Nice hotel. Near fr. Gare and metro.

Points for the nice staff, great breakfast, clean room & a really comfortable bed. *Wide variety of restaurants and bars nearby. (a real treat if you're into japanese food, really good ones on Raymond Losserand)

Everything in this hotel is nice. I liked it and would definitely love to stay with them again. 30 Second from the metro station. A lot of restaurants and stores around it. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The only thing about it, the showers are glass without curtains.

Coming once a month to Paris, I find that the rooms are more and more expensive!

I won't be coming back even if I leave a satisfactory note because honestly, I found a much bigger room at 137 euros a night in the hotel right across the street!
We even laughed a little with the maids quite adorable.
I no longer recommend this hotel as I find that prices have increased for no valid reasons.

Very nice hotel where I got a special price, hundreds meters to my office. Very clean and charming, in the new standards, the room was cool and Italian shower great and organized. I recommend if you can get a less than 200 € price.

We stayed in the hut: a rare place in Paris. All wood, nestled in the greenery, away from the rest of the hotel. The services are high-end whether it is for home automation, bathroom or bedding. The Little plus? A private garden with drinks at discretion in the mini-bar of the room.

Eh. The room wasn't ready on time. Shower is located in room with glass doors so no privacy. They say they have a bar. They really don't. Went to get a glass of wine, no one there than desk girl helped me then went back to talk with other staff member. It was disappointing.

Love this boutique hotel close to the metro Line 13, a awesome staff, and a the room was small but it's comfortable, be prepared that shower is in the room which I personally loved.

Small but perfectly formed hotel situated 1 minute from Pernety metro station. Rooms are very small and well appointed, helpful staff, fast Wi-Fi, plenty of local cafés and shops nearby. No restaurant but continental breakfast buffet available.

You can hear everything! I stayed in the hotel with 17 colleagues and in our morning meetings we all complained about losing hours of sleep due to a neighbor snoring, talking, or having relations. All water can be heard. You can join in on your neighbors phone conversation if you would like. Not a great place for a great nights sleep. The bed is like cardboard and the pillows are paper thin. I borrowed an iron: the water reservoir was broken and the heating elements were burned.

The rooms are very clean and modern. 9hotel is small but very cost which made us feel very comfortable here. Also the personal is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. It's easy to get everywhere by train because the hotel is central and next to the train station. We enjoyed our stay here.

I loved my stay in this design hotel, good taste! The welcome is warm and discreet. An excellent price / quality ratio for a hotel situated in a street so authentic of Paris, close to the metro, and the gare Montparnasse railway Station where you can walk when you come from Roissy or Orly. The bedding is so outstanding that I had a hard time waking up in the morning! The bathroom and shower in the rain and the good products that we are offered for our toiletries are also most welcome. I will surely and will recommend it gladly. Thank you.

Fantastic location, right next to Parnety station. So almost all of Paris is accessible. The hotel has great service. Rooms are small but furnished, updated and modern. Parking is a nightmare. Wouldn't recommend renting a car while staying here. Will visit again.

This hotel bill rooms when you have a change in professional planning that forces you to cancel your room before 48 h00. No commercial flexibility. Avoid, if you have a schedule moving; they prefer empty rooms at the risk of cancellation.

The Hotel itself is very nice, clean and the room size is right for the prize, for Paris. On the negative side, the Wi-Fi is unstable (although w/ decent speed when it works) making work (VPN, remote access etc. ) quite a bumpy experience.

Well, the rooms on the 3rd floor were quite small, me and my friend had to climb over eachother when one of us had to go to the bathroom. Breakfast was great, it was a buffé with fresh baguettes, eggs and other things.

Understaffed, staff not helpful, not professional. People smoking in next rooms with the smoke going through the air conduits. Noisy.

Nice hotel not far from the center of Paris. The convenient location. 1 minute from Metro Pernety. It is close to restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy breakfast, there are shops where you can buy say wine, beer, etc. Washroom where they bake perfectly kurosany. Quiet area, a few people, not something that 9 or 10. District can say aristocratic family. I recommend this hotel. Price quality. The rooms are quite spacious, refrigerator, tv.

Great location, metro is literally around the corner. Really nice neighborhood. Lots of local restaurants and bakeries. The rooms need more outlets for charging things. The staff are pleasant. Our bathroom door's lock was broken. Other than that, it's a good place to sleep and to explore Paris from.
