Hotel very well located in Beaune, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, intended for both couples and families. Our dog friends are welcome. Very beautiful garden with swimming pool where you can rest, stroll, bubble, have fun and laze around freely. Very nice concept! Bravo and keep it up! Thank you very much!

We spent 2 excellent nights in the family room, very pretty. Which is very soundproofed and with perfect bedding.

Very nice welcome from Romain and his "little ones" … Big hands! even if the hotel closes tomorrow. Family home, it feels like arriving at the homes of friends. Meal in room service very well given the conditions. We can't wait to come back and make the most of the atmosphere. Merciiiii.

Nice, cosy hotel with fun styling details. Excellent menu for the travellers that are too tired to go in to Beaune village, home of Burgundy wines. The hotel has a fine bar. You’ll love the spirit. Also great when travelling with children. Products from the neighboorhood are presented and sold.

Good food and value at the price. We arrived late but the staff served us a really nice meal.

Ok for a one night stop. No A/C is the room so it was really hot. Bathroom is a bit dated. Right next to the highway.

Upon our arrival, water damage has a pipeline leak. However the reception was friendly. The equipment in the room leaves to be desired, no second pillow, towels for one person (two, it's a little short), and cleanliness is also a bit fair.

Super nice operation and a class boss. We felt very comfortable. The pool is fantastic and breakfast offers everything you need.

Good hotel Restaurant A small downside to breakfast lack of deli and eggs otherwise everything is top.

It was okay, no more. I have been in 3 stars much more cosy, where we do not froze because of a passable insulation, where the bathroom has lived its time and where the "standard" of the room is clearly to be revisited: I'm still looking for extra blanket and pillows, probably in an imaginary closet.
That said, we slept very well, thanks to a bedding in my opinion of quality, and thanks to the electric heating that we were unfortunately forced to light.
As for the reception, the hostess seemed concerned to take us from our registration a reservation for dinner 2 hours later, rather than to make us the article of what would be exactly served. In short, we preferred to dine outside, among a wide choice of restaurants less than 5 minutes by car.

Good hotel. I stopped there one night and it was very nice: pool breakfast with a lot of choice the only downside is the staff that is not all the time hospitable.

Preferred overnighter travelling from North/South/North of France. Very close to Autoroute. Rooms comfortable and the food is good. Welcoming staff.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. I have to say that having stayed at this hotel often over a number of years I find it difficult to comprehend the comments made by some of the reviewers. The staff have always been the opposite of cold. The rooms are not chic but are decent value. The hotel is very popular with the French.

Hi, we stopped here as 2 families on our way back from the South of FRANCE, nice spacious room for family of 4, clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, would recommend.

Here is a very good hotel, for there stay one night or several days, the staff is very friendly, nice and very professional, and always there when he needed, the site is very clean, outside as the inside of the hotel and rooms!
We reserve for several nights and slept extremely well because bedding is at the height of a 5-star, the room of the hotel is excellent! the bed is a 160 what is tt did OK, value for money is unbeatable for the comfort of the hotel. Don't miss d "eat no more because the Chief offers menus or the really excellent map, and more than adequate rates, which makes this hotel a place of choice and excellent relaxation for a stay really successful! for making several hotel in france and abroad we put that one in the hit parade of the best!

I am very surprised by the message of some person not having stayed at this hotel because they are not able to validate their reservation by internet.
It is too easy to criticize when you don't stay!
I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Hotel very very badly managed. Bookings made on the internet (which didn't work? ) then confirmation by phone! Arrival at the hotel (2 months after booking! ) we are not expected, absent from the listing, absent from the memoir of managers! having no document proving our good faith, the answering who advised us to set our night at our arrival! After a good half hour of unnecessary palaver! "They" lead us on a hotel neighbor who has rooms available, with the confirmation that "ILS PRENDRAIENT LA DIFFERENCE to their CHARGE (12euros). Short time to find our new hotel, the receptionist tells us upon our arrival that she had received a call which informed us that the difference of the price of the night was cancelled! the reason being that we had no evidence to justify our reservation!
This kind of behavior is just worthy of bad managers, lack of professionalism. Only the receptionist (in learning, with the two absent hotel managers, but one of the two that she managed to get on the phone) deserves our respect.
