Nicely run hotel, in a lovely area, well worth a visit, close to all amenities. Will be coming back with my family on my next visit.

Convenient location right next to Gare du Nord. Spacious room and bathroom. The fixtures were a little dated but everything was clean and working. Hallways are narrow and lift is small. Can be a little noisy in the morning as the doors aren’t well sound proofed and I had a room quite close to the lift. In all, good value for money in a convenient location with all the amenities you would expect.

. I have very bad impression at richmond hotel. We booked this hotel 22-24 jun and 1 jul for 4 nights. We changed our plan and intend to book this hotel 1 more night on 30 jun by the way we accidently book it on 30 jul. So we canceled the booking immediatly. And send an email to waive the hotel room charge. On 1 july we came back and said to the officer at front about fund return. They said the manager will response to this. Finally they charged us what we booking by mistake on my credit ca rd account. It one month ahead. The hotel can sell this room easily. Dont book this hotel if you dont want bad experience like us.

This hotel is THE WORST. My elderly aunt booked 2 rooms for June 2018. In March, she cancelled the reservation. The hotel cancelled the rooms, but refused to give her a refund. They ignored her calls and e-mails. I live in Paris so I went to the hotel and begged them to refund the €630 to my aunt. They refused over and over. I begged some more, and they said they would only refund half, and needed my aunt's credit card number for the refund, even though they already had her card number… It took me about a week to get the card number from my aunt as she lives half way across the world and is old… When I finally got her card number and phoned the hotel, the guy that said he would give the refund was on holiday. I phoned back when he was back from holiday, and he very rudely yelled at me on the phone to tell me that it has been too long now and my request is "no longer credible" and that I needed to have given him the credit card number "within 24 hours". I begged him again, saying €630 was a huge amount of money, and that he had agreed to refund half so I do not see how anything has changed after a few extra days. He just kept repeating over and over that my request is no longer credible, then hung up on me. I tried to call right back to reason with him, and he would not pick up the phone. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

It's in front of the Gate du Nord station so it has excellent connectivity. The facilities at the hotel are exactly as described — you get what you pay for. There's a buffet breakfast in an adjacent hotel from the same management. It was just okay, nothing much to write about. The Wi-Fi in our room was good, no issues. The bathroom was clean. The staff allowed us to check in earlier as a room was available. As an Indian, another big advantage was that there are many Indian restaurants nearby.

+ Just Opposite to Gare du Nord + Rooms with Balcony on paris is a bonus — Nice View! — Breakfast, Need to go to another hotel nearby — Somewhat scary, also strict staff — need to handover keys everyday when you go out & explain that you are not vacating the room which is unusual. May be because of neighbourhood — You get for what you pay.

Not a bad hotel though old. Affordable right in front of Gare du nord, best accommodation if you are traveling from this station. Situated in the busiest street of Paris, beautiful cafe, shops, metro, bus, train accessible.

Cleaning Kindness Comfort Price.

We booked a room for six hours to catch some sleep between a red-eye flight and a Eurostar to London. The bedding smelled moldy, the bed was like irregular piles of rock, and the room had no electricity. Other than that our stay was great!

Small rooms, the staff does not speak Spanish and some are grumpy, the location is fine although at night there are usually field battles on the street, but the police intervene quickly. Many restaurants nearby and it is good mobility both walking and easy to find taxis. Good value for money.

A good place Huvicado the subway is in front of the hotel the taxi point This front equal, I recommend.

Hotel was good. Maintenance and security was also good. This hotel have a best location, it is just opposite to metro and Bus station from where all the top places in Paris are easily accessible in less time of travel. So if you have priority of visiting lot of places than you can choose this hotel. Many restaurant like Indian and south Indian restaurant are near by to the hotel. Overall is best experience.

It was a nice hotel. I even had a cockroach in the bathroom! Report made and the person seemed to take it into account… Anyway I'm definitely not coming back here.

We had a pleasant stay here. The room was squeaky-clean every afternoon with new shampoo and shower gel. The views over Gare du Nord were fantastic (See photo) and the staff quiet and polite. We had zero problems, there's a supermarket, McDonald's and lots of restaurants like two steps away from the hotel, and it's just right in front of the station where you can catch the RER B to CDG Airport, so the location is great. We would definitely repeat when we are back in Paris.

