Nice location, cosy room.

A wonderful place to stay at despite the fact that it is in the city! Nice and welcoming staffs, huge rooms and a big bed.

Pros: city centre, hearty breakfast. Of the cons: unreasonably high price, noise hood and water in the room.

Good central location and clean rooms. Breakfast spread is good but lacking of fruit.

The rooms are clean and the location is excellent. I had a room that faced the inner yard — basically an alley — of the hotel. This meant that the room didn't have outside noise, but the view was also non-existant. They serve breakfast, but the dining area is not very logical with a definite starting point. Look around first to see what all is offered and then just start from somewhere where you see a plate.

Boutique hotel in heart of the city. Very pretty place.

It is an average hotel with professional people and very friendly at reception. Two restaurants with less level of kindness among their numerous staff. The bad thing about the hotel is that, six nights, two didn't make me the bed and another left the quilt in any way. Very Central.

Very nice and central location, five minutes walk from the train station and the harbour. The breakfast is plentiful, the only one but the check in is from 3pm.

Location is fabulous. Breakfast good. We were there on Christmas eve and Christmas Day. No need to worry u go hungry. Plenty of cafe/restaurants around and in railway station. K Supermarket was open as well. Practically all museums were closed but there were enough to do and see during this holiday season. Hotel should do something about the poor Wi-Fi. Most of the time we were not able to connect even at the lobby area.

Not a bad hotel. A great location location. I'm sorry, I don't have my own parking lot. I was pleased with the gifts to the dogs, were with the dog.

This hotel is a jewel in originality of functionalist 1950s architecture, completed in 1952 for the Olympics. Don't miss the 10th floor restaurant and terrace. It is also very conveniently located just opposite of the railway station.

It's located right at the heart of Helsinki. Very close to train station and shopping areas. Rooms are comfortable and great breakfast selection. Would recommend.

Located in the center of Helsinki the hotel is offering everything you need. : nearby to the main attractions, fast connection to the airport, cafes, restaurants, shopping… The staff is so friendly, polite and helpful as I haven't seen in quite some time! I highly recommend this hotel! Last but not least, very clean, great breakfast!

It was a good hotel with children 15, 9 and 1. Five years gave the superior number instead of the usual double price. It's got Wi-Fi, water, coffee, cocoa tea, and so on, Tefal, an iron, TV, and one channel from a fee-paying mini bar. Breakfast was very good. On the contrary, McDonalds was happy with the children. In step proximity, the Central alley, the embankment and the Ferris wheel.

A slightly run down, but well located. The harbour is a few minutes walk where you can get fresh sea food catch to eat at the stall restaurants. The hotel rooms are fine — no tea or coffee in the room.

Room was comfortable clean and spacious, friendly staff and breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold options. Location wise, spot on — a stones throw from the main station so airport connections are quick and easy and also central for exploring the city.

Great hotel to stay in Helsinki. Cozy and warm. Best location. Central railway station is just across the road. Out station trains are available. Connectivity to airport is good. You can get a Finnair to and fro bus from a across the street every 20 mins. One way adult fair per head is €6.30. The main shopping and waking street is right there. Stockman is one big shopping mall across. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. Team station is also close. If you are walking or jogging freak, there is a beautiful lake nearby. Helsinki Opera House and music art house are also close. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy Helsinki.

No coffee or tea in room. €12 to have kettle brought to room. That is not a deposit. Filthy outside and breakfast mediocre. No cuppochino. Bathroom has soap, shampoo and towels. If you are a smoker you have no access to the balcony during certain times and you stand outside between McDonald rubbish. Bed comfy and very central locality. Near to shops and excellent restaurants.

Small and dated room, old bathroom with detached toilet lid. A 4-star hotel lacks slippers and a bathrobe. Ugly in the bathroom the soap dispensers on the washbasin and in the shower. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Very convenient proximity to the train station. Good breakfasts. A decent room.
