Amazing and great service.

Every thing was amazing! from the resort manager to the golf cart steff. The food, restaurant, services, every singel thing wes above and beyond. Perfect. we hed a 20th anniversary there. and we will come back for sure loved every minute 💞💞💞💞💞

A charming and very original resort on the Red Sea. The staff are so kind and helpful, room service is top, the restaurants offer diverse menus of top quality products.

Incredible experience. Customer care is the top of everyone’s mind. The resort is stunning and so well managed but all the leadership and every single Staff member here. Gets an 11/10. Absolutely magnificent.

Worst experience ever, hotel doesn’t worth the money because the staff on top of them the resort manager lacks hospitality experience.

I usually wait until the end of a trip to write a review but since we booked our Egypt trip staying exclusively in 4 Seasons Hotels, I had to weigh in on day in Sharm El Sheik. (Last leg of our trip & the third 4 Seasons hotel) Managing expectations is not a strong suit in Egypt. But when booking a room that clearly states it's a 'full sea view' room and then being shown to a room located as far from the beach as possible with only a partial sea view — I don't think so! We booked & paid for a specific grade/level room and we do not believe we were given the room we booked. The hotel is lovely. But unless the situation is corrected, lovely is not going to suffice! We called 25 minutes ago to inquire about the 'disconnect'… Stay tuned, Dr. M Anis UPDATE: 24 hours later, we still had not heard back from the front desk. So we spoke to the manager in person. True to 4 Seasons philosophy, we were given a room for 3 (Jr. Suite) with the view we expected PLUS an adjoining room for our son. While we never asked for the additional room, the hotel occupancy allowed for that special extra 'wow' factor. And let me tell you, this service, grounds, buildings & Red Sea all combine to provide one if the most amazing vacations ever. Anywhere! Thank you 4 Seasons. We will be back!

I adore this hotel. Rooms, staff, view and service are remarkable. Go to the East go to the West Four seasons Sharm El shiek is the best.

I thought better. Maybe we started with too many high expectations.

It's simply breathtaking and wonderful. It's a place to visit when the world is at your feet. The facilities and staffs are excellent, giving one a memorable experience that want to have you bring your families for getaways.

Breath taking beautiful landscape, with excellent service. I was blown away by wonderful design of the resort and the room were Hmmm, lovely. Plenty of activities around the river and need I say plenty of memories to take away, but leaving this place will surely be the most difficult part of your vacation.

I would give more than a 5 star rating for this resort mostly for the GM and all the staff working there.

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. The staff is very welcoming, up to my expectations. A free room upgrade was offered which was a nice gesture. The room was clean, neat although the furniture might need some renovation. The only thing I hate was room service, kind of slow which would be explained by the location of the room being at the edge of the resort. Definitely recommend this resort for family escape.

Absolutely awesome family vacation experience! We spent Easter weekend here and everything was great from the facilities (i. E. 2 bdrm/2 bath villa we stayed in) and the friendly staff to the daily kids activities (to include a egg hunt on Easter day). Great stay!

Professional staff and amazing atmosphere.

Beautiful and very well maintained resort. Lots of great swimming pools. Beach is small, but the pier and reef snorkeling was superb. Staff were (with one exception) absolutely fantastic. Rooms are a little dated, and could do with renovation soon — I imagine they'll come to that after they open the new rooms they're building in the adjacent plot. Food was excellent — not cheap, but excellent quality ingredients very well prepared. Kids club was good — but we were there over the half-term school holiday in the UK, and frankly I think they were struggling with the extra numbers at times. If we were paying the 'rack rate' for our room $1200p/n, then the hotel would probably deserve 4 stars. But because of the current situation in Egypt (and now, in particular, in Sharm El Sheikh) prices are very good, we were paying well under half of the rack rate — making this hotel a bargain and fully deserving 5 stars.
