Beautiful apartment and super comfortable beds. Will definitely come back.

Do Not Recommend. Dusty. Phone numbers do not exist neither is the taxi number that was given on the list.

This address is for the main office, not your actual apartment. Staff allowed us to store bags on arrival and departure. Free glass of wine on check in. Beautiful apartment. We were on Lai, 26 or 30.

Would be the time to renovate this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I have been travelling for more than 15 years and I received the worse customer service from this place. Many damages in the apartments! They refused to fix anything but asked you to adapt. Do NOT believe any of their marketing materials. The staffs are highly unprofessional, they do NOT accept any negative feedback and call you rude. This is the most honest feedback and painful personal experience. If you are looking for a pleasant trip and accommodation, DO NOT BOOK OLDHOUSE APARTMENTS!

Don't stay here, this is really rotten! Staff arrogant and unreasonable, completely no service attitude!
Tarin is beautiful, but living here is ruining everything!
The service attitude starting from Check-in is 0, basic greeting no, see our luggage a lot of not active to help move on it, even the hotel door also do not help full open, the ancient gate let our own bridge half a day, and employees so stood there both hands holding chest, why are you watching the local drama?!

Great place with positive, beautiful, young staff. Each of them speaks English what is quiet comfortable.
Have accidentally Left my passport in the bathroom and was on my road for a bus to Riga, while one gorgeous, admirable girl with my favourite name found it, called and saved me (she is the reason that now im in the bus writing this review).
I was so mad about myself for that mistake but when I so her smile while she was giving me my passport It became clear that I should have left my passport there. ) ) ) Thanks Elisa) )

Apartment on Kinga was starting to look worn. Only three dining chairs for 4 adults (told reception and another chair came the next day). One smoke detector was beeping that it needed the battery changed, told reception and someone came and removed the battery — no more beeping!

Very nice and clean, staff helpful and courteous. Very convenient location.

Suites were located around different buildings in the old town area. We rented a flat with private sauna and it was very spacious with a large living room and kitchen.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment in the back of their courtyard. If you have trouble climbing old narrow steep steps then this place is not for you. On the other hand, if you like history and staying in a quiet place that is hundreds of years old, highly recommended. We brought our two young kids and I wouldn't consider this place super kid friendly due to the stairs so we had to be careful. But, it was quiet and included a nice kitchen and the upstairs bedroom is very secluded and romantic. I was surprised by the spaciousness of an apartment this old.

Parking is at the hostel — could be right here at the apartment location. Otherwise it is good.

Our apartment was very good and it had all we needed. Service was friendly! I highly recomend this place.
