Nice Hotel, staff more than friendly and attentive to your needs!
Very small room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nearby monuments.

Not bad. Pretty small. The elevator can fit only one person with very little luggage. Still a tight squeeze just for two adults.

While the hotel rooms are as of yet the smallest I've ever stayed in, they were clean and very modern. They had outlets near the beds and table, and our room had a coffee machine. The showers were a stand out feature.

Waiters in restaurant downstairs super rude. Got takeout and asked water while waiting at a table, got told to go get it myself from the bar. While cleaning up the table next to us, swiped the ashes off the table and all over us. That's not even all. In summary, terrible terrible terrible!

Only snag, antiquated elevator making noise. Renovations should be undertaken see a complete change of it.

Great location. The room was nice. My complaint is that the room was cold. Even after I turned the heat to high, it was too cold. I requested an extra blanket and was told the hotel was fully booked & there weren't extras. I was not happy with the response.

Great food super fast with smiling staff and great recommendations. Great first night meal in Paris! Wrong drink and forgot extra tarter sauce but the rest way overweighed that.

As I was and I loved it. They know to save small details. Good cleaning, breakfast, centrally located quality, refurbished. I recommend it.

Staff was not so friendly, rooms were clean but floor is old and dirty. Air conditioning doesn't really smell healthy.

Hotel infrastructure is OK, but service is really bad (a pity). Not only once, but twice I have booked this hotel because the location is very important to go to work in Paris. Twice they have gave me the surprised that all rooms where full and that I needed to go to another hotel in their chain. They were really bad, either in location or style (I would never book them myself). The first time I was ok with it (there can be mistakes and I understand them), but the second time it was too much. They promised me to send me a voucher for another time (which I don't care because is a business trip), but they never contacted me again not even for some short apologies. I would really recommend to avoid booking this hotel just to prevent very unpleasant surprises! They really need to improve their service!

Quaint little place just outside the Segur Metro station. Staff is very friendly, especially Charles, the overnight desk guy. Room was clean comfortable, the decor of the entire place is very modern and fun. Each room has a unique print on the wall above the bed. Price was also great for the location. You can see the Eiffel Tower from just outside the entrance and is a nice walk or a short train ride away.
