Room dilapidated and tiny. Shower room or it is almost impossible to shower so it's cramped. No bath mats, hair on the bed sheets from the top. Dust minons on the bed covers. Cover too small! Duvets should be considered!
Very noisy on the ground floor at night.
No pastries at breakfast for the same price as in the other hotels of this chain and trays of dirty breakfasts.
Strong point however: the welcome with the smile and the TV.

Clean, great value. Very convenient for the motorway. Staff always very friendly. A number of restaurants nextdoor. Huge supermarket and petrol station 100m away. Perfect stopover spot.

Like sleeping in a portacabin. The first room we were offered hadn’t been serviced. Breakfast was very limited.

Very basic and felt like a tin can. The rooms are in a unit block and when you arrive you pay via a machine where you get your door card. It says secured parking but there is no one on watch and anyone can come and go as they please even people not booked into the rooms. The rooms were full of beatles crawling everywhere. The tiny bathroom/shower was like being in a caravan rather than in a hotel. The shower head was broke so it was difficult to shower. The pillows were flat and useless. Although the bed was surprisingly comfy. The rooms don't have a kettle but have a TV. The rooms have air con but the doors don't lock very well. We had a top floor room which was difficult as I find steps difficult to walk up. There is a macdonalds 10 minute drive away and it's set in with other shops. Macdonalds isn't a 24hour so doesn't open in the mornings till 8am so breakfast is difficult to find if you are setting off earlier. OK for a bed for the night but other than that wouldnt recommend.

It was a simple room that was sufficient. The bathroom was a not in great shape, black mold on the shower seams, and the soap dispenser seemed to be broken before we arrived. It was fine for a simple, quick stay but a clean bathroom would have made a big difference for us to stay again in future.

Hotel quiet with air conditioning on the other hand remains to desired sheet stain with hairs and suspicious things in bed all summer filled with dust some things are to be reviewed!

Good overall except the exit from the parking lot that gives in a roundabout where it is dangerous to enter as the vehicles arrive on each side at a brisk pace.

Every time I have big worries at the level of the rooms not always clean and especially with the broken furniture or appliances defective even for a low price this is not correct. However the staff are friendly and smiling. Regarding the breakfast it is quite copious and rather decent for the price. Let's say it helps but really for a night and not a weekend.

Not top. If we take a shower, we under water everything. Very thin walls.

Nice and clean hotel. A bit noisy but bearable. Close to restaurants (pizza Hut and Leon from Brussels) and a shopping area.

One night spent in this establishment. A bit noisy as you could hear the vehicles passed nearby. Breakfast is ok but it is missing a small pastries that could complete the offer.

It is in a good location with shopping centers and service station nearby. Close to the city, with comfortable rooms and friendly service.

Wonderful hotel But I kinda deplore the banking system. In fact, if you are in front of an electronic failure of a credit card for payment, the time to settle in cash is very long. Waiting until 5pm to settle the payment in case of electronic failure is too much. Often the client comes from a long trip and does not know the city.

Very good welcome… thanks to this young lady.
As the room was free, I was able to occupy it earlier than expected.
Breakfast OK… watch out for the toaster that was poorly adjusted.
Store broke in the room, but as it was dark I did not need to pick it up.
Heating and hot water quite correct.
No noise during the night.

Very good for the price but too close to the highway … background noise… Arrival after 9pm, problem with the reception screen but the receptionist and came to open us after his permanence to pick up our rooms. Thanks to her.

Fantastic for the money. Nice modern rooms, obviously recently refurbished. Small but just the job for an over night stay. I'm wheelchair user and the accessible room is huge with a great wet room/show area. Fully recommended.

Only black spot: the Noise. We hear the users arrive late, leave early in the morning, the voices, the cries… The soundproofing is Imperfect.

The Hotel is not suitable for handicapping. Nice staff Accept pets.

Easy access from the motorway. Basic rooms and small shower room. Clean and comfortable but rooms are small with no frills.

Nice. What does a first class! A bit noisy (road really close). Not too much parking.

It's clean and you know what you're going to get.
