Only plus it was near the train/ tram line and place was clean. No air conditioning there was a fan that was noisy so it kept you awake. Noisy outside so couldn't leave window open. Cleaning only done once a week! It did say this on website!

Hôtel très correct et à un prix raisonnable. Situé près de la gare, le quartier n'est pas le meilleur de Bordeaux, mais le centre est accessible en 15 minutes en tram. La suite familiale est fonctionnelle et dispose d'un petit coin cuisine avec micro-ondes et plaque chauffante. Seul bémol il ne dispose pas de climatisation et certains équipements ne sont plus tout jeune.

Small apartments close to the train station, a little gloomy. You sleep properly, it's pretty much clean, but it should be refreshed. A few traces in the shower, the hot water balloon placed above the toilet, is a little threatening. The reception was very friendly, however.

I'm sure there are some very decent small hotels for the same price in the neighborhood.

Not a bad choice. Modern rooms but no air conditioning, witch is a bit harsh in summer. Location is a bit outside of the centre but a nice walk along the water will get you there in 45 minutes. Parking is not included but available.

Cheap but not cheerful. No aircon. Had a fan but didn't help very much. Bathroom was small and had an exposed water tank which wasn't pretty. Was clean though. Alright if you're just looking for somewhere to lay your head, but wouldn't be spending much time there if I could help it.

Our room was super hot, too hot for a decent sleep. Everything was old but clean.

Clean room & cheap. Good location & nice/helpful staff. Room was ok but very very noisy at night. No air conditioning meant sleeping with the window open but the streets were very noisy.

Stayed in a two-room family room. In the room there is a stove on which was possible to cook, pots, forks, spoons all was. The hotel is located in a convenient location. Grocery stores, pharmacies within walking distance. Also near the market, where you can eat seafood and buy a lot of goodies. Breakfast.

Good value for money, some refreshments would be needed in the bathroom. Pity the day of our coming Internet was not working. The receptionist informed us to find a restaurant.

A welcome more than average… Opening times for the reception reduced to the strict necessary. Noisy and fragrant rooms. Not to mention the breakfast that is not served before 7:30. In short: can do better…

Functional. 3 minutes from the tram to downtown. Walk 25 minutes to the center.

A 10-minute walk from St Jean station.
Attention Breakfast is only possible from 7.30 am, early risers will have to do without.

The hallways are depressing. Luckily the inside of the room is friendly.
The receptionist is friendly. Attention: The rooms side streets are far too noisy.

I had booked a room but I did not stay there as the parking of the hotel was closed when I arrived (while on the site it was mentioned parking without reservation), impossible to find a place, d elsewhere it was better like that because very bad neighborhood F Improve. I do not recommend.

The average score for this hotel is too low in my opinion. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were good size with a little "kitchen" (microwave, sink, cuttlery, glasses were provided). The bathroom may have been a little small, but for what you pay its a very good hotel. The room was cleaned and bedding changed for us during our stay. The only downside is the distance to city centre, which takes about 20mins to get there.

My credit card wasn't working. I called the receptionist and told her I would pay in cash she told me no problem but I should be there before 8:00 pm as the reception closed at 20:00. My train was late and I was going to get to 20h10. I called the receptionist who told me she was sorry and couldn't wait. After exchanging two words she waited for me. Nice home really clean. Nickel bedding There we really feel at home. I would recommend this place. I in any case I will return without fail.

Nothing exceptional but clean and comfortable. Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. I arrived late at night and the keeper was gone. But I called the phone number indicated on the door and a very nice lady guided me very well so I could find my keys and my room.

The apartment is fine and the mini kitchen well equipped. Also to go to the city is well connected, you can walk or by public transport.
What I liked the least was the attention of the receptionist, the suitcases do not label them when kept and seem generally very suspicious. We wanted to park for one night and they tried to charge us two until we repeated it several times.

They have set office hours. I believe it was early until midday then 2pm until 6pm. I arrived outside of those hours so walked into town whilst waiting. Close to the station and supermarket. Great for those who want more space and to be able to cook and keep food in the fridge. As of Oct 2017 there are what looks like long term renovations of a government building across the road that could go well into 2018 but the windows kept any noise out for me.

Very nice cleanliness nothing to say every time I have to come to Bordeaux I reserve here never disappointed and very nice welcome.

Very good location, nothing restricting about the hours of your arrival as long as you warn them in advance, and the sheer convenience of having an apartment with a fridge and a kitchen at your service.

Good hotel but a bit dirty. Check-in must be planned in advance.

The studio/hotel served its purpose in keeping us close to the train station while allowing us to discover Bordeaux. The bedding was clean, but the hotel room was a bit dingy. Had to walk down a pitch black corridor before the automatic lights turned on. The check in staff was very nice, but the next morning we had a train at 8am and had some problems checking out because there was no one there. Luckily we called the hotel chain number and the operator instructed us to leave the key in the safe. Not ideal but we were able to leave on time. That being said, the price was not too bad, and Le Cochon Volant restaurant nearby was top notch.

TV that didn't work after 1am had to wait 5 minutes between each channel change
The sound this down automatically every 10 minutes I'm badly heard with camera I can tell you that it me off
G was fetching the dishes myself at the front desk
The bathroom had a moldy wall top
The bed was cut in two parties so Me sleeping in the middle I slept very badly

The place itself is clean, comfy, very quiet. Walking distance to the main train station. The neighborhood around it is a bit run down however.

Came for the European Championship, what an experience, forget where the Hotel was based, it's staff was very friendly, had a good laugh with staff, I'd stay here again, thank you for having my brother and myself.

Cheap hotel with very friendly staff. Friendly, clean, large rooms. Unfortunately, the area is far from from any social life. Unless you like nighttime truck drivers romantic with all the "dark side" and the smells of the largest recycling plant in the area, just opposite. Eyes to and sleep, then faster away — but preferably not on foot.

No food dispenser, toilet paper in the rooms and especially friendly deplorable in the person of hospitality!

Hotel really nice and totally not expensive and rather chic. Large ensuite with a real bath! I who am accustomed to the kind of formula 1 or 1st class I was pleasantly surprised…
