I know that no one will read these notes but I insist on writing the same because I want them to improve but without professionalism is impossible.
STRUCTURE: Beautiful though old and with mountain hotel furnishings more than Sea hotel.
On arrival we were given an old room with: Noisy Air conditioning, no free electrical outlet, to charge the phone you had to unplug a lamp, and we were surrounded by other noisy air conditioners.
An efficient direction would not allow you to use the old rooms when there are new ones available. In Fact, the next day they changed us to room. You could do it right away since the hotel was semi-empty.
The new room was large and equipped.
The SPA is good but too expensive, more than Italian ESURSIONI: few (there are no longer the cultural ones of the past, ) and still care. We made one, beautiful but insignificant.
SWIMMING pool: Very nice but at a certain time was attacking such a loud music to force us to take towels and move to the sea. We tried to ask to lower, it was done but after a while everything came back as before.
BEACHES: Nice and quiet with excellent descent to the sea. Floating Pontoon very unstable, when you arrive at the end, you get seasick because it keeps rocking.
ANIMATION: Three inexperienced kids for the international one and three for the Italian one, quite good, but without means, they did what they could FOOD: the real katastrophe. Italian Cook and Restaurant: a tease. The food was the same As the buffet. The cook did not know How to make an egg at the pan. In the morning the choice was discreet although of low quality, at lunch there was a shack where they made sad burgers and old pasta and dry to warm and dress with meat sauce or tomato. In the evening there was more assortment but grilled meat (chicken) burnt, grilled fish burnt and hard as when it is overcooked. At the end I ate a handful of rice cooked with a little minestrone (water and vegetables). Then you put yourself in the little square until you resisted the high volume of music. We have known mint tea in Egypt many years ago because it was their typical drink. Now They didn't even know what it was, and if you asked, they had to go around the village bars to find it. In Short, what was supposed to be a pleasure became a penance. It Wasn't good.
The staff had so much goodwill but you could see that it was unprepared and without means.
