Cactus Hotel

The worst experience of my life.

Unsanitary hotel, dirty sheets, shower head hose cracked. I do not understand that this hotel can have 2 stars. My daughter grabbed pimples on the body, and expensive. We have to shut him down! It's a shame.

The worst hotel, don't put your feet in there. We got jacked by bed fleas we don't see under the sheets. Nothing positive!

Noisy (a group of young footy people were staying on the top floor and at midnight, a bazaar with no name. Person to manage the situation, very little pleasant with a toddler), very small room, average SDE (door of shower sliding broken and not replaced).
No accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
When at breakfast, self service: everyone goes into the kitchen area for this serve.

Unsanitary Hotel. A real shame. I do not understand that the hygiene services do not shut it down. Do not book with your credit card because we were charged more money afterwards. In short fuyer or rather did not go there.

No lift. Blanckets are too old not all good. We are getting bad smell when we are using. But place is accessible.

On the other hand the owner of the hotel seems to mock his guests:-room 15: Carpet that takes off, wall covering also, thick dust under the mattress, screws that protrudes dangerously from the wall, impossible to sit on the toilet without Put your head in the sink.

Hotel located close to Metro Exit 12 and surrounded by commerce for food. The rooms are clean with a free TV and Wi-Fi. Sanitary and shower on the landing. Very welcoming receptionist. Just missing a lift:)

Good value for money. City centre with public transport good and inexpensive to reach.

No one sucks! We understand why it is called Cactus sa pique please do not go there.

Horrible. Staff was inconsiderate, room was disgusting and old and not even cleaned, the whole floor was infested with bed bugs, killed more than 9 within 2 hours. I had to leave the hotel and sleep in my car.

Restroom was small, towels and bed had an odor. Breakfast was okay.

Not so good room were small and shower didnt drain but rooms were cheap and near the metro.

Front desk gave us the lowest price we found online saving 28 euros in the process which was pretty much the only good thing about this hotel. Rooms are definatly not the cleanest, the clerc sprayed some febreeze on entry of the room because it had a weird smell, bathroom had some sticky unknown substance on the floor, fingerprints practicly everywhere and we found a pair of socks that were not ours! If your on a low budget and honestly just need a place to crash this is the place.

Small, dirty even though the staff was helpful. We stayed there for one night. And it was enough.

5min to Metro, Good and safe surrounding.

Staff very friendly but we enter the room in the middle of burned carpet day no water in the toilet for example room 24 we can't call the hotel a trickle of water in 14 a room escape 1/20 for friendly hospitality.
