Disappointed to see that the manager is making no effort to postpone a stay following the current pandemic.
Besides knowing that the manager does not want to postpone my stay in August so-called because you have "postponed enough".
I hear the efforts you have to make during this health situation.
But refusing guests, who have already paid for their stay, I find it very difficult to understand.
