Good hospitality. Finally complain! Small thanks to Pierre very friendly and attentive.

What to say… This property was convenient as it was right in front of our examination Center, it was probably the only positive point. The room was OK but not well soundproofed. I had to change my room because when I shoed the water went up in the room on the other side of the wall (and I still have to ask 4 or 5 times what it was so we did not change room until well 24h after…). Reservations had been misplaced… side road c is noisy (to have a shot test both sides). The maid at the reception was not reactive at all, she was even very "soft". The price is very good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wet carpet, cast on the side of the desk…

I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent welcome of Lucie and Monika, worthy of the usually more starry hotels. Staff to the small care for its clients. Excellent hotel and restaurant at the height. Bravo to the whole team. I would recommend this hotel well located in a nice setting.

Restaurant in buffet formula at will rather nice, also offers elaborate dishes.
Rooms quite spacious, quiet, but no frills.

In the end, good value for money for the hotel, the restaurant could progress but are you going to the Campanile for Lee restaurant? We appreciate the concept of dinner and sleep in the same place.

Hotel just shabby for a 3 star. Could not change room as the hotel is full and the TV is broken. No TV for 2 consecutive nights and no staff effort.
Once the room is changed it is the Internet connection that no longer works in the new room. I have never seen such a pitiful hotel for such an important price.

Very good reception, no complaints! Very good location, 5 minutes from the station on foot, ideal!
The flat, the price of breakfast too high for my taste and the few traces on the mirror of the room or dust on the hair dryer, otherwise nothing to complain!

Correct, in the "standard" of the Campanile hotels. Quality bedding, quiet hotel, free parking always available on the street. Close to Nice parks. I have never eaten there. Polite Service.

The room is correct and clean, even if you see some traces on the walls. The bedding is comfortable. Pity that the window is veiled and lets pass this small current dair cool so specific to winter. The hotel staff is polite, and some employees are even very friendly. Breakfast at will and with choice. The restaurant loses stars because two meals taken, twice disappointed: first meal without water (yet requested to order), the server simply forgot me and had disappeared from the room the time I eat. Second meal with a bacon burger… without bacon. Reported to the (same) server that comes back with no other solution than a slice of dry ham at the buffet (super, where is the griddle that I cook myself? ), the cook apparently called me a liar. For a slice of bacon (the filouteries to the slice of bacon having recently experienced a serious embellishment in Gennevilliers) … Obliged to ask for sauce, the fries having been served without anything (and without salt or almost).

Correct, mais unssufisant pour un campanile. Bon service, bon petit dej, bon acceuil. Mais locaux degrade par le temps. Humidite dans les chambres.

Excellent 3* hotel around Paris, better than average in its price class. Convenient connection to downtown Paris using the local RER train station. Rooms were small but adequate and clean with two single beds, with free Wi-Fi, a TV with mainly French stations and an on-site restaurant with a pretty elaborate breakfast buffet. Limited à la carte dining at night. Convenient for those on route, with an easy connection to the highways around Paris. This hotel is located on an industrial zoning area, so there is a major difference when staying overnight during the weekend (quiet) and on weekdays (lots of traffic). If you need to be close to the attractions of Paris, its location might induce inconvenient & time consuming long train rides into the city, which probably explains its lower price. On the other hand, there is plenty of parking space for passers by.

The night of the 14/3 a client ended up with 2 cm of water in his room, when she called the front desk to inform and propose to change room, was told to "make do", she then ask for towels to mop up. One blew her nose and it took her to call back 2 times! conclusion: it is she who has repaired the syphon at 1:30 in the morning! I let you appreciate the concept of Customer Service. Had already heard us during exchanges tel, and we didn't for customers it could be worse!

I used to occasionally come to lunch at the restaurant of the hotel, hospitality is the most friendly, always smiling service, simple but delicious catering team.
You feel well so team is warm and I must say that I do a lot of other signs or I don't get this welcome.
The price quite correct for the choice to the card or the buffet
Today Sunday as week everything is perfect, quiet, clean copy, it's always a good time to move to the Campanile of Barbanniers, Gennevilliers.
