Gone down hill. Wrong room no apology and overpriced.

For this type of hotel and the room price, you usually expect a clean room. Place and kindness was good.

Services of an average quality especially at the level of the bathroom which deserves a renovation.

A perfect place for a professional appointment.

In front of Gare du Nord is great for travellers for one night due to the place where a lot of people come and go. Many restaurants nearby but still treating tourist as persona non grata. The room has a good space, bathroom wide. We walk around by night and It was ok.

Very near to the metro and plenty of Indian food options nearby. Rooms and amenities are budget quality. Heaters air conditioning and good running water with tub available. Breakfast options are available, better to walk around and pick your choice if not in a hurry. Very hospitable and curtious staff.

The Hotel is very good and the location is excellent.

Always take this hotel for the directors that come on a business trip. Always happy.

Do not bring a cat to swing! One of the smallest double rooms I've found. Management refused to honour the booking with breakfast included (prepaid), and drilling commenced at 9am from the builders with no prior warning! 2 stars only for the polite staff and close proximity to the Eurostar station.

Great breakfast, good rooms and excellent service, the Wi-Fi was not going very well.

The rooms are spacious and clean for Paris standards. The entrance is hidden between restaurants and hard to find. Good walking access to month martre, Sacre Coeur etc. Ideal for a stop over in Paris, direct train to airports from Gare du Nord which is just across the street.

Interior side overlooking the courtyard is very quiet (unless you are near the elevator…) Comfortable bed. The impression of the CB had not worked for the payment in advance on booking.

Check in not very good as arrived early and was told I could not check in until 2 pm so I waited in lobby to work. Many customers came in after me and was given rooms while I waited. Had to complain to get a room assigned. I am here for 4 nights let's hope it gets better.

Location was convenient. But that's where the positives stop. It was incredibly noisy early in the morning thanks to construction. The entire hotel only had one lift making it insanely difficult to get to reception — which there's wasn't one by the way. I wouldn't recommend staying here until their construction is over. Let's hope it's worth it.

Quiet, friendly, but Internet connection to review (hard to capture)

It was not special but the staff and room was nice, so was the view and breakfast.

So I have a superb and special experience with this hotel, I stayed there for a long time, the staff is fine, I had a very large first floor room, the bed was comfortable, no noise, just a too old TV and two large windows on A kind of courtyard I was not bothered for payments because many nights continually lengthened. My cat was accessing the courtyard overlooking my room and jumped into a roof mouth that looked out at the bank below, he spent a weekend in the bank, the manager and the technician who were very good had been compassionate and had let me try to Récupé My cat as I could despite the closure of the bank, without success but hey my cat didn't seem to have hated the experience it's anecdotal. They had consideration for my cat, not like many hotels who believe that animals are dolls that you take pleasure in lug while traveling. Finally good experience of this hotel, a 4 stars of a chain Accor, here it is.

I don't recommend. Only one good think in this hotel is very close to the station. The rest is mistake. Rooms are very small. I mean very! Dirty carpet, toilet not better, I have an inner room with nothing to look at. Nice staff but still, generally avoid.

Decent I suppose. Could definitely do with a renovation, its age is starting to show. But the location is quite convenient.

Just opposite to Gare de Nord so super convenient if you have a early train to catch. Very generous for elite members as they upgraded us to a junior suite. Very satisfied by this hotel and highly recommended.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around… It is very conveniently placed, right in front of the Northern Station and close to some interesting brasseries and pubs (my personal favourite being a Belgian bar with lot of beers right next to the entrance). It is not the finest place in the World when it comes to luxuries and details (the sink in my room was not in a good shape, needing some maintenance), but if you have some hours to spend in Paris due to a connection it's a good choice. Nice breakfast.

Perfect if you need to catch a train at gare due nord. Difficult to be any closer to the station!

Sometimes small rooms, breakfast relatively expensive, conformt correct.
You can find better for this price. But maybe not too close to the Gare du Nord!

Nice hotel, in very close proximity to the eurostar. Will need to travel on the metro to visit any tourist spots. Lots of café shops near by. Rooms nice and tidy.

A very elegant hotel and lies in a very convenient location, just few meters away from Gare Du Nord. Rooms are clean, elegant, spacious.

A facility near the rundown. Old and hygienically insufficient. A four star horror-making. In Italy They are another planet. TV antediluvian without programs in Italian. And Services Zero! To be avoided categorically!

The room is dirty especially in the restroom, there is the bad smell and dirty at the toilet. Even the location is good, but if still not improve housekeeping, it will be hard on hotel business.

Hotel could use a renovation however very well located opposite the station of the North. The staff is very professional and friendly. A flat on the breakfast which is not at the height. An excellent mercury still.

There is a good economical eatrie here at the ground floor. For 6 euros u can have a panini fries and a drink…

Located across the Paris Nord station with a nice ambience. The staff (especially the bell boy) is very helpful and provided a very complete information. Room has a little balcony, quite nice Parisian view, and standard facilities. Overall, magnifique.

How can this hotel deserves 4 stars? The room is ridiculously small, carpet, black dirt, deserves a good shot of the shampooer. Only 21 channels TV (not even the DTT channels) to watch on television the image quality to be low and whose sound is very bad. Side toilets, it's getting worse: if old enamel is peeling, tiling is speckled with black marks, no plug for the hair dryer (hair dryer wall that does not make a blow-dry). Benefits at the height of a formula 1 to the price of a 4 stars! Only positive: the bedding. I highly recommend it.

Not terrible. From another time. The room is old and little maintained. More a real maze to find his room. Staff very little involved. I do not advise. Deserves a good updating.

Dirty place. Wi-Fi disconnect every 1 min. No mini bar. Bar close at 23:00 not recommended. I hated it.

Robbery in the restaurant: Customers Robbed at the Restaurant at 6:30 AM on May 2013; seems to be that the personal of the restaurant is behind this; and the robbery was not to one person. One of the customers lost his camera in the table, he began to search by himself and found his camera in the kitchen. So, we are still waiting for the IDs, camera, money, driver's license, social security and important documents that we lost in the restaurant that day.

We stole in the restaurant inside the hotel on the second floor.

Friendly staff. Good room if a bit tired. Bathroom could do with a refresh. Limited, slow Internet connection unless you pay 12 euros a day which I found very greedy from a hotel charging 330 per night.
