Breakfast must be forgotten. There is nothing to have breakfast. A cheese and a sausage. There is no minibar in the room, but the description includes a minibar in the room and when I have asked about it, reception tells me that this is a mistake in the description!
There are scratches on the doors and walls everywhere.
Not satisfied at all and not recommended.

Bed bugs. Room 104. I am the third person in two months reporting this from the same room. I was at the hospital yesterday being treated for secondary infection from multiple bites. It seems management in not interested in solving the problem. I will never return here.

Was able to book this hotel in person instead of online, as they showed they were sold out. But the person up front helped us out. Even offered us a discount if we would paid by euros instead of credit card. Room was nice queen size bed, with A/C. Provided a safe and hair dryer. TV with English channels. Bathroom had a great view with the window open to see the Eiffel tower. Overall great experience.

This place has bed bugs. I stayed a total of 5 nights, on the last night there is when I discovered them. I stayed in room 104. If it helps. I didn’t make a fuss about it Bc well I already got bit and the French think Americans want things for free. I don’t. I just didn’t want bed bugs. Other than that, The location is great, most of the employees are very sweet and helpful. Except for the blue eyed woman who works saturdays and sundays. I don’t know why she works guest services if she doesn’t like helping guests.

Never got to stay at the Hotel in the end as the French decided a Rail Strike was a good idea, and we couldn’t get out of London. We paid upfront for two nights well in advance and requested that they consider a refund or partial refund of the amount due to the circumstances. But no they took the whole amount as a fee; Even though we gave over 24 hours notice. I won’t be re-booking with this hotel when I return to Paris in the future.

The hotel is very centrally located and is 1minute from the Duplex stop. Already in the entrance it looks very clean and modern. We were received friendly and sufficiently informed despite language difficulties (German only broken). The rooms are small but perfectly adequate. They are clean and tidy. Despite the central area, it is not too noisy but there is no perfect calm. Breakfast can be booked on request for 15€ per person (recommended, as it is difficult to find a place in the area where you can eat breakfast in peace and sitting (you will not find any bread rolls) ) ). The only criticism=Tv should be able to be individually adapted to languages.
For us a great hotel and further recommended!

The hotel is very small, or The rooms. The décor is gorgeous, lots of golden frames and interesting decoration, wallpapers etc. Staff has been very very friendly and tried to answer all our questions. For Paris a very large breakfast buffet, including With 2 juices, baguette and croissants, sausage, cheese, a coffee machine, various jams and boiled eggs.
The hotel is perfect for those who want to be quick at the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe. The Notre Dame and the Louvre are a few miles away. From Paris EST Station to the hotel you can walk (if you want to pass Notre Dame and Louvre) Good 13km. The Eiffel Tower can be reached in approx. 12-15 min. On foot and the top can be seen from some rooms.

We had stayed at this family hotel 3 nights last week. First of all the mishap begins as soon as the reservation. While the site posted a payment at the time of registration, the entire amount of the reservation was taken out immediately Presto without notifying the customer. After many telephone exchanges and by email with the hotel, well jemenfoutiste and without any sense of customer relationship, we resigned ourselves to accept the situation. Once there, the reception was appalling and the receptionist taunting us with a haughty and disrespectful air. As for the hotel itself, it is cramped, the rooms are tiny, the bedding of poor quality. Sincerely, go your way, there are much cheaper hotels in Paris and better quality!

The room was very lustloses and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good… and as if you had something better to do (watch YouTube on the phone, for example), mediocre cleanliness.

Perfect place to stay when you are at Paris. Next to Dupliex Tube station and walking distance of 15mins or less to Eiffel Tower. And you can have Eiffel tower view from hotel room. Friendly staff and nice room design. I'll recommend to my friends and relatives.

Great staff, great location — metro stop right nearby. Rooms were small but you should expect this from Paris. Would give it 5 star, but one staff member was particularly rude (in stark contrast to all the other amazing staff who were so helpful). Did not get his name.

Nice place, cleaner, with educated staff, beautiful room and perfect location: 1 minute from metro and 10 minute-walk from Eiffel. Our room had a cute little view of the tower :)

I took my husband to watch the French Open last May and stayed at this hotel. This little place was absolutely PERFECT. The room was cozy and clean, the pillows were lush and there was air conditioning. It was 90 degrees all weekend and coming back from a long day of walking and going to sleep was absolutely divine. I plan to come back and stay here again next May. I love this little hotel. Highly recommend it.

