Spacious clean hotel I recommend. For having passed one. Small stay. And thanks to Kamel for his super nice and smiling welcome.

Not far from Metro.

Excellent location far from the hustle n bustle of central Paris. Convenient connectivity, nice n helpful staff, near to Paris convention centre n right infront of a tram stn. Quite n peaceful surroundings by close to market.

The apartment I used presented itself rather comfortable and well structured for a family of 5.
Complete with everything for breakfast and to cook something for lunch or dinner.
Unfortunately, bad smells date back from the drains of the baths (two). The apartment was delivered to us clean and tidy, however it is understood that ordinary and extraordinary maintenance does not shine. The terrace, potentially cute, is neglected without accessories and the green is not cared for.
Handles with detached plates and not perfect bathrooms. Fully functioning air conditioning system.
The staff are very friendly and professional.
The location is great, the transport services are very close (tram line 2 takes you in a very few minutes to the M12 line).
The area, although peripheral, is well frequented and served by a couple of well-stocked supermarkets with popular prices for Paris. Nearby you will also find a boulangerie with the good of God.

Staying in Air B&B. The apartment is really nice, great location with restaurants and metro 5 minutes walk. However if you are planning a trip in summer do not stay here, there is no air con. It's currently highs of 35degrees outside so probably in the 40s in the apartment! Not good for a wife that's pregnant! Do not be put off if you're staying during cooler seasons as the location really is good and very easy to drive to.

This accommodation is really poor. It advertises air conditioning but it does not have it. Only ventilation which works poorly at best. I would say Daffy Duck owns and runs this hotel. Our room smells of curry and has not had any maintenance completed for years. We complained about a power plug hanging from the wall and it finally got fixed on the 3rd day. So unhappy with this misleading hotel, because who books accommodation with air conditioning and it does not exist. Think twice about booking this hotel. Accor should be completely embarrassed being associated with this hotel.

Air conditioning doesn't work. Breakfast is not worth it. 12 euro for only bread and juice! Staff is friendly.

This hotel is not worth a single star. The rooms are dirty, the pillows were in the coffee. The toilet stinks, there is no hood, no air conditioning, there is only central ventilation. She's not comfortable. The beds are uncomfortable. The staff don't care about you. The rooms don't clean. We were 3 in the morning. I asked the front desk to take out the trash, she offered me to do it herself. Ordered through the booking, the reviews there are unreliable. The hotel itself is under renovation. The most interesting thing about check-out: the hotel booked 2 sums before check-in: 215 euros and 339 euros. She paid 729 euros for the settlement. The money booked into the account did not return. When booking on a booking the room cost 717 euros. During the eviction, I asked when the amount that was blocked would be returned would be returned. The girl at the reception said she didn't know, her boss, who is at the meeting, gave a card and told them to write to them in the mail. And she turned away. We were late to the airport, we didn't find out. But I think we will communicate with the hotel through lawyers. Don't recommend this dirty hotel with an ill-mannered permal.

Terrible service. Aircon in rooms didn't work. Washing machine and dryer in hotel didn't work. Incorrectly charge you room fees which cost you intl bank fees for no reason. Seevice desk don't seem to care. Wouldn't recommend it if you are after stress free holiday. Very unwelcoming experience. Feel like every is a discussion.

See you later. Heating HS so to avoid in hivef. Besides no AC Don summer it must heat. No physical reception. We gotta get out of here for the parking lot and the rest. Not enough crockery. 2 poor coffee cups. Tiny TV screen. No channel subscriptions. Empty bathroom handkerchief. No liquid LV. No coffee pods for the first night. Having the habit of the Appart Hotel this one is not level. But then not at all seen the price paid.

Very nice place allowing a great freedom at the gates of Paris of all the amenities we loved the Deco the public transport are really next to very easy access a vehicle that is not nothing for Paris.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. For those who are on the car and ready to fry their own steak.

Rooms could use a face lift but overall very comfortable and close to the metro and tram. They speak english and serve breakfast in the morning for a small price. Also have paid washer and dryers on location so your able to do your laundry.

Stayed a few nights in an apartment, without infamy and without praise. Not really recent but dignified room. Friendly staff. Quiet area, peripheral but close to metro and tram.

The studio was good, nice and well equipped. Just need a renovation shot. The price a little high for what it is. I would recommend this hotel for a group, family and business. Good location and transportation nearby.

Very good experience in this apartment hotel. Everything was very clean and spacious (I was housed in a small apartment: kitchen, bathroom room, bedroom).
The apartment is very well equipped: dishwasher, fridge, hob, oven-microwave, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, many towels and pillows.
The breakfast is also very good and the staff is to small care!

Perfect for traveling with children. Comfortable apartment, no lack of anything, well equipped kitchen. Friendly staff Carrefour supermarket nearby.
Well connected to the Centre, tram stop one step from the Hote and Metro to 5 minutes.

Great apartment. A 2-3-minute walk from the Metro that allows you to reach the centre of Paris in a few minutes. In the area there are still several restaurants and shops.

Too bad to arrive in an apartment where the trash is full and not emptied, when I ask the hostess at the reception she replies that it is up to us to manage!
and other troublesome worries, bathroom sink clogged and a horrible smell coming out, we had to sleep with the windows open, C was really unbearable. For lunch it is not necessary to arrive too late, there is no replenishment. Otherwise very quiet.

