Basic but for 3 nights location was ideal for us for the arena…

Surprised to see the staff who speak only French. Staff little smiling and unwelcoming.
I booked 3 nights (21/06 to 24/06/19). No toilet brush in toilet. Threatened not made on Sunday (lacked toilet paper) forced to go ask for it at the reception (I felt like disturbing) so air clean towels. Otherwise very good bedding. Very clean bed linen. A little noisy (circulation even at night).
Hotel poorly located in relation to transport (forced to take an UBER if not 1.2 kms on foot to get a first public transport.
Very bad TV reception too.
So mixed reviews but slept well anyway.

We arrived on a wednesday and until saturday night the stay was ok besides some rude staff at the bar/restaurant. The AC is very weak and doesnt help much but fair enough during a heat wave and it at least cooled down a bit. However saturday night just as we were about to go to bed we smelled smoke (cigarette) coming out of the AC. We went to the reception but all we got was well there is nothing we can do as we are full. Fair enough wouldnt the ibis be in the same building. …the men at reception didnt know my friend spoke french… so she heard him say that we were annoying and we wont leave… after he came to our room to check it out he kept saying its not so bad. Clearly he smelled it and tried to talk his way out of it. Sooo they did nothing and we had to sleep on a room smelling like cigarette. As long as you have no issue the hotel is ok and in a fair location.

Knowing Ibis, we expected a budget hotel suiting basic needs, and exactly that was provided. Clean rooms, staff was kind and also helpful on questions. Breakfast was decent and continental choice. Parking garage directly next to hotel and there's also a shopping mall with few fast food restaurants. It's about 5km to the centre. Consider using public transport or taxi/uber.

Small and compact room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Unhelpful staff. Got irritated just because we asked for help.

We were attended by several receptionist, on our arrival a very serious one, but in particular highlight the attention of a blond guy, and two girls who attended us very friendly and helped us with the information. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Spacious, clean and well-maintained facilities.
Right next door to a huge mall. It is far from the center but the metro and RER station to 15 min walk or also the bus was quite handy.

In summary, very good stay in this hotel!

Super weird place. 2 in 1 — regular and “budget” (with 2 separate receptions within 5 meters from each other). I guess it’s fine to to stay for one night, but not longer.

Deplorable reception. 3 nights and I still wonder besides pull the sheets and change the towels where is the cleaning. Frankly three stars you went to pick them up where. The only advice I can give, don't mess with your feet.

I went through the booking site for the reservation, so the room rate was affordable. A paid and secure parking is located in the basement. The bedding was nice. Bathroom a little small.

It is next to a Bus station so it is easy to get around and has the indispensable to take a bath and rest! :)

Hotel OK, but beware parking question… Zero! You have to fight to have a place and reserve it (private parking and paying 14 euros per night) and has the outside station to Plum and kidnapping. The card system for the room is both light and lifts… It's not that bad.

Everything was good, there were no problems with the room and the attendants. There is a shopping near to the hotel. The room was very simple and there were no hair dryer or refrigerator.

OMG this is amazing. Wi-Fi, amazing, breakfast, amazing prefer it to the ritz.

The Hotel is very clean and the location is very good.

Location is ok (very close to a bus stop, but not to a subway station). The room was very clean and the size was good enough. Breakfast is a bit expensive (even for budget guests) and the room had no hair dryer.

Well located, two classes hotel.

It was not bad I kind of liked it, I expected it to be less luxe.

Hotel escape, noisy, dirty, personal incompetent, and the icing on the cake, due to an error on the invoice cannot be reimbursed on the spot and the manager without a care. Unfortunately this is the problem of large groups such as Accor.

Very clean Local. My room saw on the great Seine. Little be mol to when a subway station that will serve this area. But good public transport appreciable.

I was charged twice for a stay. When you arrive in cash, and also CHARGED the same amount on my credit card. I sent emails attaching the proof and were never charged.

For the first time visitor here in Paris like us, we find this hotel okay and good enough to stay.

