The hotel is a perfekt oportunity for Paris visitors in the Summertime. Directly by the metro Yellow line M1,. Good buffetbreakfast, excelent rooms with a good bed. But the real fantastic thing is: the Staff. Very very nice people! I will come again! Thx Metroion (Yellowstone Line M1)

Very nice hotel. Clean. Acceptable rooms… all the drinks in z fridge are for free… BUT the AC was not functioning… and it was a warm week in Paris… over 30 degrees… the windows opening is limited for a few cms.

Good hotel and in a good place, but a bit too noisy, great staff and helpful.

The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet offered everything that is needed, nothing special. The rooms are spacious enough and the bathroom very clean. The staff was helpful. If you have loud neighbors, you will hear them but the windows are good enough to cancel noises from the street. There is a metro station close by and within 15 minutes you are at the louvre, in 5 minutes at the arc de triomphe or la défense.

Hotel Paris Neuilly is okay. The bedroom is fine and we slept well (although breakfast is very loud in the morning and we were on the 5th floor, so if you're on a floor below that I'd prepare to be woken). We had a bad start as none of our cards were accepted by the hotel for a security deposit despite us trying 3 cards and seeing that they'd taken £1 off each of our cards when we checked our bank accounts on our mobiles. We had to then run across the road to find a cashpoint and leave 50 eur deposit. We were informed breakfast was on the 1st floor each morning — no mention of a charge at all. We tried breakfast on the first morning and it was awful. A lot of the food was gone, no plates were around so we had to ask for them. We were handed very hot plates by a staff member who gave them to us whilst she held a cloth in her hand — why she thought we'd be able to hold them with our bare hands without burning them I've no idea. Breakfast was the worst part of this stay — there was hardly any selection of food and most of it was gone. Scrambled egg looked rotten, the meats and cheese were warm, there was no juice left. I had two mini croissants, a tiny bowl of fruit and a coffee. On checkout we were told we have been charged 18 euros per person for the breakfast and were appauled. No one informed us of the charge, nor how much it was, and frankly it's disgusting how much they were charging for it.

Very nice hotel with nice staff. The rooms have a good size and are clean. Buffet is good for the breakfast. I recommend this hotel.

No Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unpretentious breakfast. I will not go back anymore.

Very chic hotel, with its impressive lobby. Very "classic chic" in the soul! A good Pickaxe, but a bit classic for rates.

Booked the hotel via Groupon and was a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Breakfast was not quite what we expected. Place was to small for the amount of guests and understaffed which led to the fact that there where little refills and you've had to wait for new food. Maybe an opportunity to discover the french bakeries instead. :)

Excellent ratio price/value, good value for your money and excellent location.

A very good hotel, clean rooms, mini bar, safe, pleasant rooms, decent breakfast, is not very varied, there is the necessary but nothing exceptional, indeed it seems to me that there is a bit of avarice in the stuff to eat that especially in the service, lack the Equipment, missing cups, glasses, cutlery, dishes, sugar bowl, to my requests the waiters washed me what I needed at the time, really downgrading for a 4 * hotel we were wanting little that to have breakfast I had to finish someone else to be able to have what That I needed, Debra wrapped avarice closes her eyes. I hope that the managers read and remedy, since after sending an email to the management was not taken into account.

Staff very nice and friendly, the room clean with a very comfortable bed and the breakfast is Perfe.

Clean and modern hotel. Friendly Staff. Nice Breakfast. Rooms are quite small, but thats what You would expect in Paris. I would certainly Stay here again.

The rooms are quite small but it's location is brilliant. TV channels are almost all in french but again this is not the reason for staying at the hotel so doesn't affect my rating. A little bit expensive.

Good hotel. Economical on weekends. And well connected with the line that passes through Arc de Triomphe defense Louvre Chatelet.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff, breakfast in the room at the top. Subway, bus and taxis down the hotel very convenient.

Small, cozy room at the end of the la defense line. Metro station makes it convenient as it is 1 block away. Hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee.

The hotel was really nice, lovely staffs and very helpful. First we got there we needed a fan because it was too hot and the air condition wasn't working too well and they got us one very quickly. Very clean room. We definitely go there again.

Brilliant hotel. It's in a good location. It's very clean and comfortable. The rooms are pretty basic but your in Paris, how much time do you spend in your room? I go there to sleep and shower, that's all you need. There's a fridge with water in and plenty big enough to put other drinks you buy in. The staff are lovely and helpful. Would 100% stay here again when I'm in Paris.

A nice hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff in a great location. On the main Paris metro line, the train frequency is 4 min or less, getting you to place de la concorde in about 10 min.

Elaisha went above and beyond the call of duty when the coffee machine broke and knowing myself and my daughter required our dailly coffee fix she came up to make our coffee and ensure we were happy with our stay there — thanks Elaisha xx.

Hotel Paris Neuilly is situated in a beautiful corner of Paris. The location is excellent for those of you that like to be far enough away from the center of Paris, but close enough to metro in. The hotel is steps away from metro M1 (Pont de Neuilly station), which is perfect for a quick trip back after a day packed full of sightseeing. The service here is to be expected. The staff speaks English (definite plus) and is very friendly. The continental breakfast is great and has mostly healthier options (fresh fruit, yogurt, smoked salmon, etc). The rooms are on the smaller side compared to American hotel rooms, but this is Paris afterall. If you're looking to visit Paris, this is a great hotel to stay at!

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly but the room was basic supposedly a 4 star but the main gripe we had was the restaurant. The seating started literally 5ft from our door and the noise started at 5.45 setting up for breakfast from 6.30 and went on until gone 10pm. The restaurant is in the centre of the hotel so I think every floor would hear it.
The hotel is also on 2 main roads with building work going on right outside and near to hospitals so it seemed like all we heard was sirens all night. The food is buffet style and its not replenished often enough. We enjoyed our trip but would not go back here.

Nice Hotel for Business Travelers. Located in Neuilly, right across from the Metro. Rooms are a bit small (typical for Paris) but we'll decorated. Nice breakfast with decent selection. Service was good. Very good when visiting Neuilly area, but using Metro line 1, you can get to the city center within minutes.

Useful & reasonably priced hotel for business in the area. Some rooms have wardrobe storage behind the curtain which is little odd.

Great hotel Great location Near subway and parking.

Rooms are rather spacious and well maintained.
An excellent quality price in the neighborhood.
Avoid if possible the rooms which overlook the avenue Charles de Gaulle if you sleep lightly.

Nice rooms and location, poor breakfast. More like a 3 star than a 4 star hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but are like a step back in time. No complementary water, small, dated decor and tiny towel. A tad harsh as this is Paris and last month I was in the Hilton at Madrid airport which is very modern. Free Wi-Fi works well. Should point out I am here on business so don't care what is in the area.