I came here 2nd time but I feel little maintenance is required. But even though it is a nice place to stay.

Not demanding on departure time (we left at 11.30am instead of 10am and no worries)
Too bad the buffet is not replenished faster.

Good rooms. I went for company trip and we were at ease. Although at breakfast I saw an employee with the cabin suitcase and thought I had snuck in and even was annoying and aggressive, asking for ID and room number very insistent… Thing that he did not do with the rest of my companions there present.

It is an excellent apart to enjoy Paris. Its location close to the means of transport makes it ideal for lowering costs. There is a Carrefour very close where you can buy supplies. The room comes with a kitchen and a refrigerator, as well as kitchenware. Very friendly concierge who helped me even though my French is very elementary.

Very clean and welcoming. The apartments are well maintained. Wifi can be a bit slow.

It is a full apartment where you can cook and is in front of the fairgrounds, or is that its proximity is very convenient.

Excellent property, well located, near the tram, close to grocery stores (carrefour), several pizza places around, the apartment is super spacious, good view, all amenities, the only mess was the central heating that had to be offset by asking management portable heaters.

Awesome place to stay I did not feel too much away from India since many Indian's stay here. Breakfast is very good compared to many other places. Good ambience. Staff are also very good. Room maintenance also pretty good for most part except few cases.

Room dirty, finite Einrichtungsgägenstände were defective (doorknobs were defective and just fell out, fan and temperature control of the Kliemaanlage did not turn off and blew all the time about 10 °c cold air into the rooms — not to mention the Noise. Refrigerator made a hell of a noise and could not be turned off, in one of the baths was only cold Wasswe, in the other Kahm the first 4 days only a brown broth out). This was criticised at Check-in. To say that the staff was rude would be exorbitantly understated. The rubbish was not taken out during the entire stay (and this with a 4 person apartment! ), also not cleaned. At the existing vacuum cleaner the seal was missing so that the dirt was distributed in the entire room. The highlight was that the deposit should be withheld when checking Out. Reason: The defects We mentioned!
Only when my (french schprechende) wife whipped out the phone and called the police, the bail was tied up in and we were kicked out regelrechr!

Large rooms, well equipped kitchen, good breakfast, tram station close by.

The location is easily accessible as there's a tram station very near to it. And the rooms and service are pretty good. You won't regret your stay in there.

In truth, I was not a client of the Aparthotel, but I rented one of the apartments of a particular owner within the condominium of this Aparthotel. Stands out for its silence, beautiful views of the gardens associated with the place and the brightness of the rooms: merits of the architectural design. I used the laundry facilities at the aparthotel. It was a scam: expensive, did not provide the liquid soap and much less fabric softener, and against all the clothes came out smelling wine. It annoying!

3 changes of apartments the first too small because we were three, the second busy… before assigning a definitive… without aircon… lamentable home… and little to listen to the customer… less true on the day of departure… hotel to avoid.

Decently good sized room, clean, a tad far from Paris, but pretty close to the metro so it's not a big deal. Access to parking is also quite nice.

Wifi is not so good. The security of the appartment is not much Food is good Environment is good.

Nice environment to stay even in working days and holidays.

It is nice and cozy aparthotel, great place near T2 line, that you can reach the M station and get bus from there. Near the hotel there is some groceries and super market and shops. Studio is comfortable, calm and clean with nice balcony. Every thing is made to be economy and more environment friendly, there is rules for store the garbage, cleaning and saving the energy and satisfying neighborhood. There are 2 washing mashin there also but always are full.

Nice and well decorated apartments. On the other hand, the lobby makes a bit dated. A modernization would be top.

Only problem we must leave before 11: 00. Otherwise nikel.

An address that is ideal when there is a living room door of Versailles. For me I find the concept with nice kitchen because after a big day more need to stand out. The room is nice the living room perfect for work.

Probably the dirtiest accommodation of my life. Before there are any pieces of material not well defined for land, hairs on the floor of the sink in the bathroom, two cotton fiok used to land. The sheets smell like smoke, despite being non-smoking e. Last but not least, the toilet didn't work. The next day I go down to request the assistance of both a plumber's cleaning lady and the Lady at the front desk didn't even apologized, has a large book of complaints where pin thing. The day after the toilet is fixed but the dirt stays as is. What to add? At the front desk can be quite a slow breakfast while I was sewing asked me twice the ticket of the breakfast, although I had already delivered, I could say more but I spread a veil.

Very clean and Nice. No hot water the last day but a beautiful gesture of goodwill for the car park that we quickly forget the inconvenience of the cold shower.

Not recommended! Waited 2 hours in the lobby for cleaning, but still the room was not clean and very smelly, the air condition was broken, breakfast was 11 euros for each person, with almost nothing to eat, the staff was not helpful! Just another fake 4 stars hotel! Consider another hotel if you want a good stay :)

Really enjoyed our stay here for our first trip to Paris, France. The apartment was very comfortableand it was great having our very own balcony. Excellent rooms and linen. Bathroom was effecient and just big enough. With nfive of us in the place we never felt crampt. But not having our own washing machine and dryer in the apartment was a shame. Otherwise, very happy.
