Little modern rooms, nice bathroom, but a bit small. You have an air conditioner, what is important in the summer. Breakfast is okay. The coffee could be better, but you have everything you need. It isn't far away from the city. The metro is a 5 minutes walk away.

Amazing experience. Very nice rooms and exquisite decor inside. Our original room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling after our first day. At 1.30am the porter came and swiftly allowed us to change room, in which we got upgraded to a privelige room, which I felt was very nice of them to do, this room was exceptional. First class service from all the staff here and would definitely recommend.

LOCATION — 4/5 FOOD — 4/5 FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF — 5/5 AMBIANCE — 3/5 We visited Paris in the winter. Why you may prefer this place? It has a metro at a walking distance of 2 mins. The staff is very helpful and eager to assist you in making your trip better. The breakfast buffet serves fresh food. You can see "La Tour Effel" from some rooms on the 5th and 6th floor. The interior design of our room was cutesy. The TV functioned well with many channels. The room service is very good. Why you may not prefer this place? The entrance, ambience and environment is not inviting or appealing. The lift isn't smooth. The corridors (at least on the 5th floor) stinked of some smell I do not recognise. Though the saving grace was our room didn't smell. The room size could be small which varies depending on your expectations. The bathroom is small and not separate. The water from the bath easily spills onto the floor thereby making it icky to get ready later on. We experienced problem in opening the door and had to rush down twice to get help which is a huge turn off when you're traveling from so far. All in all compared to other high star hotels this one didn't meet our expectations but is not so bad if you plan on spending most of your time out in the city and not inside your room.

The rooms might be a bit small, but clean and adequate. Might not be what one might expect for 4 stars depending on the country they are from, but do remember that different countries has different stars definitions. Located in between 2 metro stations, Corvisart and Place d'Italie but it is an easy stroll of 5 mins from either station. Many restaurants available in the area. Service from hotel has been pretty good thus far!

More than 2 stars does not pull! In General the shock of employees and conditions of this hotel network I often stop at different mercury around the world. Booked a room with 26.04.18 for 04.05.18, due to force majeure came in the morning 27.04.18 (the hotel warned about this) and began the adventure! Walked around the hotel — the entrance is closed, the building itself in erecting the scaffolding! (on the website this is not the word — just not the location, there is another mercury! ), worker saw that we are no longer one lap of the wound — stop the installation of structures and conducted us to the hotel! Time-11am we are told that the room will be ready for 13.00! The argument that he have a day as we paid, was not heard! OK! At one o'clock we were settled! Sneakers and bathrobes are not, on the scaffolding outside our window stands a trowel smiling African and cleans the plaster! 4 stars, sometimes there are bathrobes on request — speak to us — you are not supposed to! The shock scored the last days I lived in the same mercury with Slippers and bathrobes… the day after the shower: ask the umbrella — no, we say umbrella, you can buy in the store! Live for 5 days — bed linen never changed! Clean, change towels, bed just made… 4 stars too many bugs! Solid d, as in a good IBIS, only it costs less! When you pay for quality — it wants to!

It's OK and value is fair. Location excellent; decor and theme are bizarre and oddly unpleasant. Staff are all very fine unlike many Paresian alternatives.

Not to sure about the smell of it in general. And the environment on the restaurant wasn't that inviting. Is not that is super bad. Good place if you got nowhere else to go for that price.

Top class hotel premium room.

This hotel is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3 stars. The decor is tacky (plastic see through chairs and tables that are meant to be burlesque, red lights), bed isn’t very comfortable. However the rooms were clean, the staff a polite and friendly, we hold a status with the hotel chain and were upgraded. I can see the Eiffel Tower from my bedroom window. I wouldn’t have booked if I knew what the hotel is like, not worth £130per night (which is what it is listed at right now). If the price is around £70-80, then it’s about ok for their upgraded top floor rooms.

Room not corresponding to the reservation! Incompetent employees acting as officials unable to take an initiative. Noisy room, smell of urine. 4 times more expensive than an Ibis!? This hotel deserves maximum 2 stars not four.

A beautiful boutique hotel. Friendly staff, artsy rooms. Centrally located. Small bar and breakfast available. No restaurant but it's Paris so dining out is the point.

Lovely rooms. People are really nice and everybody in the staff speaks English. There are maps of tge city available at the front desk.

Actually nothing to complain, the rooms are nice and comfortable. Just the worse thing is that, the cleaning lady clean the toilet (actually the sh*ts) with the white towels that we use to wipe our faces.

Good afternoon, I have an opinion very bad about the hotel you about 4 days with my partner I wanted to tell you one of the sheets from the day that we had a spot of chocolate until the last day I kept the stain did not change the sheets in 4 days. 2-the rooms are not the ones that you put the photos are older. 3-the bath gel/shampoo not replaced in two days we didn't have to bathe, we had to buy us a separate paper we also didn't have and also it seems to me very wrong that only leave us with a soap small in the lava face nothing but when you in the photos of their services have many more things and the tub very dirty. 4 — the air-conditioning is not served.

We had nice days in the hotel. Water damage in the room had to be moved as a result. 3 floor is not renovated.

Good location just a few steps from Place d'italie. Small market at the foot of the hotel, but not noisy. Clean and classy. Breakfast with sweet and salty.

When staying at this hotel for our honeymoon. Advantages: the waiters were friendly, will welcome every time we go in and leave the word, speaks English very well, the bathtub is big! Beds very comfortable, wireless speed. Good location, near the Italy Square Station (Eurostar trains from London to Paris Nord line is the same, but also with the Paris East station on the a line, so easily catch up with the rest of Europe by train). There are many good restaurants around.

Great hotel, recently renovated. Everything is new, clean, refined décor.
Very good breakfast, convenient location close to the subway.

First time here, I like it here.

Nice room, clean under the bed and under the sheets. Daily change of bed linen and towels/bath towels. Stayed in a room to the main road, completely calm thanks to the soundproofing. Staff absolutely friendly and courteous, professional. Breakfast in the price, and very very rich and diverse. 6 different cereals, cereals to the mix itself. Different varieties of fruit milk/milk, coffee, tea, etc. Eggs in all variations, sausages, bacon and much more. To enumerate everything beyond here the scope. Metro 100 meters away. I'm often in Paris, which is my new master hotel is guaranteed.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights 5 years ago. Very good atmosphere and comfortable rooms. Closed to the subway. However it was too expensive and the breakfast was not included in the room rate.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 week visiting Paris. Good quality at quite low price, friendly, comfortable and so close to the centre of Paris. I surely reccomend it!