The hotel is not really well situated for travelling by metro, the staff is not unpleasant but we have seen more smiling, the room is clean, the cards to use the elevator are not really suitable, and should be "remagnetisées" constantly. The buffet breakfast is banal, but appreciable nonetheless. Stay at its fair value, which could be improved by small things.

Flat formula + dessert + 1 drink without alcohol with the room very clean and in perfect condition… impeccable! On the outskirts of the capital. Just a pity, I am in small van and their parking at €2 at night is limited to 1m90… but the two nights I stayed there, I managed to Park not very far. Very good breakfast.

Ok for a night or 2. Bus 24 within 2 minutes walk just out the door. No breakfast but well priced and clean.

Don't really know how to behave with the customer he knows what a client's hospitality means.

To review absolutely the evening team is really incompetent no experience poorly communicated with a regular client it is really unacceptable on the part of the team and the leader of the team the Director is absent.

How to summarize in a few sentences. Drill from 10:00 am. Casual home, if you need anything you ask them. Prices of the old rooms not renovated at the same rate as the news. 36 euros of parking on 3 days so that they put 10 min to you open the grid. No change of towels in 3 days and when you request it is answered that there is no more but at no time the reception does not note your request to remedy the problem. Short bad stay for the Nice sum of 240 euros.

Cost effective and convenient. There is a large shopping mall near the hotel.

Budget ideal for a stay in Paris while staying close to the stations SNF.

Very attentive service was fast we were placed with seen on the Seine, no error ordering and served at the same time we will return thanks it's fun and more with the smile and the good humor. If everyone was like that!

Cut electricity all night during the shower! Not terrible.

I had a stay there for only 1 night. Everything as per Ibis standards, clean rooms, amazing beds and pillows. The only negative issue was staff which treated me inadequately and with a rude "flavor". Took me 50 mins to get the room prepared. Even though I arrived after 4 pm. But it's ok, for an overnight stay. Train station is like 25 mins to walk.

Hotel very quiet this depends on what side you find the hotel next to the road c' is less well. Clean nickel home nice affordable price, to the chamber c' is something other than the first-class …

Definitely the worst hotel of Paris. We had booked 5 rooms, we arrive at 00.30 AM, our rooms became 3 rooms… but with bed simple, therefore, possible to sleep 6! (incredible explanation of the receptionist! )
So we had to share between 2 employees 1chambre, the last having been found in extremis. The separate beds were not really of course, and a non-smoking room, it landed in a smoking room! For one of us, the room allocated was already occupied, fright monumental for the occupant who was sleeping peacefully, and has seen a person enter his room. A customer at the front desk at the same time complained of a constant noise under her windows, answer — "leaning back on the bed you, they will eventually go to bed. "
Another complains about the redness all over the body — reassuring, would there be bed bugs. Etc etc… and it was 00: 30! In the end, on our 5 rooms, and finally 4 will be billed, of course, the 5th having been attributed to someone else (overbooking totally unacceptable), no commercial gesture, speed on the card used to book. A shame! The assistant manager and his manager found this situation totally normal, no listening and no effort. A tip, if you are looking for a hotel, go your way, this place is not recommendable at all! Ibis we had become accustomed to a sense Client, on this hotel they are the opposite!

It is very clean, the food flavored and the water rich, go to Bonne hôtel, pour manger ce très bien.

Avoid the place unless you have no choice. For the room, the investment boils down to the bed, which is what that acquires the Ibis. The rest is in the state and dilapidated. My room gives on the device which gives me a sound atmosphere for the night with glazing quite vintage. I have been able to test the restore… and here I thought c was a hidden camera.

Located on the banks of the Seine and near the shopping centre Bercy 2 small room, lack of mains bathroom and toilet without a single room, that Xi is very small and a little old. Really succinct Service.

I think in itself it is good and clean. The only thing that bothers me is the mold in the bathroom.

The location is a little bit out of the way of the usual tourist stuff. It is near a bus stop and a 20 minute walk from a tube station. It's stiuated right next door to a shopping centre which is convenient. The hotel room itself is pretty basic as you'd expect for something with budget in the name. It does have its own bathroom and the room is clean. For the money I'm happy with it.

