We stopped at the Novotel for 1 night and were really delighted. The staff is very nice and available, the room was spacious, modern, clean and very well equipped (a bathtub and shower, microwave, fridge…). At breakfast very good choices. A restaurant stuck to the hotel excellent. Convenient hotel parking. For the price of the night we are pleasantly surprised. We will return with great pleasure and with our eyes closed. Good luck to them and thank you again.

Nice, simple, and clean. Good location. Great staff. Very close to the rail line, but the trains are so quite you can't hear them. The ros. Arw big enough for a separate guest, i. E. The couch can turn into another bed. There is also a curtain to pull acorss the bed so you can separate the couch from the bed room. There is also a small gym on the 9th floor.

Novotel is a big brand and that's why I chose this. Rooms were good with bath tub, microwave oven, hair dryer. And other basic ameneties. But hotel staff was rude. Housekeeping was not available during my entire stay. Everytime I have to get down to reception for every small thing. Hotel is just few steps away from issy val de seine.

Hotel to recommend absolutely if you want to stay in Paris! It is a short walk from the RER Issy Val de Seine station and close to the Eiffel Tower.
Everything was perfect, from the reception, the luxurious room, not to mention the hearty and delicious breakfast.

Convenient location near RER, Pret A Manger, and Franpix. Helpful staff, clean efficient room. The shower area was a little corroded and the ceiling shower head didn't work. The cleaning staff didn't always leave us towels. We liked it.

Nice suite room with a sofa section, Nespresso machine. Surprisingly lively bar. Was there for work, a little bit off center for tourism.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Small flat and big advantage at the same GST, the RER and the tram right next door. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Very nice hotel The décor is very neat and the style very modern but cosy. The bar and restaurant area is super nice also to spend a relaxing time. The terrace of the bar area and restaurant is large and exposed to the Sun for sunny days. It is very nice.
On the other hand, the staff sucks. I arrived at a rush hour surely but the staff is not friendly and it feels good that they are outdated. Short very long to serve and the caricature of the Parisian service in the plan of kindness.

Very spacious room, very nice view and quality bedding. The reception is not the warmest and smiling but, the person is correct. The breakfast is good, although a little more salty would be perfect. A few steps from the Congress Centre of Issy les Moulineaux or the Palais des sports Pierre de Coubertin, this hotel is perfect for business. A restaurant would really be a plus.

If nothing to say about the establishment and its. Staff I still have a comment I sent a letter to the Director of the establishment and this one remained unanswered. I noticed that his property took advantage of the night incredible February 6 to 7 by renting its last rooms at 8.30 pm at a price of 257 euros. Night or in the region. Parisian with snow there were 790 km of corks and where some desperately sought accommodation for night. I think that given the late hour a negotiated price around 100 euros would have been more correct.

A little way for a 4 * to over €200 a night on weekdays.
The tub was broken in two places Impossible to empty it…, the shower gasket was all moldy…
And finally paint that takes off in the toilet everything is not negative.
The bathtub was patch the next morning I spent a quiet stay, believing I was alone at min floor!
And the bedding was nickel.

I am going to the Novotel Suite for my business meetings and so I am settling in the room provided for this purpose. The staff are very friendly and helpful. At every moment spent there, a different person and special attention every time. Not to mention that the place is welcoming and friendly.

Took only a breakfast. Offer more limited than in a Novotel. Coffee without taste. Staff very attentive and very helpful.

No more expensive than a classic Novotel, Novotel Suite allows you to have a large loft type room and enjoy the quiet to relax or work quietly. There is no restaurant on site but no matter what you need in the room: Mini fridge coffee maker and microwave. What a walk to get a Planet Sushi delivered and to feast in its suite The staff is welcoming and enjoyable.
Parking is available in the basement which allows to leave its vehicle during the stay and to move by RER/Metro (to 3min), by taxi or on foot which is much more convenient.

Relatively expensive stay. Room is spacious with a sofa. The carpet ground needs a thoroughly cleaning. The shower needs a refurbishment. Bed is comfortable and the room is silent. The breakfast is not a good recommendation.

A bit hot un the room and the system was on heat ans bit cool so I was unable tout refresh the room. Otherwise service is pretty nice and suits are cosy.

Air conditioning is broken and won't be fixed for four days — and it's the middle of a heat wave in Paris. That is terrible service.

It was a Nice and pleasant stay there at Novotel Suites. We really enjoyed there. Room was Clean and Comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food. Obviously Recommend!

No parking place, except for the bus! Tiny terrace with view on the exhaust pipes of the bus, who turn on their engine for hours for nothing. Staff plague.

Nice and clean hotel. The a/c wasn't working at that time of year, so the room was quite warm. Also, there was no room cleaning during my two day stay. Overall, a nice hotel, but a bit too far from the main attractions (if you're going to Paris for that reason).

