Grey and lively surroundings, metro station 1min but we stay away from a lot of attractions and the city center.
Rooms small but very clean and modern.
The welcome could be much warmer, and the staff more friendly
I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Hotel located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris near the Porte de Versailles. The hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Ideally placed for all visitors to the exhibition grounds of the Porte de Versailles.

Good hotel to stay in Paris. Simple but very clean and kindly staff. Parking outside the hotel for 17€ per night. Good night rates near to 100€. Breakfast is quite simple but enough to stay the day with good meal. Scrambled egg bacon and beans, together with all typical sweet breakfasts. Excellent neighbourhood with plenty of bars and restaurants, just next to the hotel crossing the rail over the bridge. The only problem is depending the room it can be noisy because the traffic on the street.

Easy access to Metro and tram. Matelat a little too due to my taste. Doors slamming at night but room and nice view.

Great location and good parking for the car. The breakfast was very good. The swimming pool is not far and nearby there are good restaurants for the evening. Highly recommended because clean and friendly. Gladly again.

The Hotel was very nice and the room was very good.

This hotel is MAGNIFIC!
The room is spacious, modern and tastefully decorated: two large single beds glued, a large desk, a wardrobe for clothes, flat screen TV with Canal (cinema, series, 31, sport), a very large mirror at the entrance, very good blinds obscuring, a very good sound insulation (between the rooms and street side). You also have a bottle of water, a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. In addition, the bathroom is designed with its futuristic shower head and bright mirror!
The staff are very friendly and smiling!
I spent a nice night at this hotel as part of a business trip, I recommend it to a thousand percent!

Great hotel with French charm very clean and friendly staff, beds are very comfortable and you can stay there very well longer. The Eiffel Tower is within easy walking distance and there are plenty of different Resturants and bistros in the area where you can find something for every taste.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The rooms are also quote spaceious for Parisian standards (although it is still not very big). Depending on the room the tram which stops in front of the building might be a bit noisy.

This is a fantastic hotel definitely deserving of more than 3 stars. Location wise it's right across the street from a Metro stop and a connection to surface train line 2. There are a multitude of restaurants, cafes and to-go food options, as well as a couple of grocery stores within walking distance. The hotel itself has very modern and clean rooms that are a bit more spacious than other hotels in Paris. Staff at the front desk speak both English and French well and were super helpful and accommodating. I'll definitely be looking to stay here the next time I'm in Paris.

The hotel is located in an area not far from the city center has in front of the tram stop and the metro' a short walk away. It is very welcoming, with contemporary décor and cheerful and light colors. The comfortable master bedroom and the right sized bed. The bathroom with shower, quite comfortable. Accompanied by good underwear. We marveled at the comfortable breadth of the room compared to the standards of other Paris Hotels. Very nice room where you have breakfast buffet which I found quite satisfactory with good quality products. The staff found it kind and courteous. I'm going back.

Great place! Has all the necessities (bed, room to move around, windows…) Amazing Wi-Fi speed! 20 down and 30 up! Only thing is the shower… There's is a lake after every one I take because the only shower curtain is a glass door covering 1/3 the length of the bathtub Otherwise superb!

Reception OK but the breakfast is overpriced for bread and pastries of the day before and a choice a little limited at this price. Without forgetting the door of the room that does not close well and the hair and hair in the shower… a 2 star hotel.

It's a nice hotel. Good location next to the metro, there is also a tram. There are shops and cafes nearby. The room wasn't big and it was a bit stuffy, had to open the window and at night it was noisy enough.

Nice hotel. Cleaner and breakfast staff very friendly and nice, go out of their way to help you, lovely breakfast. Reception staff — miserable, did not make you feel welcome. Air conditioning didn't work. 45 minutes walk to Tower, great restaurant nearby under bridge.

Rooms were ok, service is ok as well. They have there own secure car park at the back €17 per night for parking but worth it if you want to travel there in a car and leave it there and explore the city. There is small 2 person lift from the parking down to ground level to be able access the hotel. And it smelled awful, I have been in toilets that smelled better. It smelled of Urine and Feces! Other than that lift rooms were clean and tidy and whole hotel was rather modern looking.

Spent 2 nights here in September 2017. Staff are very friendly and looked after our bags while we went out exploring because our room wasnt ready yet. The hotel room was very clean and updated. Strange shower "curtain" was a piece of glass that barely covered half of the tub, allowing water to spray all over the bathroom. Not sure what that was about. The towels and sheets were nice and clean. Overall a great stay.

I have stayed there for my holiday & I can this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in, it's very modern & clean & extremely friendly staff if I can rate it a 10 I would.

The rooms are tight, but clean. Bathroom is fine, but shower cabin is a bit uncomfortable as far as it has no doors Shampoos were renewed regularly. Breakfast is rather poor, when we came at the beginning of breakfast time, the eggs were not fresh (looked like cooked yesterday and reheated, tasted really disgusting) restaurant stuff is unfriendly. Reception stuff is very nice and supporting.

Very well placed close to the Beltway, the metro and the tram. Renovated rooms and very well insulated.

Our experience was not too good. The breakfast, apart from not being included in the final price, it was very expensive and SCARCE. Almost every day something was missing when we arrived (juice, croissants, coffee, …). On the other hand, the mattress in the room was terribly hard, as were the pillows, so that was quite complicated to rest in conditions. In addition, in our room at the time of turning off the ventilation began to fall water spurts out of the vent ;we assume that for condensation, but this is not our problem as customers but yours. I do not recommend it to anyone. It is true that public transport is in front but also what is in other hotels the same distance from the center and are not as expensive nor take care so bad to the client. (I know by own experience). To end: there is no mini fridge in the room.

Very bad room, price for such a small room and very low service.
Need an iron? You are sent in the laundry room or there is the only iron of the hotel: people line up with the maids to be able to iron.
The worst: Breakfast: a scam! 14 Euros for some pastries, bread and two jams.
The staff are sometimes nice, sometimes haughty depending on the person and the time.

A hotel with a quality price is unbeatable, next to the metro.

Stay on February 10th for two nights. Day and night reception staff to durable. They're pampering my three-year-old son. Great reception. Very clean hotel, Deco super. Comfortable bedding. Private Parking with car in the shelter of the look, very convenient. At the bottom of the hotel, tram, metro and bus. I have nothing positive to say. The morning not a noise, the room staff do not mind. We had the chance to be a top floor with a rooftop view. Really great! Next trip to Paris we redencendron in this hotel. Ideal visit monument Paris, Tour and Seine.

A noise deafening since 6 in the morning! Those who wanted to sleep late is missed!

Room was very modern, and was cash. A rude employee and I played a little dispute, but the staff is very friendly and warm. I Super recommend that people living here in Paris. Across the street is a subway, and convenient to the Centre of Paris.

Hotel to flee, lousy staff, in the corridors, rotten and filthy carpet, elevators out of service, shabby and dirty fire escapes! Breakfast more than low-end, Mr Director a tip, change of job, visit the regions of France and make you account for hospitality and taking into account of the customer that the we'll reserve in a 3 stars. Next time just mercury next will make our case. Sorry CG.

Good hotel meets the minimum, rooms small but comfortable baths difficult to place two troler comfortably for the rest.

When I went it was in works and had a horrible carpet by all Hall. And the ladder was the fire that apparently was for the service. As the lift was small and always took you right going down the stairs. But it was clean and the staff. Iffel Tower seen from a window of the Hall.
