Hotel easy to access and well located for people with a vehicle. The little less is the noise of the road located just in front but the double glazing proved very effective. Pleasant rooms and affordable rates. Courtesy and available staff, breakfast is plentiful and varied, plus you can go to the bar every night (indoors or on the terrace) and drink or good idea: buy vintages in bottles from the region arranged in a beautiful refrigerated glass cabinet! Recommend it!

A well-located establishment on the south side of the town, the tram is not far from the centre (Carle Verne stop a quarter of an hour's walk or Saint-Jean station). Friendly staff, attentive and very pro. Small lunch varied and hearty. Room very well, clean with appreciable air conditioning in early July. On the other hand, not on-site catering on weekends but there is a nice alternative at 300 meters.

Simple. Good hotel to be passing by.

Nobody greets you. Meal too average. Room small and full of suddenly. Not. O sponsored. No bathtub no chest no fridge… for 50 Euros less the 3 nights we are very disappointed.

Too eccentric from the city center, well equipped rooms but with torn tapestry in some places and broken bed lamp, damage.

Very small, the staff is the only good. Problems with the elevator.

Then the… A comfort just perfect at the mattress level, pillows (besides I want one) and shower. Well-soundproof room.

The room is nice, clean and very modern. More staff are missing than Spanish speaking, at least 1 per turn. If you want to walk at night, the location is not good, it is in the red area and quite far from the center.

Our company has been dealing with this hotel for the lodging of one of our employees. We had a technical problem with our credit card that day and I was very pleasantly surprised by the patience and dedication of the receptionist Sandrine. I wanted to thank her for her availability and professionalism. Our company will not forget it and I would always recommend this hotel for our next trips as well as for our own guests. I would recommend the Kyriad to anyone, clean room, comfortable beds, great staff, good breakfast, free Wi-Fi, more than adequate parking. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say. Possibly the jack of BBC world, no Englush speaking channels. Watched Eurosport instead, so no real problems at all.

Location for business with a car is excellent. Unusual design but quite workable. Very friendly multilingual staff. Straightforward clean rooms. Very comfortable mattress for tall persons. Nothing nearby on weekends — must have car or Uber. Ps. Oct'17 Uber eats locally.

I wished to make a reservation at this hotel for the Monday 09 October via the site of Trivago. Unfortunately, through the promotional mechanism of Trivago, my reservation has been deferred to 06/11 with a payment in advance. Without having seen this change in my reservation, I visited this Kyriad last Monday. I then became aware of this error by the receptionist and I had to take another reservation to ensure my accommodation that night of October 09. I have now made contact with this hotel to be reimbursed for this reservation placed on 06 November next. Despite the time that separates us from this date and which gives them ample time to resell this rental, they do not agree to repay me despite the fact that they are fully aware that this does not fall under a good spirit "trader". So, in summary, I strongly advise you to go your way and not risk facing such dishonesty. They are thieves, there are no other terms to qualify this state of mind.

They kindly solved the reservation problem for 4 people, caused by the reservation web site. Nice, clean room and good breakfast.

The hotel is decent, the staff is nice but it lacks a lot of cleaning.
