Amazing welcome and staff, the restaurant is excellent! A smiling boss! A great place!

Very nice setting, the menu has 25 eu is good, the starters are a little light in quantity all the same for the burata, otherwise we feasted, and the waiters very nice thank you all.

The panoramic room has a truly beautiful view. I particularly recommend the Utsanee massages at the Huajai spa which are of a very good standard, it is rather rare to find this quality of services in a hotel. Congratulations to her and her professionalism.

We got married on September 28th and our choice was to the Baya. We and our guests were fully satisfied and delighted. First of all, we were seduced by the setting, sumptuous, overlooking the waterfront. In the evening you can watch the sunset, while having a drink or dinner. Then, the reception is impeccable, the staff is listening, smiling, efficient. Laure-Anne, Romain and the team managed the organization of our big day perfectly and stayed tuned to our wishes throughout the preparations. As for the meal, the chef was able to produce exactly and in every detail the menu that we would need for our wedding. The dishes were delicious, refined and our guests were delighted. Finally, we stayed two nights in the Baya and as for the meal, we find nothing to say, perfect bedding, nice room, neat decoration, everything is done to make the stay the most enjoyable. Breakfast is excellent, and very nice facing the sea. We warmly thank the entire Baya team for allowing us to live this day as serenely as possible and for making it magical. We will be back with great pleasure for a relaxing break.

Hotel perfectly located, superb lobby, perfect sea view room but a dreadful and sickening smell of sewer in the shower room, The housekeeper came to put a spray, of course no effect, I reported several times that nothing was done with effectiveit e, in short 2 days "polluted" by the foul smell that could not be ignored by management when I arrived. Result of missed stay races. In front of the demonstration of discontent the manager granted me a 10% discount on the price of the room 54 euros for 2 nights charged 540 euros and free of charge of the stay of my dog 18 euros per night.

Beautiful amenities and stunning ocean views. The rooms are spacious but beware, at the same price all do not offer the same point of view. The terrace is particularly pleasant, as for the restaurant the menu reserves good and sometimes less good surprises. In the end, a quality hotel to prefer in the off-season when the rates are more in line with the level of service.

Excellent staff, excellent food & bar, beautiful location and beautiful rooms. We enjoyed it so much that we rebooked the day we returned home. 100% recommend. We have visited this area for the last 20yrs and stayed in a variety of different hotels, apartments, villas and campsites, but the Baya is perfect!

The hotel is very well located, just get out and cross the small pedestrian street and you are on the beach. We had a panoramic room overlooking absolutely heavenly sea. The staff are welcoming and attentive. We dined several times at the restaurant which offers quality cuisine at a decent price.

Negative points: a pity that the separations between the terraces of the rooms are transparent, which leaves little privacy. In addition, we were a little disappointed when we noticed the absence of a hot tub in the "Spa" section.

Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and we plan to return one day.

Beautiful beachfront hotel in Capbreton.

The rooms are clean and well maintained, as are the common areas.
The bedding is good, the view in some rooms is just splendid. The quality of the services is up to the hotel category.
The staff are smiling and welcoming. Room service is available.
There is a heated swimming pool and access to the beach.

A few things to review:
-The pressure of hot water in the bathroom that prevents you from being able to take a bath and which lengthens the time for a shower
-The Spa which is a little light with just a Sauna and some sports equipment.

Period 16/06/2018 — 01/07/2018 (14 nights) 2 persons Room : Junior Suite Breakfast large choice of fresh fruit, products in enough quantities. Diner : we had half board (due to the large amount of nights we stayed the appetizers (6) remain the same). The main dish and desserts however changed daily always with a choice between meat and fish// sweets and French cheeses. Very high standards are kept by the chef. Room : the only thing we encountered was a broken airconditioning for almost a week (missing spare parts) and due the fact we had a room on the third floor the balcony was rather (very) small, I should even say unusable (was a pity since the same type of room on the first floor has a larger balcony. ) Very well equipped bathroom, with both bath and rain-shower. Staff on both bar — restaurant — reception — cleaning staff were very kind and highly professional. For the broken airconditioning the reception even offered a fan (a fan with 32degree outside is not the solution! )

2 nights stay perfect! Comfortable hotel, offering very good services at an unbeatable value for money. The team is very pro, while being of great kindness and sympathy. Thank you!

Great hotel by the sea. We were very well received as soon as we arrived. The private parking is really a +. The room was spacious, we had seen on pool with a small terrace. Very quiet. The breakfast was very good. We will return to this hotel. He really deserves five stars.

Great place! Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sea and also Thai massages. The restaurant is very good, the service impeccable, a very good food and a breathtaking view of the sea.
Then the rooms are great, the price is certainly high, but it's high end! Very nice stay, I hope to renew it someday.

Lunch Menu at 22 euros. Very nice setting and the sun and the sea are at the edge of the table! The staff are very nice all accompanied by fine food and quality. We are here in a quite varied French food with Spanish touches (the border is not far away) and even Asians. Subtlety, calm and pleasure gathered together with the surprise of the addition that remains more than correct.

A magical hotel as we see little…
Located on the beach, the Baya has been able to modernize while keeping a spirit of authenticity in harmony with the ocean. The rooms are beautiful, the new bedding is very comfortable.
The terrace offers a breathtaking view to have a coffee or an aperitif at sunset.
The staff (restaurant and hotel) discreet, efficient and attentive has sublimated our stay. A real nugget!

After two stays, we only want to go back… First of all the setting is exceptional. The panoramic rooms are just perfect. The setting is soft, it's a beautiful cocoon. Breakfast there is in my opinion pretty much everything that one can desire.
The staff was incredibly nice every time… we left in the middle of the night and it was prepared for snacks… it's just perfect.

