The location is totally ideal, the concept of the hotel is pretty good as all of your chain. Overall the price is somewhat high for what it is, but the truth is quite modern compared to the ones in the city. It always has a lot of atmosphere. On your last floor you will find ping pong tables to be able to play while you take something. The breakfasts are amazing, at night there are also usually live music so you can have dinner or have a drink (it's like one of the city's fashionable sites) and just above the whole in the rooftop is fully equipped to drink something or even dine with views of The city.

Place called "trend". This explains the expensive prices — cocktail from 20cl to €12. The music is top but little room to dance. Food very good but service a little long. Avoid going on a Saturday night if it's for eating.

Decent roof top bar. Expect long waits to get a drink during warm spring nights, but the views are worth it. Toilets were not well maintained and smelled kinda like a litter box.

Shoreditch hipster meets Bordeaux sensibility. The rooftop bar is cheap-and-cheerful with plenty of desperately trendy people looking social, etc. Etc. Not my kind of place, but the bar does its thing well and the locals like the results. Prices are a little toppy; but service is pretty crisp, even if the bar runs a little shorthanded on wait-staff — so it can take a while for them to reach you.

Restaurant/bar trendy, with a lounge atmosphere. Very nice. The pizzas are succulent, and the original cocktails. Nothing to do with the usual map of other bars. The staff is super nice and cool. We're having a good night. Only downside, the cocktails are quite expensive, provide €12 per glass.

I went to this restaurant around 2pm with two friends a bit at the last minute, we were very well received! The food was really excellent, with quality products very well cooked and with a service to the top! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Does the job. Great for young crowd. I the bar at the ground floor has a great ambiance and attracts lot of people.

The hotel is well localisated in the center of Bordeaux, near the Cathedrale Saint André. Rooms are clean and well decorated. About the services, there are TVs in every room with many free movies, the petit dejeuner is very good and tasty.

A lot of choices (even if some products are not renewed…).
Of course the price is a bit salty… But in Bordeaux now you have to do it.
Big plus, there are many employees. Hence a relevant and a priori sincere welcome. It's very nice.
We will surely return.

Seems to be a popular place in Bordeaux. For dinner it's a bit complicated to get along because the music was too loud (for me). The food was good. The server (Euse) are very friendly and smiling.

Place on top! A nice view of good product a very nice place… But beware the girls no heels on the roof top prefer flat shoes not to finish barefoot.

Awesome! Love the youthful vibe, and there are thoughtful touches everywhere, from the Wi-Fi code being shown on your TV, to the app showing you attractions in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Ah, the Mama Shelter … This is the trendy Bordeaux bar that is increasingly talking about him! Good cocktails to sip in a very Manhattan atmosphere on a rooftop terrace offering a breathtaking view of the historic center of Bordeaux with a decor just what it takes. Attention Nevertheless, the place is crowded … Also an excellent brunch, a bit expensive, and an affordable restaurant menu and you want to explore.

Nicely trendy and upbeat hotel. Rooms are good. Breathtaking top roof terrace. One down side only reachable walking you are not able to reach the hotel by car. But I will stay here again.

Awesome view across the city from a trendy roof top bar. Serving some delicious cocktails an tasty food. I'm not sure of the history of this hotel but was slightly confused to find a selection of sex toys and wrestling masks for sale in the lobby.

Great location, room is spacious and well layed out. Very funky and hip place. You must go to the roof terrace for great views of Bordeaux.

Good food but nothing of the other world. Very delayed attention. It took us more than 15 minutes to wait for the bill, taking waiters on both flanks and ignoring systematically when we beckoned them for the account. How sad!

Summer, the roof terrace for the restaurant serves. The price is very affordable and the food is good.
Most here is really the view, she is beautiful, we can also noticed a very large selection of cocktails and a very offbeat look of the servers.

