I recommend this hotel, the staff is available and professional.
Breakfast is very varied and of good quality.

Lovely little hotel. All the employees were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms have everything you need. This place is in walking distance of Gare de Lyon train station which makes it easy to get there. Also near other stations for ease of getting around Paris. Many nice places to eat around the hotel as well. If ever I get back to Paris, this is a place I would stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very well placed, welcoming staff. Rooms small but pretty. Exploit to have managed to make the breakfast room, in the basement, pleasant and cheerful. To advise, especially so close to Lyon station (5min walk)

If you stay at this hotel, be very careful if you ask them to hold your bags for you, not all the staff speak English very well and our bags got misplaced and we almost missed our flight going home.

Clean room, and rather spacious family room, considering that it's in Paris. However, the public amenities leave something to be desired. The lobby is under extensive repairs after a recent fire and the lift broke down once in my 5-day stay.

Strong smells, air conditioning of the first floor that does not work from the blow obliged to sleep the window open… in Paris, impossible mission!
The slightest thing would have been to warn of all this or at least to make a price! Expensive breakfast for what it is!

Hello all I would like by this post you to live my experience at this hotel the charm is there, but the master piece of this hotel is a young lady on behalf of Feyrielle, I tell you in short, I arrived at this hotel exhausted and out of force by a trip Trying, I have the chance to have this young lady listening and kindness as we see nowhere she even offered me to make photocopies because I had to go urgently to the consulate very early the next day, I will never tell her enough thank you for her battery It, my dog and I are divided into shape the next day thanks again for everything.

Nice, neat and clean room. Nice and friendly reception and very helpful. Nice, comfortable beds and catered to our family of 5 with no worries at all. Close to train station and other amenities. Would stay again.

Friendly welcome. Room on the street a little noisy. Bathroom functional and clean. The breakfast room was very nice.

Staff friendly, and good location, but room a little small and a little too "vintage" for my liking.

Excellent location with modern rooms. Easy to walk to Notre dame and other popular tourist locations from here but also super easy to take the train. Very good pricing for what it is.

Hotel was centrally located. The lady at the reception was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was neat and clean, but was small.

Perfectly functional hotel, quite reasonably priced, and conveniently located for Gare de Lyon. Hard to get particularly excited about but it was decent enough for a one night stay before getting a train the next morning.

Nice staff Rooms all redone. The rooms on the ground floor are rather large, with a large Italian shower. Breakfast OK but nothing special.

Really nice hotel. Front desk person was very nice. We had the route 66 room, small but cozy and very modern and clean. Very happy with our choice. Will come back for sure.

Ideal location for an overnight stop near to Gare de Lyon station.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, rooms in 2 buildings, Interior is nice and clean, and from the hotel is close to the Gare de Lyon. I will set out on a journey from the train station. Walk from the hotel is also close to the subway station, take the subway to other attractions are very close to hotel is close to the Seine River, walking along the Seine to the Eiffel Tower is great. The ground floor of the hotel during the day has a strange sense of shock. Staff were very friendly, and in General, recommend this hotel to you.

A decent hotel in the centre of Paris. Prices fluctuate a lot so sometimes better value than others. Good location to the airport bus with lots of places to eat and drink.

I can't comment on the appearance of the rooms or the hotel's amenities. However, I can tell you that my one experience with this hotel was much more welcoming than I initially expected. I was stranded alone in Paris after missing the train and needed a place to use internet in order to contact my family and find alternative transportation. Many places turned me away, but Mathieu of Best Western Aurore took the extra effort to help a traveler in need. He offered to let me use their computer and went so far as to offer me food and drink, which I respectfully declined. After booking my trip out of Paris, he gave me a map and directed me to a few great areas of the city that often get overlooked. It felt so refreshing to have someone that sympathized with my situation and especially so because he was going his out of his way to help me, a non-paying stranger. I'm sure there is even more that he offered that I have since forgotten, but if I'm ever back in Paris, I will definitely consider this hotel in my future plans, and I hope to stay their soon. Negative: big task to the carpet due to moisture in the bathroom and no door bathroom Bathroom-room even State. Problem. Heating. Breakfast really poor. Small room. Not worth a 3 *.
