The hotel was nicely decorated with pleasant staff. Loved the bathroom. My television remote stopped working and I couldn't adjust or turn the television off. It took two phone calls and two people to repair. The towel warmer didn't work and when I called for assistance I was told they were too busy to assist. Nice location and convenient to the train and bus. Next visit would probably stay at another hotel.

It's a nice hotel, but it's too small for a luxury room. They clean the room every day. It's always the case. They bring every day pills for the coffee machine. On the minus the ground floor there is a swimming pool, with warm water, with a hot tub. There's a hammam.

Good first impression. A quality moment at the pool and Spa. Nice.

Nice hotel. I was upgraded to a suite! On the other hand, a pity that the sockets are not closer to the bed!

The location is ideal in relation to the exhibition grounds of the Porte de Versailles. Small parking but parking all the same… Good quality breakfast buffet. Swimming pool and bar (snacking). Prefer the rooms on the courtyard, with a nice view on the terrace of the ground floor. Friendly staff. Rooms with nice volumes, beautiful bathrooms, quality bedding. One of the best value for money in the capital!

Localisation is not best. If room is from road side than it's really bad view plus noise if you open window. Otherwise every thing was very good to perfect. Really nice staff, clean, quite modern and good breakfast. Plus extra facilities.

Very pleasant stay in this pleasant hotel, the quality of the services, the room and the breakfast was optimal. Moreover, the proximity to public transport allowed us to spend an unforgettable weekend in Paris.

Large hotel located very close to the exhibition centre. There are tram and metro stops nearby and you can be in the centre of Paris quickly and with ease. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a bar downstairs which serve light meals. Dress g gowns and slippers on the bed for your arrival. I can't comment on the breakfast as I never had time to try it. Would recommend the hotel for business travellers using the exhibition centre.

Very good 4 star hotel, far from downtown but well connected with Metro stop Line 12 to two blocks. Several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The hotel is very nice, it has a closed pool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Delighted (we will definitely repeat our stay at this hotel).

Reception and staff more than perfect and attentive to the customer, nice breakfast, very nice receptionists, we were able to receive bathrobes accompanied by slippers for the pool and extend our departure day until 2pm, top!

Very good stay for two nights. Large room, good bed. Italian shower. No mini bar in the room but a bar in the hotel that overlooks the pool. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend.

I stayed here during a business trip. It is close to trains running to Paris and the neighborhood around the hotel is also nice for a walk and a bite to eat. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Free swimming pool, steam room. Breakfast was great, much better than typical American hotel fare. My only wish is that the room had included a small refrigerator. Front desk staff spoke perfect English and they were very helpful when I contacted them after my stay to request an extra copy of my bill.

Room is very clean but small and a litte hot. Location is quiet and close to metro.

It was our first visit to Paris. We came on our honeymoon and Mr. Nicholas has given us a very comfortable to stay the whole next 5 days. Everyone at the reception desk have been very prompt in resolving any issue that we had. They are very attentive, sweet and polite. Room is very hygenic, has good ventilation. Maintenance is neat. Perfect to spend time with lot of outings included. We booked the room inclusive of breakfast and the spread of variety of English breakfast was amazing. It keeps you full for the whole day. The Bar counter folks were very kind too. They made some amazing cocktails to taste. Risotto, fish and chips is a must try. They made us feel home with all the warmth and hospitality. Next visit to Paris, we are coming back to Oceania. Thanks a lot team. Much love ❤️

Good hotel for a city tour in Paris. The subway is very fast in the city centre.

Good day. We stayed in the Junior suite. That was really great. We liked it very much. Always happy, top hotel.

Nice modern clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is good for the price given its Paris. Pleasant bar. Looks like a decent pool although closed for annual clean while I was there. Close to metro and tram. Downside is the rooms are tiny as they have used the space for the bathroom and so you get a short bed with little bedside tables you can hardly put a book on. Also desk is small and no space for the chair. And 2 sockets which isn't enough these days. Mostly niggles and fine for a couple of nights but I wouldn't want to spend a week there.

I am giving it a 3 because the rooms are small first of all. And I feel that it is over-priced for a hotel which is a bit far from the centre. You cannot walk to any of the paris attractions. The metro is very efficient and will get you everywhere you want. The room was really clean. I give them a 5 for the cleanliness. The breakfast was also very good and affordable. I could go the whole day on just what I ate at breakfast and only have to eat supper later. The supper on the other hand is a no. It is too expensive for just the ordinary dishes served. Their supper menu also lacks variety and a proper supper/dinner with a drink could easily set you back 30 euros. The stuff is very kind and helpful. If you don't speak French, forget about staying in and watching movies in your room as all the TV channels are in French.

Clean room, nice bathroom. But it is sorely lacking in storage for clothes on shelves. And the biggest defect is the lack of 220v or USB plug to the saddles. The breakfast is perfect. Varied and hearty. Thank you!

The hotel fulfills everything you need for a city break. The rooms are partly quite worn off "modern beautiful, but the furniture shows sloped corners ect.
Cleanliness perfectly fine. Also the swimming pool.
Unfortunately, the steam grotto was defective out of operation. And has also not been left clean, the access to it.

The location was quite centered, the rooms were a bit old and in the bathroom to cold. The service is pretty good.

