We arrived midnigt yesterday 13/09/2019. We are given the room 210 and as long as we opened our door we smeell this unpleasant odor, the whole room smells "URINE"! And about an hour because I really can't help it and I can't sleep with that bad smell. So I called the reception and she was good, she apologize us and gave us another room to 425. It's a bit smaller than the previous one but it's OK.

Good location if you travel with ferry to Helsinki. Modern hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

A normal hotel in a good location. It is very convenient that next to you can take a ferry and go to neighboring countries. Historic and business centers are within walking distance. Direct bus to the airport. The mall is five minutes away.
Cons:
— Some rooms have no windows;
— The Internet is constantly being eroded;
— there are few channels in the TV and when turned on gives out some browser errors, which must be closed first and only then there will be TV;
— few channels in TV.

The room is confy and clean. Best stay near the tallin port.

Excellent location good breakfast, not the most friendliest hospitality.

Very convenient hotel with all that you need. Great for those who will be embarking on the ferries or cruise liners… in fact Tallink terminal was right outside my window. It's also walking distance to alot of thing including old town.

Loved the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. On the 5th or 6th floor no longer remember to have a sauna, I advise to visit.

Nice view from the window. Liked the phrase on the track: "You used a mini-bar"? We said no) ) no one checks.

Good place to stay, only complaint is bathroom weird smell.

Very convenient — nearby port. Good place, buffet. Minus — be careful when parking the car, despite the fact that the hotel customers are entitled to free parking, the police leave receipts for payment of the fine. The main thing is on time
notice and take it to the administrator.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. For them the location of the hotel will be a huge plus: left the hotel, and you are almost in the port. Very close to the center of Tallinn. The furnishings in the rooms spartan, no frills, bare painted walls-that's the whole décor. Breakfast is good, but there is an influx of guests and as a result of queues and lack of free tables.

That's all right. You can spend the night. There is free parking. There is no refrigerator and the window for the night can not open, because to very noisy from the port.

Cosy, immediately next to Terminal D. Choose it if you have a low budget but still want good service. Gigantic breakfast!

It's okay for 3 stars! Located not far from the old town, near the port, breakfasts and room furnishings leave much to be desired. There is free parking.

Big rooms! Fantastic breakfast!

The hotel is located next to one of the ferry terminals and therefor very suitable for people travelling from or to Finland. The hotel was good value for the money, clean and nicely decorated. Decent breakfast. The receptionists could work on their attitude. A friendly word or a smile would improve the service experience a lot. It was a surprise that the bar closed at 8pm, but there are some places next to the hotel where you can eat or drink something. Note that there is also a bus stop next to the hotel which brings you closer to the city center, the main bus terminal and the airport.

Small, quiet, comfortably placed. Lobby bar could be more variable as well small facelift for the whole hotel is welcome. Definitely worth considering when travelling on business. The view is very industrial but the location is being continuously developed, so next visit could be more spectacular.

Good hotel, right beside the harbor. It's a 20 minute walk to the center along some nice streets. The room is good and the bathroom is really spacious. Only negative point about this hotel is the fact that ferries dock right behind it, therefore some earplugs might come in handy if you wake up easily.

Quite expensive for what you get. Room is spacious but only basic facilities. No kettle, toiletries or towels provided. You have to buy from the reception counter. It would be very convenient if you are trevelling by boat. About 18 min walk to old town.

Good sized clean rooms. Just opposite the cruise terminal and within walking distance to the old town. Check-in staff was a bit cool but helpful.

It was okay. Clean. The receptionist isn't particularly friendly. The bathroom had that "lovely" drain smell. The fluorescent lights were making a weird ticking/crunching sound. Breakfast was so-so. Good for an overnight stay on your way across the gulf.

Hotel in front of Tallinn harbour, friendly with good service and good restaurant.

Very good Hotel just placed next to the ferries to Finland great room and quiet.

There was Wi-Fi and a Jacuzzi.

Convenient location just next to the ferry terminal. Rooms are good, bathrooms clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet is fine as well, although I would prefer more vegetarian options on behalf of all the meat.

Hotel is fine, but Do not go to Seaport Hotel Tallinn Cafe, because there work female Guardians and they behave you as if you were in a Jail. If you want to have something to eat even a piece of bread, or if you ask quetions to get info, these all-time-angry guardians Yulya & Kerli shout and cry and beat you with words. Thank God they do not have batons. This is the same at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have no choice since we paid in advance without knowing this taste, so, we bear this torture for 2 weeks unfortunately. There is no alternative, they close early, either you accept this torture or you will starve to death. You must have strong nerves made of steel otherwise you will stay hungry. If you do not want to lose your temper or do not want to see these angry rare guardians, do not go to this Seaport Hotel Tallinn Cafe and eat outside. You cannot find or even ask for a little piece of bread for your child, unfortunately. Can you imagine? never go again.

Nice and clean. Free breakfast for guests. Wifi is really fast. They even have smart TV with Netflix on it.

Stayed for two days. All crazy like. Clean, comfortable, inexpensive, close to the old town, delicious Breakfast. Happy to be back:).