Nice atmosphere but food rather disappointing for the price. The gyoza in entry were good, without being remarkable. But the dish main (tuna seized/rice) was heavy, bland and oily. For the price that must be, better look elsewhere! Otherwise nice team is attentive enough in view of the amount of cutlery.

Good atmosphere, deco original a little "too much" in the search of originality but nice overall.
The staff is super nice, friendly and present without being intrusive, a pleasure.
The cocktails are delicious, the afternoon tea monkey is an explosion of flavor (~ €12). The food is good, the half-cooked tuna was a treat (€22).
Good selection of wine for a bit all wear sheets.

Do not go here for the food. The food was a complete disappointment. Cold ribs! We sent them back and they tried to reheat the same cut. They were still cold. They did nothing to adjust the bill. The manager offered free dessert or a drink on our way out but at this point we were finished and leaving. A nice place for drinks but it's the usual hotel food/drink establishment that underwhelms, in my opinion. Try somewhere else!

The setting is really nice, and in the evenings, table tennis the slot floor or table football giant, it's top.
On the other hand, it is quite expensive, and the food (at least those tasted) are really nothing transcendent.
For a drink or an evening Yes… to eat well on the other hand, it will take better than me.
For the hotel, I have no test — I'm not judging ;)

A nice place in the heart of Bordeaux. The restaurant is arranged in an original way (thanks Philippe Starck), giant Foosball, musical instruments, couches, colorful… buoys a terrace at the top of the building with a stunning view on the Saint-André Cathedral, perfect! The team is tuned, helpful, always of good advice about the dish of the day. The cuisine is simple and accessible, which does not to be sought after and quality. A place where it's always pleasure to come!

The best thing has been the bar-restaurant.

The view from the terrace is sublime and the cocktails are worth visiting.
Otherwise: food without surprise and rather expensive, terrible service, endless waiting… Anyway, have a drink and go somewhere else.
Allow 30-€45 per person for cocktail, main course and dessert.

The restaurant and bar are wonderfully decorated! (designed by Philip stark) the food was super delicious. We were staying in the hotel too, they promise and they delivered, their motto 'Mama loves you' and they delivered it. Funky place.

The owner, Moses (but minimum age) took us behind the scenes of his establishment. The meeting rooms have nothing to envy to the terrace which will host soon (April/May 2014) a bar which premises the city.
The stamp of the restaurant also has a charming cosy, lightened by the freshness of the adjoining bar of beach buoys.
Depending on demand, the price of the rooms may vary.
You'll love the decoration, perhaps less the cold aspect of beds designed by Starck.

Design, affordable and comfortable hotel. The breakfast was rich and famous. Location Super Center ideal despite the very (too) many punks to dogs. Parking 20 m underground, perfect. The atmosphere at the bar is relaxed and friendly but is the price of the cocktails. Indecent! The staff is friendly.

14 birthday meal! by experience not obvious that a restaurant accepts. Common for all dishes and service the flat directly on the table, we loved the concept! We had 6 kids who themselves are exploded, they did their lives safely. Very good music that goes up over time. The decoration is very original. The pleasant servers and lookes! restaurant/bar very cool concept.
We are not going to the content of the plate and we're looking not for a service high level but we dined well, it was good. Good quality/price ratio. We go back for brunch and the terrace.

flat collective based on common orders without cover or information,
Gratin of not browned vegetables in the kitchen and only the raw peppers back in the background plate.
the dessert we specify 3 times that it was a birthday we are still awaiting the promised, candle
the closed night €40 error and more on the Bill.
A very nice place of servers that do their job well a boss who surf on fashion.
We were 8 and will not return to eat in this expensive place.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had in my life. Highly funky look and feel, great service, wonderful food, decor and atmosphere. Also in a great location within Bordeaux. I'd recommend this to you without hesitation.

Great experience Really nice hotel. Beautiful rooftop bar, relax atmosphere and super — lively bar. Rooms are small yet functional, clean and comfortable.