Dated concrete hotel next to a small shopping centre. There is a large restaurant and bar on-site but this lacks any sort of atmosphere although the pizza we had was of reasonable quality. There is underground parking but this cost €12. Apart from the shopping center there is little else around this hotel and the nearest bars and restaurants were 20min walk away.

The room was ok for the budget price if a little too warm. We were located in a room that had air-conditioning units right outside the window, so that was quite loud. However, as loud as the air con was, the neighbours in the adjacent rooms were louder. When we went to seek help from the person on reception, he was unable to help us. This resulted in a terrible night's sleep!

My son is right now there on graduation trip and the rooms are crap. Nothing to do with the photos that appear on the web. They complain that they are 3 in the room and they don't even have a closet and just a chair. Total scam. Or a pension category arrives.

Not the best jotel, but for a short stay is fine, elevators never work, breakfast is poor, rooms are very small.

In room there wasn't enough space to keep clothes; I had to do the third bed by myself;no bidet in bathroom;bold girl at the reception not very kind.

I give a 10 to the hotel all in all we loved it we were afraid by q the other comments were I bad, but will we get a surprise all wonderful from reception, wing cleaning, the cleaning was made every day and we left the room as the first day of arrival, change of towels every day transportation says q is the metro for 15 minutes, but it is not so in 7 minutes you reach the metro, but outside the hotel you have a bus so, to move around this perfect I recommend it, we were 2 weeks ago like it just to be on the ibis Madrid and like everything perfect and not to repentiran.

I really liked my stay here. Staff was pleasant and helpfull. It seams far from the center but you must take into account bus no. 24 and 109. From these two buses you can go everywhere. Also recommend using the ratp app, it REALLY came in handy. Thanks to all the guys at the hotel! Also recommend the breakfast, 6.15€ but its all you can eat whereas on the streets you pay almost that for a coffe and a croissant. Cheers.

Don bother paying for the poor breakfast Last day after packing arrived 10 mins before breakfast closing time a white guy with glasses at the restaurant desk refused me to take one yogurt out, after trying to get his name he said he was the property manager. What upsets me the most is not so that I payed for a breakfast that was not given to me but the rude way he treated me from the begining.

Being used to the Ibis Hotel chain, when arriving from a 10 hour car trip, we were eager to get some rest. However, we were confronted with some unpleasant occurrences. Apart from the bad reception, them room was horrible, with the washbasin filled with cigarette burns and the bed unclean with a very nasty "surprise". We immediately asked for a refund. Not recommended at all.

I booked 6 rooms per phone booking is validated but asked me to send an email to confirm 2 days later I receive an answer to say that the hotel is full!
Not serious for a penny.

The room was ok, but not very clean in the sanitary area. The bath / shower tray provides all people with a size of 1, 70 before a problem, much too small. Entrance was closed from 22:30 to sign "entrance IBIS budget" hung out, but no indication where this is. Had to figure out yourself where is (left around the corner).
Location is unfortunately not central. Rooms overlooking the Seine, unfortunately downside is because the 8-lane highway there along. No chance with open Windows to sleep.
Metro is unfortunately further away. Taxi to the city centre has needed ever 1 hour.

Does not work air conditioning, you drains attacked, very careless. Too bad.

I went to this hotel on Saturday, January 26, has been charged to me two extra breakfasts, this was to me be refunded within 10 days, 15 days after my account has not been credited.

No arrangement when a n accompaniment is more available, however supplements has paid, not missing d imagination to find.

Stayed 1 night there. Rooms with air conditioning. Clean. Relatively cheap. Good breakfast. This not very centrally located. Bus stop wants in the vicinity, but Metro driving must take one good 1 km walk to. And because the Metro station was also closed during our stay, we had to continue 800 m. Would stay there again. A little worse than other Ibis, but the price is right.

Rather central. Ask for room giving on place de l'Europe for more silence.

We stayed there for three nights in the year 2003. It was good! Good service and great price! Paris is nice — discover it.