My girlfriend noticed MOLD in the shower so I went down to report it and request another room. Instead of being offered a new room, I was told there are no free room for the moment. Not to mention that receptionist was rude and arrogant. I also noticed dirt on the bed, both me and my gf slept on one side of the bed. What's the point of paying for double bed when you get to sleep on one side? Rooms are VERY tiny. So cozy that it gets too cozy when there's two of you getting in each others way. I'll never come back to this hotel and I do NOT recommend it. I'll contact the manager and request refund. Health institutions will get a mail or two too. The only factor that makes this hotel so "wanted" is the low (not the lowest) price for this location.

Perfect hotel when you're on a budget. It's a nice 3-Star hotel with excellent views of the Eiffel Tower and a short walk to it, the Sienne and a train at the corner. The room was compact but could have slept 3 (had a spare bed), it was clean and breakfast was divine.

Awful service. I had smelly bedsheets and the manager could not seem to understand that providing your guests with sheets that smelled like a sewer is not appropriate. Stay away from this place.

A bit disappointing. Website photo is very deceiving from the outside. Petit means this place exactly. Somewhat over priced for a place with no free water or coffee. Some staff members were not very helpful and made you feel like you should know how it is in Paris. It is newly remodeled and it is not soundproof. Location is ok if your main focus is visiting the Effile. I have seen now much better areas. You get what you pay for here.

Rooms are small by American standard but comfortable and clean. Good location for sight seeing and great price!

Renovations are pretty nice, and the location is terrific. Some rooms may even have a view of the Eiffel tower directly from the window. Ours required poking our head out the window a bit to see it, but still very nice. Just expect that the rooms are going to be tiny, though. Imagine a small room, then expect it to be even smaller than that.

One of the best reception I have received on Paris a very available staff of very clean rooms small but very cozi and very comfortable… I highly recommend!

Nice hotel, the rooms are clean and the bathroom also. Very nice surprise. Only problem the towel warmer is timed, it stops after 2h then in the morning the bathroom and cold not easy in winter.

One of the worst experiences I have in my life and the last day. This occurred in the 2013 end of October early November. On my day of departure at 7.00 am when giving me of check-out and I asked was a taxi to Orly airport. The receptionist (male) response was that at this time there are no taxis and that the bus that goes to the airport already is had gone. Information that gave me on the bus I not be had asked and you responded that I wasn't interested in the bus, but I needed a taxi. Maybe this person took me to tears because I said that there are no taxis and to come out to hitchhike. Is that normal? I work in tourism over 10 years and never thought I could find in a situation like this. At the end when I was already with nerves on edge this person I call the taxi.
Paris as a city I love, I love, I adore her. Hotelito to be so few star is fine but the reception service is super horrible. If I remember the name of this person who I treat so badly here write it but I don't remember.
I ask the managers of this little hotel that choose better staff with which they work. The treatment that I received was completely inhuman.

Great location at reasonable rates. Very nice staff. Stay when it's cool because there was no air conditioning, but there are fans. Close to everything and right across the street from the Metro.

Small but purposeful with a great view of the Eiffel. Access to the metro. Good local pubs and clubs and a good neighborhood to roam.

The hotel might not be the prettiest but all the people who work there are really helpful with everything I will come back to this hotel for sure.

If location is important then I cannot rate this hotel highly enough! Eiffel Tower is five minute walk away and there is an abundance of great bars and restaurants within two minutes walk from the hotel door. The evening receptionist was a bit frosty on the first couple of nights but he turned out to be an alright fella! Small room, great view, great location! — Great price.

Cheap, but extremly small rooms, very old and partly damaged furniture, dirty washrooms. Look for something else.

Cheap and in a great location. There is a lockout time of 1 A. M. And the receptionists claim not to have a master key. They don't change your sheets everyday but they do make your bed and clean up your room. The maids and breakfast staff are nicer than the desk workers. Across the street from the 6 line and 10 minute walk from Eiffel Tower. Great places to eat and grocery store very near.