Very nice family room (2 adults, 3 kids) with everything except a kettle and cups (you can have a kettle for €20 deposit but you'll need to buy some cups elsewhere for around €6 each). Breakfast is available in the New Hotel around the corner (literally) which is run by the same people.

Hotel with no soundproofing even awaits the subway in the rooms!

Big enough room for two. Not so much to expect since this is located at Gare du Nord.

It is a place with a better cleaning. The halls very dark, gave me a horror movie. Narrow aisles painted dark and one door ahead of the other. I sincerely. If I go back to Paris I wouldn't return to that place. To part when I went to have breakfast, you get it in another hotel on the way back, I gave it to very dirty and dark! What's good is that it's close to the transport.

Without infamy and without glory — chosen for logistical convenience and for unavailability other hotels.
There I was just x sleeping, acceptable price when compared to other.

First room the bed was awful the room smelt of cigarette and a small cockroach was in the bed. Then the second room was ok.

Not in the best area. Nothing special just a place to sleep.

If you're staying here the info sheet I the room talks about asking for extra pillows. You'd better ask for them as you get 1/2 a pillow at best. This is truly a no Frills hotel room, the power is only on if your room key is in the slot beside the door and you're basically getting a room with a bed, nothing more. The place is clean and there's (almost) always a concierge at the desk. This is a 2 star hotel and it shows.

At first when I saw this hotel's price, I thought it would be a really good deal because you are paying much less and the rooms would be clean, comfy, and safe. That was a stupid guess. In reality, the room was a disaster. At first when I unlocked my door and walked in, the beds were neatly folded and everything was well organized. Except for the walls. The walls were jagged, ripped, and destroyed. I wasn't happy about that. After leaving in the morning, I spent some more time in Paris and went back here. Remember when I said that the beds were neatly folded? True, true, they were neatly folded, but when I removed the blanket, the thing that was visible was hundreds of breadcrumbs. Absolutely disgusting. I had to spend 15 minutes wiping them, which was not fun. Now for the worst part. While sleeping peacefully, I woke up at 3 AM hearing something like water dropping on a floor. And thats exactly what I heard. Water was coming out of the AC and into the floor, which was an AC problem. I called them and explained the problem. They said they would do something about it, so I went back to sleep. 8 AM, woke up, water was still dropping. Luckily I put the basket under the AC at 3 AM and it was 15/16 full, so I dumped it. Still though, they didnt do anything about it, OR they did do something about it, they just didn't do it right. Because of all this, I was supposed to spend 3 nights at this hotel, but only stayed for 1.

Close to metro good price and good service.

I was very pleased with the service from the start booking / the staff/ the room/ the parking/ the breakfast/ the price /the checkout /the location/ i would stay there again without thinking five star service many thanks to hotel richmond.

Can't complain. Price was good, great location across the street from the station, accommodated our family of 4 very well. Very strange to leave the room card with the front desk on leaving for dinner. Very old restoration, shower could have been cleaner.

A price that varies according to the colors of the customers, blacks must pay in advance, a staff infects insulting limit, we were attacked on the night of April 1 by strangers who have returned to the hotel, the agent of hospitality to threaten to throw us out for not attending the scene and refuse to call the police, very threatening and very aggressive he made us understand that the others are not interest to call the Police. Tramps continually return to the hotel to "warm up", people have tried to get into the room, the rooms are very small, and the neighbors are we friends so we hear everything.
If you like adventure, the danger you can go.
PS: prices change from day to day and according to the person at the reception, inside has nothing to do with the image have could make a horror movie.

I was very disappointed by the quality of this hotel which does not correspond in reality to the images on the internet.
In a State of disrepair, he seriously needs a refresh.
The price does not match the quality of the establishment.
When at breakfast, not happy to have to take it in another hotel it is provided by our large dealer "liddle", €8 50 per person is unacceptable.
I had also the unpleasant surprise that the cheapest rooms on the site were among the most expensive in the hotel. In short, I won't go back…