I was there just a few weeks ago. Good location right beside the RER station. Quiet, clean rooms. Good service. Good breakfast. Good friendly staff all around: counter, cleaning lady, and breakfast serve staff. One problem that could have been very significant: the Wifi in my room was pretty bad and I could not get a decent signal. However, when I went down to tell the staff in the lobby, they were very helpful and gave me an ethernet cable that I could plug into the jack in the room, so the end result is that I had internet in my room for my laptop. Nonetheless, I can imagine that this would not work for everyone. So: full marks for staff initiative and willingness to help, but could be an issue for others with a device that does not have an ethernet port. They did tell me that they were sending a technician to fix it soon, but I do not know if the technician came since I was ok with my cable for the next few days. Overall, though, this hotel stay was a positive experience and I will go there again next time I am in the area.

I like the terrace or roof garden. Last year Dec is my first visiting :)

The reception of this hotel's up in apellon of particular cars to clients in igirons official taxis.

The second time we've stayed here, and we loved it just as much as the first. This hotel is perfectly located just outside the Boulevard Périphérique — — which helps avoid extortionate central Paris prices — — but directly opposite a mainline station that can whisk you either into the centre or Versailles within minutes. The recent redevelopment of the Issy les Moulineaux area means there's a reasonable selection of family restaurants only 10 minutes walk to the south near the Jacques-Henri Lartigue tram/light-rail stop. And it that's too far then the locally-popular l'Instant restaurant is only just outside. The river-side area along the Seine has also been recently be renovated, giving lovely evenings walks just outside the hotel. I love the retro-modern feel, and our rooms have always been immaculately clean and well presented. Yes, there is every chance of being placed in a room overlooking the train line (we have done both times), but if you want peace and quiet then you shouldn't be staying in a city-centre hotel. Besides, our own home is underneath the approach path of a major airport, so transport noise is quite normal. With its location, the redevelopment of Issy les Moulineaux, transport links, local restaurants, secure underground parking and great staff, this is a hotel I would pick again any time.

Very modern rooms, equipped and clean, although instead of doors there are blinds. Friendly staff and in some cases even willing to help for problems outside of the Hotel (disneyland tickets in my case). I found some problems with an elevator that I hope will be repaired. In other novotels suite breakfast was more plentiful, but even this, very pleasant although drinks not loved. If I had to choose to return to Paris again here. The value for money of this hotel is perfect!

Number of issues created a suboptimal experience: (1) elevator was not working, (2) difficulty connecting to the internet, (3) late at night, desk attendant often absent.

Great hotel for visit Paris: the RSP brings easily in the centre of Paris and the Eiffel Tower, the hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. I recommend it without hesitation.

Hotel located on the outskirts of Paris, in a business area. Easily accessible to the city centre through the commuter line that runs along the Seine River. The rooms are very spacious, newly renovated and very comfortable, both for rest, and work a little. In the month of August, becomes in a hotel eminently for families, what is noted for breakfast — very complete — but very busy. You can get offers through the web for a little more than €100 per room per night, one more than reasonable price to be Paris.

Stay May 26, 2013 — Staff on duty when we arrived were very helpful. Our room was not ready as we were several hours early, but they stored our luggage and got us in the first available room about 3 hours ahead of regular check in. Breakfast is buffet type, but very nice selection and variety. Rooms could use a few more drawers and or hangers, but are laid out nicely, reminds me of Ikea style. Very efficient. The first map we got was not of the area the hotel was in, more of Paris, so be sure if you are walking and exploring to get a map of the surrounding area which they can print out for you. Cleaning staff does a good job and restocks rooms well, but was not able to help us with any questions. Front desk was better for that.

Not at all worth for the cost you pay. I would rather stay little far and use public transport or taxi. Breakfast is same no value for money. Room ok, but not much service. You have to pay for every small thing. Don't expect much hospitality. And yes Wi-Fi sucks. With 45kbps.

Modern and designed for the business-man. Rooms were suites, so you could shut off the bedroom with your smelly pants and still hold meetings in the main part with sofa/table/kitchenette etc. Overall the hotel was of adequate quality — build and furnishings were fairly cheap and the corridors had a horrible yellow colour scheme. No hot food and breakfast was a buffet affair from a glorified vending machine. Staff were a bit dopey and didn't know that I had left a key for my partner even though it was sat on the desk in front of them.

Nice comfortable rooms — a bit too much white, but at least you can tell its clean. Great internet connection. Housekeeping is good, all coffee/cakes/water restocked each day. Reception staff speak excellent English — but can be slow checking in. Its very close to the RER C, so great for central Paris or for business districts. No metro line is close, but there is there is the RER or the pink tram line which will get you to a metro within 5-8 minutes Not many good places to eat near by though (that I could find).