Comfortable room with large bed of good length (important when measuring 1m90), comfortable bathroom. Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast Really nothing to complain about and very convenient since in front of the fairgrounds of the Porte de Versailles. Ideal for working, entertaining and relaxing at the pool.

Nice rooms and breakfast but 2 stars because Wi-Fi was not working at all. Same for my second visit. I asked in the reception about it and nothing happened. I was not able to read a single web page, neither join a call with customers nor answer an email. Totally disappointed so I don't recommend it for business trips. Also despite the fact I had asked for late check out, they came and pointed me the clock why I am late. Very unprofessional.

Small room, slow Wi-Fi, no refrigirator in the room, no trash can and no charger near the bed. Pretty basic stuff for a 4 star hotel!

Smaller than rooms we are use to in Canada. But there is a wonderful bathroom, with a great shower. Comfortable bed. Great swimming pool and hamman. Food is the bar is good. Very close to the expo.

Comfortable. Small pool open till late (at least 23.00), gentle with guests. NEspresso in the room: it saved me! :)

Great stay but there was a problem with the device has been shining shoes on the 1st floor which has damaged my shoes. As seen with the receipt, a refund will be made. The file will be dealt at the min is a second living from 07/08 to 11/08

The staff of the hotel is very charming, attentive and smiling. The home was just perfect! For some of the points I would have given 4.5 out of 5 but it is an option non-existent. Thank you to ALL of you! We spent a very good stay in Paris!

Small rooms, no privacy. It wasnot good for family, maybe good for couples. Staff were friendly and lovely nighborhood.

It has been a good experience. The rooms are a bit small. The location is good, public transport is easily accessible. The Breakfast is perfect. The rooms were clean.

Despite being provided with a "confirmation number", you did not enter my reservation into your system, apparently because you had computer "issues" on the day that I had initially booked. When I arrived on the day of, you had no room prepared for me and had me wait for over an hour and a half before informing me that a room had been made available. This was after 14 hours of consecutive travel, and still I was asked for a €100 deposit even though my company was paying for everything. To top it off, the entire room was charged to my personal credit card without my permission when I checked out 2 days later (roughly €540). Absolutely worst hotel experience that I have ever had, hands down. You should probably consider upgrading your Wi-Fi, or disallowing customer streaming of videos on your network.

Very comfortable hotel, near the metro. The surrounding area has interesting restaurants. The breakfast is very complete. The room was comfortable, wide.

The location not is central but have it stop of metro of Porte of Versailles to two streets that you leave in the Centre in 15 minutes. Also, the connection with the airport is fast by metro+Orlybus or rer.

Very friendly staff, the girl that we attended made a great effort to speak Spanish with great professionalism.
The breakfast is very good. Only improve that the coffee and the chocolate with milk not be of machine.

Aperture range of the pool: one downside: the hot tub didn't work during my stay of 5 days/4 nights (it's a lot as it is as even included in the price! ) Repair too long if there is one, what I doubt.

Nice and clean, has a swimming pool, bed rooms are cool and well designed and you get a coffee machine in your room which is a nice touch. There is a tram station outside the door and also is a moped rental shop across the road. It's about an hour walk to the likes of the eiffel tower etc. Which isn't too bad. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The bar does lovely food and a great selection of wine and beer. Would definitely recommend.

This is a nice property: spacious, beautiful and well-furnished rooms.

Peaceful stay. However the bedrooms do not have a double bed. Steam room was not hot. And the breakfast was pretty pricey for what it was. The room itself was nice and really liked the bathroom. =)

Nice staff, relatively inexpensive parking, and hotel has medium-sized pool. Gym, one of the main booking criteria, has only cardio, which was a big disappointment. The other one is more important: the room is not 20 sqm as advertised. They could have made the bathroom smaller instead. Why is there no fridge in this category? Poolside equipment is not bad, but the lockers should be better maintained, and one shower is not enough.

Improve: room service because they don't knock before entering the room (2 times), we were surprised to see the door to our room open coming back from the pool around 10:30 with the maid in our room.

Facilities are excellent, good value for money. Breakfast is very good. A bit far from the city center, and convenient transportation. Subway is on the same street. There is a car park, but needs 20 euro a day parking fee. Feel safer than stop at the roadside in Paris.

Staff very attentive and responsive, very nice spa and hammam pool and good bedding. Wi — Fi in the room was sometimes wrong other than that it was perfect.

Very friendly, nice room, pool at the top and a breakfast that suits all hungry. Small downside to the hammam not mixed, annoying when you come as a couple and the housekeeping service happening a little sooner and go a little too fast in the room without ensuring that she can go home.

Great hotel, we went there for Christmas and it was very quiet. Access to the pool and jacuzzi until 23: 00.

Better than average business hotel, which is in 5min walking distance to the trade fair grounds.

Pool area: Quiet and private area, I don't want someone to keep an eye on me. Nice and warm swimming pool with zacuzzi, nice gym and Hamma. Nice garden. Close to metro and restaurants. Nice place to relax after visiting paris during the day. Highly recommended.

We were for two nights in a double room. The rooms are quite small but very well decorated. The wellness area also liked us. The breakfast was ok, but takes getting used to. On the whole, the hotel really liked us.
Pro: located only 200 m from a metro station.
