A vaguely art deco themed hotel in a nice part of Neuilly-sur-Seine. The rooms are good, the bathroom well done. The staff are excellent. Quiet so a good night's sleep possible. Downsides are: bathroom suffers from Parisian plumbing problems and the Wi-Fi is truly rubbish.

The location was very good.

Hotel too old — poorly insulated room — lack of pressure shower and breakfast barely acceptable.

Best staff ever! They allowed us to check in earlier and check out evening without any additional charge. Besides this they were very helpful and caring. The hotel location is just great starting from neighborhood and ending with good public transportation. Airport bus stops few minutes to walk at Porte Maillot, metro station is just 2 minutes away, as well as bus station. Room are a bit small but very original in style.

It is an elegant place, quiet and there are good people.

This place is in a great location, close to a metro line that can get you most places, or you can walk to many places. The staff is wonderful! We flew in on a red eye and they let us check-in very early so we could get some sleep. They were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, places to go, and directions. They also have a breakfast that is really quick and had a broad selection of items. I would love to stay here again!

The price is very high compared to the service: small room, noisy, very small in basement and noisy dining room. Breakfast offer insufficient considering the price.

Comfortable and friendly.

We arrived in the rain which is never a great thing but what was annoying was that the room was not yet ready. The staff behind the reception was friendly but not very helpfull. He remained vague on when the room would be ready. We ended up waiting 1, 5 hours in a nearby cafe. Not a great start. The room was small but nice and tidy. However, the bathroom smelt very damp, as if there was fungus growing somewhere. We reported this twice during our stay but no action was undertaken. Nor were we offered a different room. So if the chinese room on the second floor, way in the corner, still smells damp, then do not accept this! For the rest, the hotel is close to the metro (les sablons), and in a very nice shopping street, close to a sunday market.