Having already made two stays, I can only recommend this address! Friendly and discreet staff, concerned to meet the needs. Topissime panoramic rooms… especially the recently redone ones that offer some extra gadgets to discover. A perfect address with your feet in the water for an idyllic awakening! I highly recommend.

Great location to sip coffee or excellent hot chocolate in the winter or cocktails in the summer on the terrace.
The prices are very decent despite the very chic style and the waiters are super nice.

After 20 minutes of waiting no one came to take our order. We asked the waiter to come and he responded in a rather unpleasant way. Its soft side must not prevent respect. This is not the first time we have waited for long to be served at the bar.
We advise eds not to bar we encourage you to go to the restaurant side where the service and quality of the dishes are top.

The perfect summer Break. Put your car on the road when you arrive and do not take it back until you Leave. Facing you the sea and a sunset to fall sipping a good glass of wine, behind you the pool in calm and in the middle, a restaurant with fresh fish of the day, a menu lunch from €17… excellent… as well as an excellent wine list. Perfect, clean hotel with balcony facing the sea and Sunset. Clean, spacious, Nice Welcome. Thank you for this enchanted summer parenthesis.

We had a coffee in the terrace of the hotel. Just in front of a wonderful beach, with some ship wreck rests not far from the terrace. The service was fast and professional and the terrace was really cozy and chill. Nice place.

Very good relaxing stay of 2 days, a dream to have had the room in front of the ocean sleeping hearing the sea it was awesome a large bed and clean bedding, only one downside pity that there is not a bathtub in the room. A staff at the top and above all a politeness with their client. Massage at the top and breakfast at the top. It may be to be expected for the future of your hotel a jacouzzi next to the sauna. Exceptional! The renovated rooms are very well decorated and comfortable, the kitchen of the restaurant is delicious, varied and balanced. The reception and restaurant staff is very friendly. The setting is perfect and the hotel is 10 minutes from the motorway. To me this is a real place to stay professional.

316 room with view on the sea side BAYONNE, is not bad at all, deco sober (flottee) wood-themed. However the bread of the evening meal "is it you please change Baker" and take the breakfast, it is 100 times better… We'll be back!

Fourth stay at this conveniently located hotel. After 3 stays in the suite, we opted for a room océanide, and nothing to say… Comfortable room, great view. The home is always very warm, brief strongly next stay.

It is almost 4 years I was not back. And my memory of a spacious, pleasant, hotel with a competent staff, remain intact. A hotel that I highly recommend, and its restaurant also.

The hotel is in the works, I had been warned after my reservation, and he needed! Deco a little strange to common areas (skin of beast on the walls)
no decoration in our room, hole punched in the bathroom, door damaged, I hope it will be soon renovated.

My wife and I just spend four days in school, in a "panoramic" room, after consultation of the website directly.
We are delighted with our choice, nice room, such announced (no more or less misleading ads, which is significant), wide wake up through the bed ocean view raised by a dais (small flat: a little dangerous markets, attention by them).
Another small regret: the announced Cabinet boils down to shelves and a closet without a door. Not prohibitive of course, but it is detrimental to the overall aesthetic of the room.
Room Service (with supplement, small breakfast composed "a la carte" served very occasionally. )

We dined at the Restaurant on one occasion, traditional cuisine, for an acceptable price.
Finally, for those who will appreciate it, the basement, secure garage is a plus, but with €5 per night. But the parking we seemed also present some security (barriers to entry, the output code).
Of course, services required, rates, same in in low season, are quite high. But you should know what you are looking, and, in the end, these rates are justified by report number especially other institutions.
Thai massage: a little folk who believe truly, but nice jump. The practitioner is effective.
Conclusion: We will return and we recommend without hesitation hotel, whose staff, hospitality, is listening to customers.

Great hotel with Nice staff very friendly and good food, a bar with a good relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for a good weekend. I recommend it to everyone. And for those who are shocked by a slab replaced by cement in front of the door or a newer carpet tile, it is always better that a hole or a task. We can't have ocean view and have a building without signs of alteration by salt.

Second stay in this hotel. We occupied a room océanide renovated with beautiful ocean views. Room was very nice, beautiful renovation. It enjoyed it very much. Well I'm getting and am a little disappointed: €380 family room I expected to pool a bit nicer, with bar, a deco a little neater. But no. The shape of the deck does not position on the belly. A bit expensive for a 3 *.

The hotel had to be redone. The inside very well apart from the isolation of the bathrooms. I had the impression of having the neighbor in my bathroom.
The staff is at the top, he is overqualified compared to the hotel.

Correct. A pro move to pay advance nights. Not top. Existing Wi-Fi but slow slow lenr. Suffice to say non-existent. Reception sfr or bouygues in 2g. So to avoid to travel.

The potential is there, certainly, but "standards" should be revised quickly if — precisely — the hotel does not want to lose it: the bathrooms, in the 1st place. The flooring (rooms and common areas) are not adapted to the frequency, or to wear. Modern prosecutors (materials) offer unlimited choice, for example. Textiles (bed and curtains) should present + modernity (materials and colours). The neon lights on the ceiling (rooms). Are to be banned in emergency! The colors/tones of the walls should play more with spaces, the beach, the region. In short: Find or rediscover an identity. Staff (who made a lot of efforts) result in even better all its aspects.

Great location, the staff is nice, feels like home.
A big thank you to the Director for the special service she gave me.
Out of beef at the restaurant, too bad, but the duck was good, and the wine.
We will surely return next year.
To improve I think that the walls could be included (in the 323 at the very least, holes in the concrete), as well as a few small aesthetic details.
The double bed is composed of two single beds, but it does not feel too.
However need to improve Wi — Fi struggling more than surfers.
