 one way. Roland Garros just walking distance away. Children's playground in a park across the hotel, loads of eating places, cash machine and shops around the hotel. Just excellent overall.

Huge bathroom, big elevator, lovely hotel in quiet neighborhood. Excellent service personnel, 10 minutes to a Metro (line 10). All one could want. Highly recommended.

Disappointed given the number of stars in this hotel.
Room quite large but shiny due to lack of damping of the closure of all the rooms of the floor so at each entrance or exit you are awake. The bath sheets are small and of average quality, minimum courtesy set for a 4 star. Breakfast OK Staff nice and pro.
Detail, we went on the Terrace/bar at 9pm, the bar was closed and the tables not cleared.

Good neighborhood, there is a bus stop (72) that takes you downtown very easily, good rooms and very clean. Good service and good restaurant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice welcome but maybe I fell to a bad time.
The room that was assigned to me had its sink clogged.
We also had a very unpleasanter sewer lift.
Are quite disappointed.

I’ve been staying there for 2 weeks every year. Service is great, rooms are good (1st floor rooms are smaller, 3rd floor rooms are great! ), good Wi-Fi (the high speed option) and good breakfast. The only thing I would like to be better is the “express breakfast”: looks like nobody cares about it because it’s cheaper… so no refill of anything, you can come for breakfast and nothing is ready, and nobody from the staff care about you! If I’m going to the “express breakfast” it’s because I want it to be fast! Not because it’s cheaper. So some help from the staff would be great when you want coffee before leaving for work… :/

The hotel very well. The bus stop right outside. The breakfast varied the room comfortable.

Services were exceptional. The staffs were courteous and very polite. I arrived in a morning flight and the staffs already got my room ready and allow me for an early check in! in terms of location, it was alright, around 30-45 mins metro to the city of Paris.

Nice place for brunch on Sundays. There is no such thing as Boulogne. But it's very noisy.

Family Brunch on weekends, rich and varied, discreet and efficient service… The kids loved it and the parents too!

Really good hotel, relatively quiet located on a main street, wonderful rooftop terrace. There are plenty of "normal" shopping facilities and affordable restaurants nearby.

OK but TV in room is dated and having to shower in the bath is a little bit holiday Inn.

Arrived yesterday everything goes well welcome super nice c is first important then the room I do not understand the bad comments having the habit of going to other hotel this is by far the best well soundproofed room a perfect bedding, when at lunch taken yesterday nothing to say a foie gras of very good quality meat behind short one is delighted only flat the service that said we arrived at 1.30 pm last Carat so c was the end of the service so not the waitress left us to abandon but nothing serious in the absolute and I specify the breakfast varies only flat ham low end but c is the only thing to review and we were very well received nice room and good music so really do not hesitate this is not obsequious c is perfect.

Clean, modern and all very nice. It is not far from the centre; A few meters away is the bus stop that takes you wherever you want. Strongly recommend.

Very good hotel. We spent one night at this property with a boxing. We were greeted like any other customer. We had the right to a meal to choose from in the map. No dish was excluded. We ate well and slept well!

Nice staff and rooms. My flight arrived early in the morning and they were able to get me an early check-in. The only issue is the AC — not very cold and too quiet. Not great for the white noise lovers.

Wonderful staff. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Most rooms have a small balcony with room for two to sit and eat.

A very nice hotel for Paris, with huge rooms (for Paris standards), very clean and decent parking. Also the prices are not so high, the breakfast is very tasty but it's a bit far from the city centre. Hopefully you have a metro station quite close to the hotel and is a 30 minutes ride the the centre.

This was not the usual hotel for me because the others were full, but it turns out to have been a good choice. The rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and professional and knew their stuff. The exercise room was small but had the basics: equipment that works, water, and TV. Only downside was that Wifi was a little flaky at times, but it did hang in there most of the time for me to get my work done.

Smallest room in which I've ever been. I was sweating all night as well because the entire building is either on heat or AC. Terrible experience. Staff was great though.

Rooms well appointed and comfortable bed. The staff is friendly. The dishes offered at breakfast are good and varied.

This Courtyard hotel is located outside the busy part of the city — reachable by subway (line 10) and a short walk. Clean, quality rooms with all the facilities you expect (big flat screen TV, small refrigerator) with minimal noise. Great customer service. Walking distance to the PSG stadium — really recommended if you are attending a soccer match! In the summer time, the hotel opens a rooftop bar. Negatives… cheap bathroom amenities (and no moisturizer at all), no alarm clock, and although the restaurant has a nice menu and serves good quality, it really isn't well situated and doesn't attract people (neither does the lobby bar). There is no taxi stand close by, so expect to use Uber.
