The staff are very nice, the rooms are really very cramped, the sinks is located next to the bed without any privacy. No slip protection on the ground when coming out of the shower fortunately I was standing at the door and as the sinks helped me to stand by the immediate proximity of each element that are of the close neighbor… When has the Wi-Fi connection It is totally absent, it is explained sue a paper but could not connect to the site dît because no connection! Breakfast simple but good, possibility to put the car to the private parking of the altar which is located in a building next door, quiet room, the small bed above the big bed is really very close and it is easy to bump into it but not very expensive room €44 with B Ooking without breakfasts!

Well located hotel for visiting St Jean Luz. Car park. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I spend a week down the House let a wanted perfect welcome hotel close to any convenience the smoking room are poorly maintained part the maid is not the hotel maintenance person.

The hotel is very nice. Not very clean. Free parking. But you have to go through the outside and make 3 codes. I would not go back.

Very good reception at the arrival. Clean and correct rooms in size for a family (2 semi-detached rooms for 4 because children are considered adults beyond 11 years). Full breakfast Hotel ideally located, close to Spain and cities like St Jean de Luz, Hendaye… very good value for money.

Good utilitarian hotel, modular bathroom.

The clerk was helpful and shuffled around to find a room for us. Unfortunately the A/C was not working 100% but everything else was OK.
