Location is quite good, easy to access, with quite a great service: people are nice and willing to walk the extra mile. As an addition rooms are neat and cosy, even though air conditioned could be slightly less strong, especially in summer!

Good value for money. The hotel is quiet.
The staff is friendly. The room is clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
Outdoor parking, but closed, and free.
You can go to the center with a walk of about fifteen minutes.

Very good rooms and very nice spot close to little venice staff didnt bother to greet us tho simce we were a bit younger than other guests im afraid.

Very bad experience, unprofessional. After receiving email confirmation from the hotel that we have the room booked und paying online over THEIR WEBSITE, we believed that everything will be fine. After arrival to the hotel in the night, the receptionist just said: sorry, we are fully booked, we have no place for you. Your card was not received in our system (although I pay with this card in the whole world). They did not care to inform us per tel or email about this fact. Instead of looking for a solution for us, the personal did nothig. The "appology" was that system should have sent something to us… Very, very unprofessional!

Everything's perfect. But they don't speak Spanish as advertise.

How to say… Nothing was going to 1h40 waiting until it was served. Unqualified staff and deplorable kitchen. A shortened meal because too long to hold until the dessert all in a sound of plates falling (about one every 5 minutes). Anyway, I don't advise. The only thing that tasted was the candy at the checkout.

I would have expected something more than what was described on the menu.

Booked a table in the restaurant when booking Online. On arrival we were told that you did not read something like this although it was printed out? Have a table one hour later to get the agreed Date. No drinks in the hall before dinner possible because not enough staff?
We do not feel welcome here…

Very charming hotel, very good value for money, clean, with a staff very attentive to the clientele, and a good knowledge of the places to visit. Only downside for me but that did not pose any worries to my husband is the noise of the ventilation when the heating is on the way.

Rooms are clean and premium room was fully renovated with big bathroom, fridge, big TV, and tea kettle. Hotel has great parking which is a bonus, but it's also about 15-20 min away from center (not a big deal if you have a car since you can just drive and park in center… parking during day is cheap). I was hoping room would be bigger but it's ok and comfortable. Hotel located between 2 streets, not allot of noise at night, but some might not like it, I do I can't sleep in dead quite room. There is also a restaurant which we didn't use but other reviews say it's pretty good. Super market is only 5 min walking so you can shop for your own food (not much savings I guess, but at least you eat what you like and not what they have at morning buffet). I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a car.

In front HAS very nice lacks a bit of deco damage.

This hotel is not in the city center, but it takes only a few minutes by bike. I stayed 2 nights when I was cycling around Alsace. They have very good restaurant too. However, the room was a bit small for 2 people.

The position of the hotel is near the centre. Clean room. Good restaurant.

Disgustingly dirty. We found hair in the bed, toothpaste in the sink, mud in the bathroom. Mould and limescale in the shower and sink. We asked to change rooms and found two rooms in this appalling condition. The third was slightly cleaner. After emailing the manager a week ago, I am still waiting for a response. It was also in the middle of two main roads so was constantly noisy. I would not recommend.
